    Bill for one medium meal

I just bought the shrimp one it was so horrible that I threw it in the trash. $25 later I'm still hungry

Pieces of plastic in my food!
    Pearl S.

Found pieces of what seems like cut up plastic in my food! Not okay. They should get shut down with all the review I just found with same experiences. I don't know how many I might have accidentally ate! I thought it was just one but then I found more! Unacceptable. It's mall food and I don't expect much from service to food wise but this is not okay. Will not be eating here again.

This lady is always in a bad mood I'm going to avoid now if I see she's the one working! I went last night around 8:30! I'll post pics with time stamp but they're supposed to close at 9 why at 8:30 was everything cleaned up? Then when ask if closed she laughs then smirks and walks away. This lady hates her job and it shows

First time trying this place out. It is located in Cerritos mall in the food court. The food is amazing! Fresh noodles & everything was amazing! The customer service was great everyone helped me out with my order! Would come again!

    Manager
    Jay C.

After they made the wrong order (shrimp instead of beef), I politely asked to just add the beef without cooking the whole thing over. So as I'm eating the new meat, I bit onto something extremely hard. It was ROCK. It was black and sharp. I took it back to show them and the manager did not seem to care and even laughed. I was upset and was not kidding. She took the rock to inspect and started looking on the floor. I asked her, "why are you looking at the ground for? Did it come from there?". She blamed the cook and said he's new. I asked the cook who seem to not speak English. They don't know where it came from. She had a smile the whole time. No refund. No solution. No nothing. I used to love this restaurant, but not with these careless a**holes working here. I'm good.

Didn't get the order right and didn't let us pick our sauces

I wouldn't even rate it a star, but I can't. Food was awful we had to wait so long for us to get it, didn't even give us napkins or anything.

    Bit into steel wool

Used to love this place growing up but what happened to the quality? Food is dry or burnt. Even found a piece of steel wool in the food... I want to keep giving this place faith that it'll come back but now it's just dangerous to eat.

    Combo #1

Located inside Cerritos mall Dining area parking located nearest to freeway Walk in then to the right. Combo #1 comes with a drink. Great flavor, but meats and noodle were a bit dry. Employees were very nice and respectful to us. I highly recommend as a treat. And I will be coming back to re-evaluate their meal

I was looking for a healthy option and this looked interesting. I got the bowl only which came to $12ish and loaded up on chicken and lots of veg. The guy was being generous with the noodles a little too much for me so I told him it's okay and to give me less lol. I loved their choices in veggies, condiments (garlic, spicy chili oil, pineapple, mushrooms, etc.). It was a little on the oily and salty side however. Good fast somewhat healthy option especially at the mall! The cashier was friendly too. Meat and noodle quality was ehhh overall okay-good, I'd choose it again over the other options in the food court.

The plastic that my partner and I almost ate as it was wrapped in the meat.

Really do not like the "new" format - no longer DIY ... one of the draws is - make it yourself - probably won't be back

The atmosphere was awesome, the music was on point, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish -- especially our server Gabriel Gabe, who was super attentive and made the experience even better. The meat was fresh, flavorful, and definitely quality you can taste. I went with the dinner option today for $31.95, and I definitely feel like you get your money's worth. Great food, great vibes, and a fun place to enjoy Korean BBQ. Everything came together perfectly -- good music, good service, and GOOD FOOD! I'll definitely be coming back again. The meat quality was better, the sides came out promptly, and the service was quicker and more attentive. We probably visited around eight times this past summer with our kids because our daughter was on a major Korean BBQ kick. Unfortunately, our last two visits may have us trying another location. The service was extremely lacking, and our server would disappear for 15-20 minutes at a time. During our most recent visit, we waited 25 minutes for rice paper--and only received it after asking a second time. It's disappointing because Cerritos had become our preferred location, but the service is now starting to feel just like the Torrance location, which is exactly why we stopped going there. Hopefully, these were just two off visits and the service improves because we genuinely enjoyed coming here as a family.

The Korean corn dogs are the real star here. Crispy on the outside with that signature crunchy coating, and soft, cheesy goodness on the inside--every bite is insanely satisfying. Whether you go for the classic sausage, the half mozzarella combo, or one of the loaded options rolled in toppings like potatoes or crunchy crumbs, you really can't go wrong. The texture alone is next level. What makes these Korean-style hotdogs stand out is the variety and creativity. They're not just your average corn dogs--they're coated in panko or unique toppings and often filled with gooey cheese, which gives them that iconic stretch and flavor people love . The sauces take everything up another notch. Sweet, spicy, tangy--mix and match to your taste and you've got a flavor combo that hits every time. Pair it with a side like tteokbokki or fries, and it turns into the perfect comfort meal. Overall, this spot nails it with flavor, texture, and creativity. If you've never had a Korean corn dog before, this is the place to try it--and if you have, you already know why it's worth coming back again and again. Definitely a 5-star experience!

First, the company decides to get rid of a few of our favorite soups (the Thai Tomato) then they replace it with some new dishes which is fine. I get it, product needs to change because of cost and all. The problem we had with our visit was that they were out of every soup except for four. Typically they have 14 options in total. Why replace our favorite dish with other dishes then not have those dishes? It doesn't make sense. The winter Melon tea is super delicious though. I think if the company stops trying to make Boiling Point so complicated, it would be awesome! For now, it's just meh.

I'm not sure if management changed, but my main gripes--service and wait times, have improved somewhat. Food is good as always (especially that Taiwanese Spicy), and although price has increased a bit over time, they claim to give more meat and unlimited rice to help make the increase in price seem more worth it. Great place for the occasional dine-in. Note that you're still able to get unlimited rice after you've ordered vermicelli, or at least I've never had an issue. I appreciate the free little bowls of udon for the kids too (up to one per kid, but some servers are nicer about it).

Service: Thank you Nui for taking such great care of us! She checked on us multiple times, and she's very patient. Everyone was extremely nice. Throughput was also quick & efficient after ordering. Food & drinks: Everything was seasoned well, cooked to perfection, and tasted amazing! I ordered the Kai Yang which came with their famous half chicken. This is the perfect dish to share.
