First of all I want to start by saying that the Owner was super nice! I read wonderful reviews about him and his wife who run the place, so I had to try it out for myself. I ordered the chicken Gyro and asked for cucumbers. Unfortunately, the chicken was not very tasty. I was hoping for charbroiled chunks of chicken breast, like "I Heart Gyro" does. Instead it was thin strips of seasoned chicken that were probably thawed out from the freezer. The Tzatziki sauce was very good though! Because I asked for extra sauce, it made the Iceberg lettuce soggy, as well as the thin slices of onions. By the time I picked off all the soggy pieces of Iceberg lettuce and thin slices of onions, I was left with just two slices of tomatoes and two slices of cucumber! Definitely not worth paying the extra dollar for two slices of cucumber! I paid almost $15 for this Gyro that lacked crisp veggies and they were stingy with the Feta cheese! Only a few crumbles. I feel very disappointed, because I read wonderful reviews about this place. Too bad, so sad! P.S.: If you want a delicious Chicken Gyro with marinated and grilled chunks of chicken breast, "I Heart Gyro" can't be beat! read more

First time visiting as a lifelong Clark county resident. What a great place. Gyros aren't usually my thing but we were talking about them in our group chat so I was tasked with going to visit this place to see if it is good. I got the double Greek (eating as I type now) and it is delicious. The veggies are very fresh and the meat is well seasoned. Not too salty which is a plus as I typically have a bland diet. Their items are priced well too. Both people working there were extremely sweet. Will be back again with some friends! Highly recommended. read more

This isn't just your corner gyro shop, it's an experience. This was our first visit to the Greek Gyro Guy. The food is, hands down, the best. I had the Greek Gyro; hub had the Colossus...both with lamb/beef. The gyro meat is flavorful and ample (I cut my gyro in half and had it for both lunch and dinner), the pita bread soft and chewy, and the fillings crunchy and fresh. (there are also veg and vegan offerings.) You will not find a better gyro in Vancouver (they were voted the "Best of Clark County 2024"). But the best thing of all are the owners, who are absolutely delightful. Dennis and Melissa are awesome. They let you know how much they appreciate your business and you can tell that they truly enjoy their customers. I am so glad that they are our neighborhood eatery. read more

Food is decent but it's not incredible. I would give 3.5 stars for food flavors and quality, but what really stands out is the service. The owner ( older gentleman ) is SUCH A JOY to talk to. He literally is the reason why I will come back, and get more food when in immediate area. It's such a cute stand, with amazing personality. Freshly made gyros with excellent seasonings and sauces (but not overly seasoned). You may also order it "spicy" with peppers and Sriracha! This is by far the best Gyro I've had in the Pacific Northwest. My partner and I just moved over to this side of the water from Portland and we've had our fair share of Mediterranean/greek, it's a favorite. But this spot really blew all of the others out of the water. I had the chicken colossal gyro and my partner had the lamb and beef gyro, both were so delicious. The thinly sliced chicken was phenomenal, so much flavor. The dolmas were so flavorful and fresh and the falafel was perfectly made, not dry, at all. We also ordered a baklava and were so kindly gifted two additionally since we were celebrating a birthday. I'm not sure what I liked more, the gyro, the baklava, falafel, they were all equally so tasty. The baklava tastes like it's actually made with real honey, no corn syrup and oil like others around town. All I can say is we found a Diamond in the rough... located by a self-serve carwash on the side of 162nd... it's small, but very well maintained and recently remodeled with outdoor seating... it's a fantastic quick Drivethru with great service & better food. I've been eating here since the late 2000s, when we used to walk from a friend's house nearby and scrounge our dollars together for sodas at the gas station and gyros from GGG. The owner, Uncle Denny, has always been generous to us with the food and kind to us as teenagers. And now years later, I still come here for one of the best gyros I can find. Excellent meat, fresh veggies, soft pita and at such a reasonable price. Everything on the menu is delicious, and the owners are still so kind to us.
