She kept the length as much as she could while also taking off what needed to be refreshed. They were both so nice and we chatted away during the appointment. I wanted to go darker, shorter and mature. Jessica has always been my girl and she did an amazing job getting me to where I wanted. I would definitely say we cut at least 6 inches off. It did take a while (8 hours to be exact), but if that's what it takes to get my hair looking amazing then so be it. They have plenty of snacks and drinks available or you can always order food for delivery. Went yesterday and it was super quiet. She came in absolutely clutch and was very nice. She helped me figure out how to improve the chopped look I got from another barber. Lesson: I'm going to Hair Cuttery at this location next time. Plus, the formaldehyde was always so strong and dangerous really. The fact that her treatment is organic, it doesn't have any formaldehyde and you can wash your hair right after!
