I wasn't rude or upset with her. She took my tray and the only thing she asked was, "What flavor was it?" I told her Hot. Less than two minutes later, she came back with two smaller wraps. I used to work in the food industry, so there's no way a new batch of chicken was cooked and the order was completely remade that quickly. She didn't say anything when she brought the tray back, and when I said thank you, she didn't respond. Her attitude and overall vibe came across like she was annoyed that I had said something. I opened the wrap and noticed they had added more Caesar dressing, which I didn't ask for. When I tried the chicken, it was the exact same issue as before--no spice at all. I normally don't leave negative reviews, and I've worked in customer service for over 20 years, so I understand that mistakes happen. What bothered me was how the situation was handled. I was polite about the mistake, but there was no apology, no real attempt to fix the issue, and the attitude I received made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this location based on my experience. The food may be good, but the customer service I received was extremely disappointing.
