Korean BBQ never disappoints! I surprised my husband with dinner at Ziggle Korean BBQ for his birthday, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The restaurant offers a great selection of meats and side dishes, reasonable prices, and excellent service. We chose the Golden Package, which gave us plenty of variety, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and made our evening even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time celebrating and will definitely be back. No clue why this place is rated so high. Meat is the lowest quality, takes 15 min to chew one piece because its so fatty. Horrible ventilation, looks so extremely smoky the second you walk in. When we got here, wait time was short. Thats where the good times ended. Firstly, my friends cup was dirty. Secondly, you have to order rice and other side dishes that are traditionally ready and available at other kbbq spots. Our waitress not only took our food and put it on a cold skillet without our permission, she put the raw pork that was still cooking on our other food. So in addition to waiting for a cold skillet to heat up and cook our food, i had to wait an additional time in order to make sure my food was germ free. On top of that, instead of giving us bowls for our rice like every other customer, they served us ours in a golden pail. (With an attitude). Had the Platinum AYCE last weekend and, as always, Ziggle BBQ did not disappoint. There was a wait, but it was much shorter than usual, probably because of the World Cup. Great prices, fast service, and I loved being able to order from my phone using the QR code. The LA galbi was especially delicious--the quality and seasoning were better than most KBBQ places. I've driven past this place 1000 times and finally decided to give a try with my family and was pleasantly surprised. We arrived at about 6 o'clock on a Friday night and had to wait about 15 minutes. They have an electronic check-in system and you just enter your name and number in your party and wait. We tried to do it in advance, but it had been taken off-line from the Yelp app. The place was very busy and bustling with activity. It's a no nonsense resturant that is clean. Some of the tables are shared so you will have a table with two burners that can accommodate two parties of four. While we were close to our neighbors, we had enough separation that we felt like we had a private table. Once we were seated, we were presented the menu that has essentially three AYCE menu options. Our waiter was very attentive and explained the online ordering to us and we were off. When we ordered the the food, it came out quickly. The meat was tender and flavorful. The banchan was pretty standard, but good. I particularly liked the spicy pork and the glass noodles. My family really enjoyed the brisket and the kimchi pancake. My daughter ordered the spicy Ramen, which was her least favorite thing. It was very peppery tasting. All in all, it was a great place for a family meal. YES We tried on a whim after my Spartan race. Chubby Cattle was absurdly booked so we looked elsewhere and I'm so glad we found this place. Casual. Fair price. And the MEAT WAS IMMACULATE. Most places will bring the first plate as the high quality round and the lower quality by the second or fourth serving. But no no. Not here. Every. Single. Order. Was. Amazing. The biggest thing is that the cuts are PRIME not choice. Meaning better quality. And for the price, that is unheard of in this economy. What made this experience so amazing was how surprised we were. First time trying this KBBQ spot and wow... I've seriously been missing out. At first, I thought the whole ordering-through-your-phone setup would feel confusing or take away from the experience, but it was actually super easy and everything came out fast!! The side dishes were all delicious -- especially the spicy cucumbers, potato salad, bean sprouts, kimchi. But the meats were definitely the highlight. I went with the Silver Special and the bulgogi (top favorite here), beef belly, and brisket were all so good. The meat looked and tasted really high quality too, and they changed the grill quickly and often which I appreciated. Honestly, the whole menu looked amazing. I came in hungry and left completely full, but still wished I could've tried more definitely a sign I need to come back. I also noticed they had tortillas on the menu which was a cool fusion touch. I'm going to have to be honest and say I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed this place lol I've been here before with the previous establishment and it was mediocre to me. I know this place has been open for a couple of years now and never had the chance to try it out even after all the reels I've seen of the place. I also went off based on what my sister had told me after trying the place. I knew I'd give it a try myself, but I didn't think I was going to take me years to finally give in lol Waitlist is on Yelp! So checking in a saving a spot was a breeze. I got here about 1P on a Sunday and beat the rush as the line stacked up after I arrived. I was able to be seated within 10 min or less. The server has you input your phone number and it sends you a link to place your order on which I thought was really cool. Now I don't have to wave someone down to place my order each time. It does limit you to 4 items at a time but once you send in the order, you can immediately place another order right after. We did the gold menu which was about $40pp and it had a good amount of choices. It is on the pricier side and there was an even higher tier than that. The meat quality was really good and fresh. You could tell by the way it cooks and tastes. Even all the sides and sauces were able to be ordered thru the phone which was nice. Portions were good sized. The servers were really fast and efficient. We kept getting delivered items we didn't order. We think there was a mix up of codes that were being sent to our table but the server was so nice and understanding about the ordeal as well. The restaurant itself is fairly small. It doesn't seat a ton of parties so the wait could be long. But the food and service makes up for the wait. I would definitely come back and eat here again. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this one is deserved. At Ziggle BBQ, I was served meat labeled as "ribeye" that was clearly not ribeye. It was a thin-cut short rib (flanken-style), complete with small bone sections--something anyone familiar with beef cuts would recognize immediately. Charging ribeye prices while serving a cheaper cut is misleading, plain and simple. It feels like they're counting on customers not knowing the difference. That alone killed the experience for me. If a restaurant isn't honest about something as basic as the cut of meat, it makes you question everything else on the menu. Love that Ziggle has a great wait-list/check in system and online ordering process. We upgraded to the premium seafood lunch and it did not disappoint! Well seasoned meat and fresh seafood options. Found a kbbq near me I've been wanting to try. They just changed over to an online system and it's nice to be able to order plates as we eat. I get full really fast and they bring everything out in a nice timely manner. And you can order sides refills. The food was delicious and will be back! NO AC. HOT to the point of having to pour water on a napkin and putting on back of neck and face. Went last Wednesday and won't be coming back. I'm a 100 LB petite woman who usually runs cold, but no it's so hot in here. When I asked for the AC, the server said it doesn't go any stronger and that they wished it did. No cucumbers or kimchi. Seems very cheap. Also explicit music is played. Though it's in Korean, they still say the F bomb in English. For the price you pay you would think they would have working AC and usual sides. At least the water doesn't taste like tap water. Last thing you wanna do after a $$$ restaurant is go home to rewash a drenched in sweat scalp and body. Scroll down and see how management accuses a customer of using AI to get out of a bad review. That's awful and straight up taking 0 accountability. Learn to say "I'm sorry we gave you a bad experience, what can I do to make this right?" Instead of double downing. Considering I saw other reviews saying it's hot in there, I doubt the validity of their reply but hopefully it's true for the sake of the employees. 4.5 stars rounded up for our new local KBBQ spot in rotation. The service here is absolutely the highlight of this KBBQ spot! You scan a QR code and order on your phone (limit 4 main items, unlimited sides at a time, every 2 minutes) and the food comes out SO FAST. The servers are always checking in and the grills are changed frequently. Meat quality is another highlight, we always get the premium menu because the marinated short ribs and wagyu beef belly are amazing and we also love getting rib finger and large intestines here. Other reasons for getting the premium menu? To get unlimited green onion salad, soup, and egg (fluffy and the way I loveeee it) without the extra charge! I also love their corn cheese. Both the green onion salad and regular salad are great here and really helps balance the meat portion. The only items that are so-so to me are some of their banchans (potato salad, bean sprouts, cucumber), but everything else makes up for it. Located in an unassuming strip mall with other restaurants, you can park in the lot or on the street. From the outside, it looks small but inside is large with different areas. On weekdays waits are short, weekends, I've waited up to 45 minutes for a larger group. If you do get premium, check your receipts in case there is an upcharge on the items and let the servers know, they always graciously fix it for us. Great spot for AYCE KBBQ. I'm almost hesitant to write this review because part of me wants to gatekeep this spot. Ziggle is exactly what KBBQ should be--no gimmicks, no overhyped nonsense, just straight-up quality. Absolutely love this Korean BBQ spot! It has been my go to for the past 2 years, regardless of where I'm at. From service, to pace, to the main part... KOREAN BBQ! All of it is excellent and worth the price. As for price, they have a week day special and on weekends they have their regular prices. From three menu options silver, gold, or platinum. I usually do silver as it includes a good portion of options. I haven't had any bad customer service since the first time I've been to this place. Servers are always polite & willing to help with anything. They are fast pace so don't worry about waiting for food. They have a great and easy ordering system. You get sent a link where you begin to choose everything you want and once your order is submitted you can re-order food right after. Ambiance is usually noisy because of the cooking and conversations going around which I don't mind at all. I guess it would be preference based at that point. Everytime I go it's usually pretty busy, but you can join the waitlist before you even get there which is awesome. Overall, my absolute favorite All You Can Eat Korean BBQ to go to. The restaurant is located in a crowded strip mall with a relatively small parking lot, so you may end up parking on a nearby residential side street. As for the restaurant itself, one thing that stood out was how smoky it was. It may have already been mentioned in other reviews, but this is one of the smokiest KBBQ spots I've been to. The air felt greasy, and at one point my family and I had to shield ourselves with the menu from the smoke while grilling our meat. Investing in a better ventilation system would greatly improve the dining experience. What I really liked was the convenience of ordering everything from your phone. It made the process quick and efficient, and we never had to wait around for a server to place additional orders. I also think the banchan (Korean side dishes) selection could be expanded. I was expecting a bit more variety, and it would be nice if a few side dishes were automatically served at the start so guests could sample them before ordering more. The japchae, unfortunately, was very salty and ended up being the only dish I really couldn't eat. Despite those issues, I would definitely consider coming back. A friend and I were in the mood for AYCE KBBQ and thought we'd try a new place for a change. Ziggle sounded interesting with the ordering with your phone concept so we gave it a try. It is located in a small strip mall with mostly other Asian restaurants. The parking stalls are very narrow and it felt like a high risk lot to park in for getting your car dinged so I parked on the street and took the short walk to the restaurant. They have a few benches out front which was nice since I was the first to arrive and it made waiting for the others to arrive more comfortable. They have a Yelp live waitlist which is also helpful, although there was no wait around 6:30pm on a weeknight. We were seated and handed a QR code on a piece of paper which is what you scan to order for your table. My friend ordered a bunch of meat and almost fifteen minutes went by and no food had arrived. The food ordering page was a little confusing at first and the server showed us that you have to go through a final step to confirm your order. Once we figured it out, food finally started coming out. Even with ordering food via your phone, the food seemed to arrive slower than just ordering verbally like at most places. The banchan was fine and the quality of the meats was pretty good. We went with the platinum menu and some of the items we ordered were prime ribeye, marinated short rib, wagyu beef belly, beef tongue, pork belly, various bulgogi, garlic shrimp, mussels, baby octopus, glass noodles, and corn cheese. The mussels, one of the shrimp items, and the corn cheese are delivered to the table in a foil topped jiffy-pop sort of pie tin that you put on the grill. It takes up a good portion of the grill and kind of grinds everything to a halt while you wait for it to cook. Our grill was changed out regularly, but overall it seemed like everything went kind of slow. They play music in the background which was kind of loud and made it difficult to talk with others in our group. I was so busy working the grill and trying to hear my friends that I forgot to take any pictures of the food. Overall 3.5 stars. The food was fine, but the overall experience just didn't do it for us. We will stick to our regular KBBQ places. read more

Dude!! I know it's been years that Ziggle took over the MR Lee Kbbq spot and yesterday was the first I entered that space. It still had that same lovely kbbq smokey smell that triggered excitement but in a much better eating environment with friendlier service. What impressed me was the meat quality, sides selection and variety of choices . I love the soy marinade on the beef because it wasn't too salty. I loved how I can get both radish and rice paper. There can be lengthy waits during busy times but we managed to get on the waitlist and were in with no wait on a weekend dinner. Ziggle proclaims that they use "only prime and choice grade" and the meats did taste tender and tasty. We did the base silver level and it had plenty of variety for the price. The instant ramen side was $4 but went well with the meal. Ziggle does use a phone browser-based ordering system, activated by qr code. You look at the menu selections on your phone, add to order, and order through the phone. Staff are available to help but the system makes ordering fast. Truly the best AYCE KBBQ spot in the area. Ziggle has the best service and really stands out from other places I've been to. There are plenty of staff who walk around and check on you, and we got our grill changed every time we ordered more meat, sometimes even before we asked. They use a phone ordering system now, and it's super fast. Our meats came out within 1 to 3 minutes each time. The quality is great too. The meat quality is good the regular menu is always a good bang for your buck. They have all the normal sides you would want at kbbq and all pretty decent too. Now comes service if you're the type of person that needs an attentive server at all times this is not the place for you most of the staff floats around in case you need help but don't stop at your table frequently. Most if not all of your ordering is done through a QR code website where you choose all of your sides, meats and drinks; so if hands off service is not your liking do not come here but if you're introverted and/or prefer a more hands off service style it's the best !! but overall love this spot and a solid kbbq spot read more
