This pharmacy has literally been a life saver. The staff are all very knowledgeable and customer service based. The pharmacist is always making sure there are no interactions with my other medications and that I am aware of how to take any new medications. The delivery option has really helped me personally. Because of my amputation surgeries, I was unable to drive to the pharmacy. Mike, the delivery driver, communicates with me 20 minutes prior to arriving so I can arrange for my daughter or I to meet him at our gate or he will deliver my medications to the front door. I can't imagine going back to the large chain pharmacies. My parents have even switched over because the customer service is 5 star. This place is AWESOME! They're friendly and accommodating to their customers. Very knowledgeable. My prescriptions are usually filled in under 10 minutes. I switched from Lotus, up the street, because after Jim, the pharmacist, left ,that place degraded to the point that I wouldn't buy aspirin there. I have been here a few times and am very pleased with the service I received. All of the staff was nice and helpful. I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for my prescriptions. Also, it seemed like my copays were cheaper here than at a chain pharmacy. Once I forgot I had one rx to pick up, they delivered it to my house which I thought was pretty cool. Then about a month ago, I needed all of my prescriptions about a week early because I was leaving town for 2 weeks. They called my insurance to get them approved for an early vacation fill and had them all ready within the hour. I much prefer small pharmacies like this where customer service is still important to them. I hope they are able to continue the great services they provide. read more

This pharmacy is great! Very friendly people working there, they go out of their way to get a more affordable substitute if the Dr. writes for an expensive one. Free delivery but we usually go in. They take great care of my Mom's meds. And sooooo nice to be treated as an individual and not just as some other customer in the big box pharmacies. Great job! read more

My name is Kristin and all I have experienced from them is rudeness and unprofessional business tactics. They come to my door without my knowledge, they're coming and expect me to pay for prescriptions, They're very rude and have no depth. They come every week with a new Thorazine prescription when that is fraud. And my inhalers. When my doctors do once a month or twice a month prescriptions. They always have a tar for my emergent medications for my mental illness like Seroquel and tell me that I need to call the doctor even though I told them I did. Then they act like I should know the doctor called. Then they they say they can help me no more. I would skip them, Go to CVS or Hope pharmacy at least they're polite and care sometimes and actually take the time to call the doctor for you. I always give respect and I get treated like scum by these people. DON'T GO TO THEM. They will be at your door and expect you to pay for prescriptions you didn't even know were ready that are too soon. Another problem I have is they always say my prescription will be done in 20 minutes and then it takes 3 hours and they forget prescriptions. Trust me your best bet is to find a better pharmacy. UPDATE 4/21/16: I just called my insurance and there was no tar on my Seroquel. Turns out they lied and were never going to fill it, which was why they gave me such an attitude. Especially the pharmacist and specific pharmacy tech who said I never called the doctor when I told them I did and the doctor called and they said he did. I called my doctor and he said he called. ANOTHER UPDATE: I just went to refill prescriptions at my new pharmacy and they had no record of them. So I called Great RX and guess what? CALL YOUR DOCTOR. Great RX you do know that my doctor records all my prescriptions and I do keep all my bottles? Then they harass my dad to fill his MS Contin over the phone when he has only do done so once or a few times- it's none of their business, anyway. A pharmacy of bullies and harassment. read more

After several years of substandard service and frustration at Rite Aid I finally became fed up and switched my scripts to GreatRx. Why didn't I do this sooner??
