I ordered a jug, yes a JUG, of the mustard style sauce and a jar of their newest Mountain Apple. My other half wanted to change our dinner plans the night the sauces arrived out of sheer excitement to try it. Everything down to the packaging is top notch. The dog is not chained to anything, he just holds it by the collar. I love animals but I don't think this is ok for a business to allow this to happen. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Although this market place offers a variety of different products this time of the year it's all about apples. The sorting is underway so many types and sizes, I'm definitely not an expert so I rely on those that know the distinct characteristics because I couldn't tell the difference between a great baking apple and the ones that are meant to get fresh from the tree and immediately eaten. This is a big place complete with apple sorting capabilities and staffed by experts in the gentle handing process to ensure the fruit maintains its integrity. The front of the building is lined with unloading docks that had a few apple growers unloading their crop. It's a big business but this place still has that small town mom and pop feel, I didn't opt for an apple education but I'm sure these guys know everything you'd ever want to know about apples the staff was very friendly and accommodating - I purchased a giant fresh picked tomato for my much anticipated BLT, so deliciously ripe, juicy, mouthwatering and spot free.
