    Breakfast empanadas

So glad we stopped at this gastropub located in downtown Southbridge. . We love trying unique spots with adventuresome food. The breakfast ramen fit the bill. Served in a pork broth,it was full of sausage, bacon, noodles, nori and cheese and a very well prepared fried egg . Everything blended into mouthfuls of yumminess. My husband enjoyed his breakfast empanadas but they were not nearly as filling as my choice. The house front manager checked on us several times and Carly our waitress was friendly as well. Dinner menu looked interesting.. we will need to try if we ever find ourselves out this way again .

These taste buds have been wow'd yet again! This weekend specials fries whole belly clams with a citrus dill tartar Luis wanted the fries, I didn't argue for our entrees he went with the pan fried crispy haddock over milanese risotto, grilled asparagus, and dill caper butter. I went with the chicken parm Ramen, right? What a crazy fusion, but it worked and was delicious, I snuck some of the crispy haddock and risotto, which was perfect! Michael Arrastia and crew at Honest Town Eats killed it today!

I love everything about this place! They are so accommodating. If you have any dietary restrictions or you're vegan or vegetarian. Everything is made from scratch so if you don't want certain things listening on say the ramen for example they don't have to pick it out for you to be able to enjoy. The first time I went here, I felt instantly comfortable. The restaurant employees were so welcoming. I love being greeted with a "hi friend (s)" I highly recommend visiting and trying some food or a drink. 5 stars!

My husband and I stopped in for lunch while we waited to meet part of a rescue dog transport. Beautiful decor. We had a super nice waitress. We had been to Hangover Pub a few times before they closed. I had been hankering ramen. So I was happy to see they had a few choices of ramen on the menu. I got french onion ramen. Highly recommend. Plenty for 2 to share, or a nice hearty lunch/dinner. Hubby had the pork belly ruben. Very tasty. We will definitely be back.

Good food and cool vibe! Service was a little slow but it was bumping. I ate Caesar salad and LOVED the corn muffin pancake!

    Almond crusted French toast.

Great vibe and even greater food. Such a cool place. Staff attentive and friendly. Creative dishes and drinks. Can't wait to go back.

An eclectic menu but lots of good options. A fun find in Southbridge with reasonable prices and a comfortable seating area.

We entered and were immediately impressed by the decor and setting. You really feel like you entered a time capsule from a different era, everything is beautiful. We were seated in a cute little area. We ordered our drinks and we really wanted the fish chowder for our app, but they didn't have any (so disappointing). My husband decided on the chili and nothing caught my eye for an app, but I had some bites of the chili and it was very very good! For dinner my husband picked the Beef and Guinness Stew and I picked the Fish and Chips. My fish was very good, but it said it came with hand cut fries and there was no way they were hand cut, they tasted like everything other frozen fries I've had and they were really skimpy on the fries. My husband's Beef and Guinness Stew was awful, he said the meat was very grizzly and tough. We really enjoyed our experience dining in such a beautiful place, we might come back in the summer and give them another try.

My husband had the beef and Guinness stew and I had the classic wedge salad - both fab. Our server was so attentive. The cheese sauce was a bit runny making it hard to eat politely. We had a steak and cheese and a turkey sandwich, both with house chips. The water there tasted awful, we did have to order bottled. They should probably consider a filtration system. Before I came I thought this was a high end place but upon arrival realized it's quite casual. We were in the downstairs bar, I understand there is an upstairs so maybe that is fancier? Either way it's super laid back. I will say the bathroom near the bar need an update. It was not just dirty, it was run down and ragged. Our lunch /drinks for 2 was $180 with tip and I would expect a decent bathroom and drinkable water for that level of restaurant pricing.

The key was the savory broth and three types of onion. Cheese (Gruyère) and large croutons completed this delicious soup. My wife and I also had small Caesar salads, mind with added anchovies, and these were also great. We were there on Memorial Day (Monday) and it was really quiet, but I can imagine it would be crowded on weekends.
