Located within the historic Chelsea Market building--a former Nabisco factory where Oreo cookies were first produced--the restaurant feels theatrical in the best possible way. The soaring ceilings, dramatic lighting, and energetic atmosphere create a sense of occasion from the moment you walk in. It feels less like simply going out to dinner and more like stepping into a beautifully staged production. I started with a Botanist Gin Martini with a twist, which paired wonderfully with the meal. The surprise star of the evening was the new Cucumber Tiger Salad. The balance of flavors was exceptional: bright acidity, a pleasant touch of heat, and just enough mint to make each bite feel fresh and exciting. Every so often the mint would come through and suddenly all the flavors would click together in a way that made me immediately want another bite. This is a dish I would happily order again. Next came the Edamame Dumplings. They were delicate and comforting, especially when enjoyed with the accompanying broth. The broth adds depth and richness that elevates the entire dish. My only suggestion would be the slightest touch more salt, perhaps even a finishing sprinkle of black volcanic salt for both flavor and presentation. I also found myself wishing there were a bit more of that delicious broth because it contributes so much to the overall experience. For my entrée, I ordered the Glazed Alaskan Black Cod, and it absolutely lived up to its reputation. The fish was rich, buttery, and perfectly prepared. What impressed me most was how thoughtfully the accompaniments were composed. The pickled cucumbers brought brightness, acidity, and crunch, while the black bean and eggplant relish delivered deep savory notes and unexpected complexity. I'm generally not an eggplant fan, but this relish was outstanding. The cucumbers and relish sit at opposite ends of the flavor spectrum, yet both somehow make the cod even better. Looking back, I think a glass of Sauvignon Blanc alongside the cod would have been the perfect pairing. I finished with the Miso Caramel Milk Bar, which was spectacular. Decadent, sweet, salty, and touched with just enough umami to keep every bite interesting. The chocolate crumble underneath added a wonderful crunch that contrasted beautifully with the creamy ice cream and luscious caramel sauce. Every component worked together perfectly, creating a dessert that was both indulgent and sophisticated. From start to finish, the meal felt polished, thoughtful, and memorable. Thank you!

We went family style for our dishes which worked very well. Everything we got was delicious, but the garlic fried rice, kung pao monkfish, crab rangoons and wok fried xo cheung fun noodles were my favorites. I also tried the Blush cocktail which was similar to a lychee martini. I loved it and it was perfectly sweet. Overall it was on the pricey side once we split everything, but the vibes were great for a nice night out.

Now there are numerous locations scattered across the city since it's og location in Flushing. I went to the one in Chelsea nestled on 8th avenue. Oddly across the street from the Google Headquarters and conveniently near the train. It's a decent sized spot with a cafeteria like communal style seating. You order your food on a kiosk making it a cash free flow system. Although, they did say at the counter when I was picking up my order that they also accept cash. It's just faster using the kiosk machine. We both went with the famous spicy cumin lamb hand ripped noodles at the extra heat level. I'm wondering if the extra heat was a rookie mistake. I can handle the heat but I'm not sure if I loved the extra in this sense as it took away a little from the other flavors and it's more swimming in chili oil than opposed to a liberal dab everywhere. The noodles are perfection. Thick and chewy with so much flavor. The lamb is melt in your mouth and easily pulls apart. In the winter or when it's a cold and rainy day again I want to try the noodle soup. The dumplings and lamb burgers are also seriously tempting. It's an amazing flavor bomb and 100% lives up to the hype.

The hand pulled noodles here are super tender and tasty with a bunch of options to try them. The lamb cumin noodles are a classic so I recommend them to folks. It's a subtly sweet floral tea that pairs nicely with the spice from the noodles.

Yeah Id say that was a pretty splendid meal. Shared everything thank goodness…read more Started with the wok fried beef dumplings which were good on their own but had this fire ahh spicy honey mustard wow. Then the scallion pancakes which were crispy and airy paired with this very interesting sauce that was clear but tasted like sweet and sour sauce. For mains we got Kung Pao Chicken which was pretty delicious but my star of the show was the Crispy Beef. It was crispy asf and skinny too I didn't know you could make beef skinny like that. Sauce was super tasty and thick. On the side was broccoli which was fine and eggplant which was fine on its own and good with the chili sauce. Split the Fortune Cookie Red Velvet Cake which okay I thought there would be more creativity with adding fortune cookies somewhere in the cake but it was just a cake with fortune cookies on top. Also they put 2 when we had 4 people like lowkey they couldve just put 2 more on there but anyways the cake itself was pretty tasty so can't complain there.

The food is all over the place but the main theme is that everything is over-seasoned to please the crowd of people who all were gulping down colorful sugary cocktails with dinner while wearing athletic clothing. Peking duck (for 4-5) had great accompaniments (rare to actually get bao with it) but it was a lackluster portion of duck. Salt and pepper shrimp were offensively salted. Special "mignon" was great. The hand-pulled noodles *gasp* weren't hand pulled. "BBQ" chicken in the other noodles was very dry. Sea bass portion was very small. Scallion pancakes were good. Shrimp dumplings were the highlight. I recommend skipping this restaurant.

Food: With this place being Halal I didn't need to worry if my broth was made out of pork or not, which is pretty nice. The meat was very soft and tasty, easy to bite into while the noodles it self were not simmered enough in the broth, making them little bit bland. The broth was not spicy at ALL which needed me to add some Chilli oil (cause usually there are spice levels when you make an order, somehow this place doesnt do that) so you are safe when it comes to spices here you are safe.

Once we were seated at our spot for the evening, our server, Philip, catered to our every need and want. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, the ingredients in each dish, and had very insightful comments on how to enjoy each course. The food was excellent -- our favorite bites: The uni and crab tartlet, which packed such a strong punch of flavor to start the evening! The Hokkaido salad ceviche, which I sadly did not take a photo of, had an amazing chili watermelon granita topping which was both spicy and refreshing. The Yum "Som O", whose combination of citrus and pistachio left me wanting more. And lastly, the pandan tartlet, which brought me back to my Southeast Asian roots with a burst of pandan and coconut. We will definitely be back for some of the dishes we saw being prepared while we were at the kitchen counter but weren't part of our experience, but in the meantime I am going to dream of the meal we had tonight for weeks to come.

This 4.5 star review is for the Bangkok Supper Club tasting menu…read more First off, the service and professionalism of all the employees the topnotch; they conduct their duties with extreme precision and meticulousness to ensure each plate being served is as perfect as can be. Phillip, our server, was very friendly, warm, social, and helped make sure we had as pleasant of an experience as possible. Max, the chef, was extremely passionate in curating a menu that is truly authentic and passionate to bring to life the true essence of Thai dining; he does not compromise on his creations to ensure each dish is infused with true Thai flavors and it was such a pleasure to see just how passionate he is. To truly enjoy their tasting menu, you have to be able to tolerate some eating some spicy selections, with about 4-5 of their selections being quite spicy from my subjective opinion. The first few small bites packs a punch in terms of intensity of its Thai ingredients. The best way to describe it is that the fresh ingredients like the uni, foie gras, and blue fin tartare were more reflective of the side characters to support the main star of the show, which is the unique Thai flavors/spices. If you enjoy intense flavors, their selections will definitely satisfy you! Throughout the entirety of the tasting menu, you experience ALL basic tastes of sweet, sour, spicy, bitter, salty and umami. Their palate cleanser was refreshing, but at the same time one of them was spicy (Hokkaido scallop ceviche) and the other bitter (Yum Sum O). The main entrees were a mixture of creamy, rich and salty, which definitely was reminiscent of Thai street food! Personally for me, the intensity of the earlier dishes overshadowed the more milder flavor profile of the main entrees. However, if you ordered their main selections a la carte, I am certain they would still be quite enjoyable on their own! Lastly, their desserts were all extremely delicious and I would change absolute nothing about them! Overall, the vision of bringing to life the true essence of Thai flavors is definitely embodies by the entirety of the tasting menu. If you want a true and authentic Thai experience, Bangkok Supper Club perfectly captures it! At the same time, due to my struggle to tolerate spicy, I ended up struggling to enjoy most of the meal where the spiciness lingered onto the following dish and more. Nonetheless, I believe Bangkok Supper Club's tasting menu captures what true tasting menu is supposed to capture, which is a bit of everything on their regular menu. This experienced allowed us more clarity into what we would like to try for a regular dinner on their a la carte menu in our future plans to visit the restaurant! Their professionalism and meticulousness in preparing each of their dishes was very much appreciated and is reflective of what elegant fine dining looks like. If you can handle spicy, I HIGHLY recommend trying their tasting menu, for the pricing for their selections is extremely fair and will leave you 100% full. Give them a shot to experience what true Thai dining is all about! Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:
