    Spicy Philly Gyro
    Josh D.

Sneaky good gyro in St. Cloud. Worth the stop if you are hungry in the area with the lack of good options in the area! I targeted this place while pacing through because I will go ANYWHERE that says they have a way to spice up there gyro. I got the Philly Gyro and had the guy "spice it up" for a buck. Spicing it up means throwing some hot sauce on it. First impressions - good flavor, not very spicy, and a little "soupy" fir my liking. The Tzatziki and hot sauce combo is pretty watery and it soaks through the pita real quick. I made an absolute mess. Ended up forking through the remnants of my disintegrating sandwich - worth it - still tasty. If you are a St. Cloudian or SCSU student - check this joint out. Guessing most already have if you are a Greek/gyro eater like me!

Fantastically fresh and fast food. Huge servings, friendly staff. Some much Mediterranean flavor

We stopped by here on our way through town and found on-street parking. It looks like there is a lot across the street as well. Either way, the current price is $1.00 per hour via the nearby pay station. There was only one person working on Wednesday afternoon, so there was a brief wait before we ordered. We ordered the Classic Gyro and two Falafel Gyros with fries. The Gyro meat was sliced from a typical vertical spit broiler and had those crispy edges you don't get if the meat comes off a grill. The falafels were very good and clearly freshly made. I don't think I would get the green spice on my fries again (celery salt maybe?) but otherwise it was a good meal.

Greek Cravings is in downtown St. Cloud MN. In the Petters building which is listed on the National Historical Register. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available. I'm just guessing here but indoor is preferred during winter. But folks here are pretty tough so maybe not. GC is a gem. Very typical Greek menu with each item perfectly prepared. The classic gyro is a big portion so I skipped the fries but they looked good. Both the fries and falafel were made to order. The tabouli salad was more than my companion could finish. It got a rave review just like each item I tried. The woman taking care of everyone was in constant motion. She took orders once and remembered every selection for several people. Wow. The prices are very reasonable to the point of needing increasing. But not my call. I certainly would not have balked at higher prices especially knowing how great it was. Plenty of parking in the area using the Park Mobile app or kiosk. Well worth a visit. Enjoy!

Totally an amazing experience. Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Wirth the drive even with the rising gas prices (haha)

Less than $40 for a family of 5! Great: food, staff, prices. Had gyros, kabob, rice and all were perfect. What a great little place!

Couldn't have asked for better, more enthusiastic and passionate service from Laney and Howe. We took Laney up on all of her recommendations and tried the spicy feta hummus, spanakopita, lamb kebab, falafel, lemon soup, baklava, affogato, and frappe. Would recommend all - especially the lamb, hummus, and the lemon soup. Pita came with everything and was perfectly soft and chewy. Will definitely be back next time we are in town!

Pretty sure the Greek gods are eating here. You can almost picture Zeus polishing off a gyro plate…read morewhile Athena side-eyes him for double-dipping in the hummus. Everything tastes fresh, well-cooked, and seasoned like someone in the kitchen has divine guidance. My gyro plate with a chicken kabob was spot on -- the chicken was so tender it probably sang in a choir once. The grilled zucchini and hummus were equally great -- simple, bright, and clearly blessed by the olive oil gods. It's a little nicer than your usual order-at-the-counter spot -- like if Mount Olympus had a lunch counter. There's even a small bar with draft beer and wine in case Dionysus feels like clocking in. The space is bright, white, and airy -- very "temple of good vibes" energy. Service was friendly and helpful -- mortals doing the gods proud. The verdict: the deities are pleased, and humanity gets to keep existing for at least another meal.
