I really enjoy the food here. Although this place falls under "fast food" it isn't all that fast. They make the food when you order it so that when you get it it's fresh and hot. I normally get the chicken pita or the chicken sandwich with fires. All are delicious. The fried zucchini and onion rings are tasty too. I have had the chicken salad once and it too was fantastic. The menu is kind of pricey (chicken sandwich plus fries is like $9.15, no drink) but it's worth it to me because the food is fresh and tastes good. read more

I had never tried a gyro until today, and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised on how good their food was! The meat is to die for!! I tried the Gyro plate, though everything was separated and not in the pita itself, I think it still was awesome! Me and my family use to go to this establishment every weekend and love the food and never get tired of it, but they have a new owner who seems to not have the chefs to actual make your food with a smile the meat is cold and not fresh and the rice is overcooked and old and the lettuce is very old we used to love this restaurant so much. Delicious!!!! Once AGAIN. Service is fast and employees are happy & helpful. Cool soda machine there now. Chicken was moist, juicy and yummy. Kids got fries and they were perfect, crispy on the outside. Potato salad is soooo good! Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The greek salad dressing is excellent too. I'm not sure what these bad reviewers are talking about. Of course you're going to have to wait in the drive thru it's not like the food is sitting on hot racks pre made. This a restaurant not a fast food joint so it stands to reason it may take a bit longer to get your food. It takes just about as long as sitting at In n Out on a busy day and that's assuming you have a bunch of cars before you. By the way, Jack in the Box is no comparison to this place. That's just downright disrespectful. Best Greek chicken I've had in a while, moist and flavorful. Also, I highly recommend the patty melt, its phenomenal. Hands down the best chocolate milk shakes in town. Never had a wrong order unless I ordered wrong. Glad to have a drive thru that's not fast food related. read more

Been coming here for years, I would say that they're best known for their chicken salads which are very good, I've also tried their burgers, sandwiches & gyros always been pleased with the food here. My only complaint would be that the tomatoes they use in their salads are not very good, they seem pretty soggy and crumbly, I've probably gotten good fresh firm tomatoes a couple times. Went through the Drive-Thru today for lunch and got a hamburger combo plain with cheese only. As I was driving off, I noticed my burger was not plain, so I backed up to the window since I didn't drive off. I told the worker I order a plain burger with cheese and I got everything on it. They took the burger and made it again so I thought. Got my burger for the second time and checked to make sure it was correct, and they just took everything off and didn't make a new burger at all as there was onions on it and a sauce still on it. SO GROSS! So I had to go inside to ask yet again to get my correct burger and asked them to make a new one because there was onions and a sauce and stuff on the bun from what they took off. I didn't get offered my money refunded for the meal or anything. I'm sorry, but this is so unacceptable and a waste of time out of my lunch to have to get my order wrong that many times. This is honestly one of my favorite places to eat. The prices are really good considering the portions and the atmosphere of the restaurant is really welcoming. Each time I go, I order something new, and I've loved everything I've eaten there so far. Maria, restaurant acting manager, rudely served our pricey take home. Upon returning to our home for the meal, we opened our Styrofoam platters and to our dismay, found burnt thighs and legs included in the meal after specifically requesting only white meat. When calling to rectify the order, she insisted and insinuated we never asked for WHITE and to drive back to the restaurant, bring it back and pay the $2.00 upgrade for white meat. Drove back to restaurant with the 2 plates of food where she examined it and determined there was some food missing off the plate. I have never been so insulted or mortified by this act of complete disrespect to a paying customer/local. Not sure where she learned to serve Greek food in Mexico, but here in our little town of Fallbrook, we always make it right for the customer. I should of went to Trupianos instead. At least for $40.00. we would of enjoyed a perfect meal. By the way she had the audacity to charge us for 2 more full dinner plates because some rice and a pita was missing. Seriously? Don't go here. You are certain to be very disappointed by the rude staff, the outrageous prices and the filthy dirty interior. I am reporting them to the BBB, Chamber of Commerce, and the Health Department. I live in Fallbrook and order take out from here quite often. Had the falafel once. That was enough. Very dry. But their chicken, salads, burgers, fries, onion rings, zucchini fries, cole slaw are all delicious. If you want a very good meaty burger, skip the fast food places and get it here. I have been a long time customer of this restaurant/fast-food. They have really good greek food and usually I order it with no problems. Well my past two visits have been the exception unfortunately. I showed up before closing, but the manager was kicking people out of the drive through line before 9pm which is their normal closing time. I found that to be very rude to their customers especially me since I eat here often, without customers you don't have a business and without business you don't make money, pretty simple. My next visit they were pretty busy so I was waiting probably about 20 minutes or so before I could even make my order. When I finally got up to the window to pay the clerk I was quickly handed my receipt and copy to sign and my receipt blew away. The lady was rude about it saying that was my receipt and did I want it? Instead of offering to print me a new one she walked away and ignored me until I finally got my food. I have to say as good as their food is I am not sure if I will ever come back here after that experience. read more

Worst experience/customer service EVER!!! I waited at the dive thru 10 mins before I finally said hello in which I waited 5 more mins after and NO ONE told me they would be right with me or hold or nothing. I finally just thought maybe their system was broke and decided to move forward. As soon as I moved forward I saw the person behind me talking with someone!! It was another 5 mins before I got to the window I asked to speak to a manager since it definitely seems this was done intentionally and they were not avail. I explained what happen to "Anna" which is not very friendly or customer service like told me I pulled up I explained yes after 10 mins of no one speaking on the drive thru!!! She than told me they were "busy" and if I wanted to order I had Togo around!!!!!! Ummm are you kidding me?! Well Greek Chicken you can be less busy because you just lost a Fallbrook resident customer! Yes to quality .... and five stars to service . This place has had the same faces working there for more time than you and I have been eating there ! I visit this place weekly just for the gyros and the ever satisfying greek salad with moist chicken that you can eat for three days ... according to my wife , who sends me there 2 times a week . I usually want to go thru the drive thru but good food and prepared to order good food don't add up to a typical (McDonalds style) fast food drive thru ... so be prepared to wait or you can go inside and share company with the more than a polite staff and wait in a very clean but a back east style diner for a meal worth waiting for...The booths are so like the diners in New York .... you think your there with Anthony Bourdain and you are filming " No Reservations" and he is describing an incredible gyro sandwich with baklava made from scratch. I am in love with this place from A to Z great service ,fresh food, diner style feel, and plenty of napkins ... no cheap one fold napkiins here ... you feel like you are a fancy restaurant without the price and you will go home full of good food........ not junk !!!!!
