Overall, it was okay but I'm not likely to return just because there are better options based on the things we tried. But taste is subjective and it just wasn't our vibe today. Around 9:20 PM, I received a call from Olivia, the shift lead. She was incredibly calm, professional, and kind while explaining that she wasn't at the store and the employees working that night were fairly new and that they usually appreciate a little advance notice for catering orders. She asked whether I still wanted to move forward with the order. I told her I completely understood the situation and wouldn't be upset if they needed to cancel since it was so late and inconvenient. A little while later, Olivia called me back to let me know the catering had turned out great and that they could still deliver it if I wanted. When the order arrived, I was so impressed! Both catering boxes looked fantastic, and everything was prepared beautifully. I truly appreciate the employees who stayed late and put such care into making our order, and I especially want to thank Olivia for her outstanding customer service. Her kindness, communication, and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond!
