Got a pack of four and it rang me about $20 but it's worth it because they asked about a whole week. Think of all the stuff we spent $20 on these days. Dense rich cookies is one of the better ones in my opinion. We got the cheesecake an Oreo, as well as the pop, tart and chocolate chip. Only tapped into the cheesecake and Oreo. After a night of dance competition at the Cherokee center, we were happy to find that Crumbl was open late!! *win*! We got 2 chocolate chip (husband & daughter's favorite) pink frosted sugar & a Boston cream. The Boston cream was so good! It's like a little sugar cookie crust pie. Lots of cream filling topped with chocolate fudge frosting. Of course the chocolate chip was delish as always. The guy told us it was the last day for the pink sugar. What a great concept. Gourmet cookies boxed in the amount that you want. The cookies are huge and have many different flavors which are rotated weekly. Some are stuffed with confectionary brilliance and most are iced with a creamy deliciousness. We tried the four pack, four different gourmet cookies in the legendary pink box. Absolutely amazing, well worth the price. I got a 12 pack and tried the 4 specialty flavors of the week; the cinnamon toast crunch, fruity pebble, cornflakes, and the resses puff. They are so so soft and Absolutely delicious. Line out the door but as good as these are that's understandable. All the staff I interacted with were amazing. Well I was quite anxious to try their cookies, however my cancer treatment caused me to have an immediate need to use the restroom before I could actually finish placing my order. These people don't care, they have a toilet, they're just not willing to share it and I was quite desperate. I will not be back! My daughter said she was not pleased with her order and won't be back. i was excited to try this place but sadly it did not live up to the hype. first of all they were out of the 2 cookies i wanted to try....great start.. so i tried the sugar cookie, the chocolate chip, the churro and the birthday cake. the sugar cookie is said to be served chilled. mine was frozen.... the chocolate chip was raw... the churro was raw.... the birthday cake was raw.... i love raw cookie dough but i wanted cookies not cookie dough. I had the rebake them at home. Even after rebaking them, the cookies were still mediocre. also you order through an ipad and it asks for a tip at the end of the purchase....seriously? how do i know this money is going to the staff? why don't you pay your staff instead of asking us??? but of course i tipped because i felt bad and i ended up with bad a experience and bleh cookies....thanks crumble...will not be recommending you to anyone i know. read more

Who doesn't love cookies?! I do. Although I have a local favorite for cookies, I wasn't going to pass up trying a new place. What appeals to me the most is their weekly cookie flavors. Every week there are 4 new cookies flavors and they do a good job at mixing it up, however they always have chocolate chip and sugar cookies on the menu. I find myself interested to see what they're going to come up with next. The cookies themselves are pretty hefty, a bit larger than I was expecting, which is a good thing. I have a big sweet tooth, but these cookies are very sweet. So much so that when I bring home the 4 specialty cookies my partner and I will nibble on a quarter of each cookie, and put the rest away for later. Placed my order and paid online at 9:30 am for a 4:30 pickup. Arrived at 4:20 and on the app you let them know you arrived. They never called my name. It was 20 minutes later and I told a staff member I was there to pick up my order, it was only 4 cookies. She looked up my name and said I didn't let them know I was there when I absolutely did say I was there on the app, twice.. The place was packed with people and chaotic! She never got me my order so after another 10+ minutes I asked to speak to a manager. People were getting waited on left and right and to have to wait over 30 minutes for a prepaid order and having to interrupt staff twice to get there attention was unacceptable. Manager finally took care of me and gave me an extra cookie for the trouble. The thing is the cookies were good but they were definitely a little undercooked and they are also quite $$$, close to $4.00 a cookie. I've been to this location three times recently and there has been a problem. I went in twice and they are out of one or two flavors. They just assume you'll buy what they have. If you can't get what you want you stop going there. Also they have a three day lead on catering cookies. Since you can't find out the flavors until they are closed on Sunday you can't order catering cookies in order to be able to use them on Tuesday or Wednesday. It's a very poor system. If they do t step up their game they won't make it.. read more

I'm visiting family here, i'm from the West side of the states. And I LOVE Crumbl cookies, I go there a lot back home. My family here have never tried them, so I hyped them up about how amazing their cookies are. Well. We went to this location the other day. The register staff member was very nice. The place seemed a little unclean compared to what i'm used to. The cookies, where not at all what they should taste like. The chocolate chip cookie was thinner than it usually is and was on the crunchier side, when it should be more cakey. The other cookies tasted like they were sitting out for a while, the sugar cookie was the only one that tasted right. I was so upset. Crumbl has only been open in Asheville for less than a week, so I am going review them on the QUALITY of their product rather than other factors that affect the efficiency of their operation. I am a cookie connoisseur, and especially fond of chocolate cookies. So I was curious to see how their chocolate chip cookie--which is on the menu EVERY day and should be a staple of everyone's diet--stacked up against other local bakery goods as well as my own chocolate chippers. I ordered two cookies, one for myself and one for my partner. I was shocked that they were each handed to me in a separate box. The cookies were huge, but two would have fit in one box with no trouble. They are a bit pricey...but considering the size, they are no more expensive than other local bakeries, and the cookies I received were still warm from the oven. It doesn't get any fresher than that! It looks like a very young work crew--lots of teens. They were all friendly and seemed eager to be of good service. Maybe because it's new and everyone wants to give the cookies a try, the place is busy--no doubt about it. A constant stream of mostly chubby folks eager to sample the wares. If they aren't chubby now, regular customers will soon find themselves looking for a Crumbl Cookie Support Group to help curb their addiction. The are really delicious and the texture and taste are like homemade. My one gripe is that the cookies are WAAAAYYYY overpackaged. No cookie leaves the store without a box. Maybe they are packaged that way to preserve their appearance, since a number of menu options have icing and other custom, hand applied decoratioins on them. Yes, each single cookie is delivered in its own box, a cute pink one. I can understand a box if you are ordering six or a dozen cookies, or if you are ordering one of the decorated ones. But they could take a lesson from Krispy Kreme and also offer small bags, especially for the "onesies." It saves trees and landfill, and a onesie is much easier to sneak in the house in my purse in a bag than in a box. Once the kinks get worked out at Asheville's new Crumbl location, and once the staff settles in, I think it will be a smooth-running little business that adds a lot to our community. read more
