Highly recommend Great Oak Pizza! Moved to Southbridge within the past year and have tried multiple local pizza places and this one has been nothing short of phenomenal! My go-to is the "King" a steal tip mushroom pepper onion grinder. Always greeted pleasantly by the employees and the owner is such a nice hardworking guy! I left a 5 star review a few years back. We absolutely loved this place. I dont know if it was the pandemic or what but they have changed. Their pizza isn't what it used to be and we have stopped going there. If I could give 3.5 stars this is what it would be. They used to stand above all other local pizza places but now... nah. The quality lacks. The toppings are less and I swear the sauce or something has changed. Even the people that work there... there's just a different feel. The owner was always very nice to me and my family but perhaps there is some personal stress but I can say it's weighing on his staff too. I know the owner reads reviews. And I really hope he reads this one. I know what you can do! Ive seen excellence in your pizza before. We sent a lot of people your way. But in the last 1.5 years I would say... things started falling downhill. Im not the only one who has noticed this. I seriously hope you can find your way back. I haven't had any bad meals. I order frequently from Great Oak. The fish and chips are huge. Love the voodoo chicken and the meatball grinders. Grilled chicken salad is great. Hooked on the broccoli bites. The tuna club sandwich wasn't a traditional club, it was basically just a tuna sandwich rather than a three layer club.also love the chicken broccoli and garlic pizza and the special pizza. Rude Ordered bacon pizza with extra bacon I said you can charge me for it. Came back literally no bacon so I asked, and the owner said "no you have extra bacon there" explains to me that the price of bacon went up and that's why there's not on there.. so why did I pay extra for bacon if they don't have it ? And then I left mad called to talk about the situation the guy says "are you the same guy who was just in here bitching if you don't like the food don't call back" and hangs up. The thing is we love their food but their pizza toppings are always lacking so I tried to pay for extra topping to compensate for and still got next to nothing and when I questioned I got greeted with attitude and smug smirks. This place just reopened with new folks running it. I was at Big Bunny and saw the reopening sign so I decided to give them a try. While I waited the new owner sat and chatted with me and I wished him success. They need some serious work with their pizza dough. We ordered an eggplant & mushroom pizza and a gyro with a side of garlic bread. The pizza was average tasting and the gyro was good, but the garlic bread was awful. It was a sub sandwich roll cut in many pieces with very little garlic taste. Delivery from the time ordered was close to an hour (we were told it would take about half an hour). Also, watch out for being over charged. Their menu, which we picked up that same day, had prices listed but somehow we got charged an extra $4 for something (no detailed receipt provided) and it wasn't the sales tax or delivery fee. I doubt if we'll order from there again. read more

I have been going here for ten years and their food is fantastic! Pizza, salads, subs, and the finest Gyro in the area bar none. The complainer above is out of their tree. They have been voted best pizza consistently and since it is a family operation sometimes delivery runs slightly over the half hour. I live the town over and Maria and Saki have never taken one hour to deliver EVER. By the way the 4.00 is the delivery charge and I am positive you didn't even tip.
