I have been a customer of this pharmacy for years (since 2001) because of its convenient delivery service. However, one employee, Miriam has made me question whether I want to remain a customer with her bad attitude, bad customer service, and general rudeness. I always have a negative experience when dealing with Miriam. She often tells me she will send my medication when it is ready and then never does. Not only does she not send my medication when she says she will but then never calls me to let me know she will not be sending it or what problem arose. I then have to call and ask the next day only to be left waiting again. She often leaves me waiting for over an hour when I come in looking to pick-up my medication only to be told that they do not have my prescription or I have no refills when I know that is not true. Miriam refuses to let me talk to other techs when I call or will even hang up the phone on me. Additionally, she is not upfront about the cost. Like I said I have been going here for years and my medication and my insurance have not changed, yet sometimes she charges after having my medication covered by my insurance for years. Miriam's overall bad customer service and rude behavior are what make this pharmacy an unpleasant experience. The owner should really consider evaluating Miriam's customer service because this behavior is bad for business. Reading some of the other negative comments on here, I am quite sure these customers have had to deal with Miriam. read more

I placed an order and usually receive it within 10 days. After 2 weeks and still nothing I called and was told it was being filled by another vendor. No other information available. After calling every other day for over a month (talking to managers and getting a different answer every time) I finally located my package; it was held at a ups center near my old address, which was where they sent it to 2 weeks prior! Wow what a great pharmacy! John and the whole staff is super friendly and treats you like one of their own. I used to go to CVS then Walgreens, but since I started coming here, there is no going back. Many of the pharmacists at these bigger chains don't care about the customer, but John always thoroughly walks me through my prescriptions and even makes recommendations for OTC drugs when I'm feeling sick. He really cares about his customers and his staff is also friendly and knowledgable. I definitely recommend these over the major chains. read more

Dropped off scripts 10 days before fill date then pharmacist complained he would fill just one time as he didn't have the quantity. I love this pharmacy, most I live the people that work here and how much they actually do care. Everytime I go in they say hi, how are you and there always willing to help me with any questions I gave about anything. What's also really cool is when I'm in there they as always know everyone name that comes in there and they smile and ask them how they have been. I'm really grateful for all there help and there kindness its really nice to know I'm still being treated like a normal human even with all my illnesses and stuff. Discharged from ER with a prescription for a drug that CVS and Walgreens didn't have in stock and would need 2-4 days through special order. I spent the entire morning back and forth between Express Scripts (awful) and the ER both of which wouldn't make a single call to the other in order to get the pre authorization necessary to fulfill the prescription. Without insurance to cover the cost of the medication I was expected to pay over $800 for a 30 day supply. I stumbled across this independent pharmacy adjacent to Sav-On. Not only did they have the medication I needed in stock but the staff Worked tirelessly for over 2 hours trying to negotiate and broker a reduced cost for the medicine. Unsuccessful with my insurance she contacted the manufacturer and was able to get me a 21 days supply at no charge to me!!! This would enable me to secure the pre authorization from my primary care physician and avoid the out of pocket costs to me in the future. Wow. I dealt with medical professionals all morning none of which cared or were willing to lift a finger or make a simple exception to their ridiculous rules ("we don't make outbound calls etc etc"). I'll be honest I wondered when walking in why people would choose this pharmacy over the more elaborate and sophisticated pharmacies in the area. I even poked fun at some of the random things they sold. But when I walked out of that pharmacy with $800 worth of life saving medication with zero out of pocket costs and more than that--the superior level of service from the staff who actually gave a damn about my situation--I instantly understood the gem that this pharmacy is. They were busy, had bags and bags of fulfilled medications and I get why. It's not the off brand enema kits or their lucky brand antiperspirants (joking but serious) but it's really the people like today who took time to be kind and make a lasting impression on me. Well done guys. Keep doing what others simple aren't willing to do. You guys made a believer of me and I'm so grateful I had to let others in the area know. read more

Long wait time. I needed a specialty pain medication, they said they would order it. I came back a couple days later. They didn't get it, and they didn't even call to let me know. They said I had to pay first, which was fine with me, but why not tell me when I came in the first time. I was in so much pain, they didn't care and was rude about it. This Pharmacy has been around since I was a small child. It's moved buildings. The awesome employees there have remained amazing. They are like family here. I wont go anywhere else unless this well ran establishment literally disappears. I am pretty sure that wont happen. Thank you all for your patience & friendliness, Each one of them take their time and listen. Lets be honest there are some interesting people here in our little town. That said, STILL they treat every person that comes through the door with respect and I've always heard them call 99% of the people that walk in by their first name....only last names when preferred. I had to come here because they were the only compounding pharmacy near by. It was a positive experience getting established with them and they seemed friendly up until I noticed that two weeks into the prescription, my daughters reflux symptoms came back. I did a lot of research and discovered that liquid prevacid is extremely unstable and has a shelf life of about 2 weeks despite what the pharm company says. Her doctor agreed. So I got pre-authorization for them to fill it every two weeks, which they won't. Three members of their staff, including the pharmacist yelled at me in front of all their customers. I gave up, took the prescription and left. I get home and try to shake the bottle up repeatedly, but there are massive chunks and powder not able to dissolve in the liquid. I took it back and the pharmacist said this is fine, that it's fine even if my 6month old daughter swallows the chunks. I called around to other pharmacies and they said no compound should seem "chunky" or continue to look powdery. I will not be using this pharmacy again and will drive twenty minutes for a reputable compounding pharmacy from now on. Super unhappy. read more

Money-Hungry Vultures.... these people couldn't care less about your medical needs. Tried to fill my sister-in-laws Rx. She is a cash patient who could only afford one of the 3 Rx's the oral surgeon wrote for her. We had made other arrangements with her surgeon for OTC's to replace the other 2 but needed the pain medication that is available only by prescription. The Pharmacist insisted that we fill and pay full price for all 3 Rx's or they refused to fill any of them. I explained the situation and asked them to call the prescribing physician and they refused. Clearly, they were only interested in what is best for themselves and not their patients. I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service and professionalism. read more

This pharmacy is absolutely stupid!!! They don't know how to read and fill prescriptions. And they take more time then needed for a patient dealing with a ton of pain. The staff including the Rphs and Cphts are not professional at all. Never going back here and I wouldn't recommend it to others either. Try Bear Creek Pharmacy. I've gotten a few prescriptions filled here and John is always very helpful and friendly. Its really cool to see the head pharmacist engage with customers, in my past experiences they normally just have other people working under their name. John really cares! Their OTC section is also priced comparably to walgreens and CVS so I prefer to support private pharmacies over the big chains. Will definitely be back! read more

I only gave them a one star because I had to in order to write this review! I picked up my sons prescriptions on 3/24 and it wasn't until I paid and was walking out that they tell me they only partially filled my prescription to come back the next day. I go in the next day and they claimed their shipment had not arrived. I never received a phone call letting me know the prescription was ready. I go in today on 4/7 and it wasn't ready they tell me it will be a few mins. As I'm signing out the prescription they advise me its only FOUR pills and for me to come back AGAIN tomorrow. They made me wait 15 minutes for 4 pills!!!! and now they want me to come back yet a fourth time to check and see if they received their shipment? Pretty pathetic and just another example why small ma and pop shops don't last in Lake Elsinore! No pride of ownership and HORRIBLE customer service! read more

Not just rude, didn't have the prescription drugs I needed in stock, but the older large woman at the counter jeopardized my safety and violated my privacy by first asking if I took other prescription drugs and that they wanted me to transfer all to their pharmacy and when I said I did not care to, announced in a loud clear voice to the entire store that they would no longer fill my prescriptions for NARCOTICS ONLY(pain relief, sleep med for my cancer). My doctor sent a precription in for my daughter on 5/1/2018. I called to follow up on the prescription on 5/8/2018 because we still had not received it. I was promised that the precription would be expedited out and I would receive it in 1-2 days. I called back on 5/10/2018 (still no prescription) and was told they were very sorry and I would have it the next day. I again called back 5/11/2018 and was told there was a mix up with Fed Ex and now I won't have it until today. This is a terrible company and I will NEVER use them again!!! read more

Deserves 0 stars. Doctors are likely getting kickbacks for each new patient they get to sign up. Prescriptions are filled at a higher cost than you can get at other pharmacies, including local ones. When you sign, they DEFAULT automatic refill selection in an inconspicuous place and they send refills on their own time schedule (remember, you never reordered them as you needed, but get sent anyway). On top of that, you can't go online to look at your account an see what is going on. If you want to change anything you fill in another online form that is nothing more than an email (you never get to see your account again or what your settings are). Extremely shady. TELL YOUR DOCTORS NOT TO USE THIS PHARMACY and file a complaint with the Arizona Pharmacy board. read more
