One of the better diners in the area. A guarantee decent meal and the service is good. The place is very clean and the workers are super attentive. I will give them this, the Greek food is the best around here. I was pleasantly surprised. You wouldn't think that from a dinner. The Gyro was super fresh and the spanakopita was really good. They deff have a Yiayia in the back. My kids love their pancakes, so it has become our go too on the weekends.

The food is incredible. Generous portions, fresh and yummy! The Greek Island Omelette is my favorite - with home fries and rye toast. So good! For dinner? The broiled seafood platter is killer.

We ordered takeout so I can't really speak to the service or the ambiance of the restaurant, but the food was amazing! The portion sizes were so good for the price, I loved that they added a lot of chicken!

I ordered a stake quesadilla, medium, with cheese. My wife ordered a BLT, and a to go chicken dinner with rice. The dinner came with a salad and a soup. Our seltzer arrived cold and our coffee hot. If you prefer strong coffee, this is the place! The food was great! Takeaways: Ample parking Excellent staff Excellent price to food ratio.

Our waitress was wonderful and greeted us and gave us a menu for Restaurant week as well as the regular menu. The dining room was cozy and the decorations at the entrance were beautiful. We started with calamari from the regular menu, as well as chicken pot pie rolls with cranberry sauce and baked clams from the restaurant week menu. Then for my entrée, I got the flat iron steak with gorogonzola and chimichurri sauce, and my friend got the catch of the day which was a mahi-mahi. We both really enjoyed our meals and had a lot of leftovers. I liked the steamed veggies and mashed potatoes that my steak came with and she really enjoyed the fish then when we got to the end, we each got to pick a dessert and we tried the cappuccino mousse chocolate cake, as well as the chocolate ice cream. Then on the back of the receipt, there's a stamp for 10% off to purchase pies at the window outside from their sister location, NoFo Pot Pies. We had a great time here and service was excellent. I am looking forward to our next visit.

For dinner we had the amazing Rack of lamb which was a generous portion of lamb with 8 bones! It was cooked perfectly and was so delicious and tender. The ladies ordered the braised short rib with a pappardelle pasta which was delicious as well. Everything was great but I do have to personal gripes. 1. No crackers for the soup and 2. You have to order bread and pay for it. I was surprised by this and wasn't happy about that. But I'm not going to knock off a star because the food was great. But to pay for bread, C'mon man. We spent plenty there. I will go back and sneak in some rolls!

The food is consistently delicious, well-prepared, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The service is friendly and attentive without being rushed, and the prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes and quality you get. Ruggero's: A Taste of Heavenly Cavatelli…read more My wife and I recently returned to Ruggero's specifically so I could enjoy their homemade cavatelli in a Bolognese sauce. We started with the fried calamari, which were delicious. The service was a highlight of our visit. Our waitress was not only lovely and helpful but also ensured our drinks arrived promptly and with a smile. When I requested a plain marinara Bolognese, the accommodation was made without a problem, which speaks volumes about the kitchen's flexibility and the staff's dedication. Did I say that the service is excellent? The restaurant itself is large and clearly a popular venue--a wedding was hosted during our dinner, and the music was on the loud side. For those looking for value, the portion to price ratio here is great, a quality that extends to their lunch menu as well. Pro-Tip: If you're in the mood for pasta, consider going on a "Pasta Night" (Monday or Tuesday) for a good deal. Parking is available, though there is a short walk from the lot to the entrance. Ruggero's provides excellent service, great value, and fantastic pasta. I highly recommend it.

We started off with the stuffed mushrooms with crab meat and mozzarella cheese on top. The mushrooms were barely cooked. Strike 1. For my entrée, I chose the surf and turf ($85) which was a tiny stuffed lobster tail, and a 6 ounce fillet mignon which I ordered medium rare and it came out, medium well. I sent it back and they brought me a rare almost raw piece. I didn't bother sending it back AGAIN. I just didn't eat it. I took it home. At $85 I was not about to throw it away. The Lobster tail was tiny, (maybe 3 bites) but tasty. My husband and mother both got the duck entrée ($58) which they described was overcooked, dry and chewy. Strike 2 & 3 For dessert, I passed, but my husband and mother both got the Tres Leches cake and Cappuccino's which they said was delicious. So after the bill came, which was over $300, the only thing that was truly enjoyed was the dessert. Pretty expensive meal for cake and coffee. We will not be returning.
