Dropped the car off twice and really stressful thing to do when it's a car used daily. Have had other cars bought off other dealers with no issues much less with the brakes. Claims it's an older car and will have issues but when sold they claimed it had no problems and having it with me the brakes gave me problems. Now aside with the money spent to get it I'll have to fix it myself some way investing more than what the car is worth, mechanic " fixed " the car but still with the same issues. Very convenient Too much issues, be careful when purchasing here because they might sell a defective vehicle, do not recommend at all.

I wanted to trade in my car for a more reliable vehicle and was very transparent with the condition of the car. They took a look at it, drove it and agreed to take it. Was set on a Honda, agreed on the price and monthly payment, gave a down payment and drove off. Three days later I get a call saying financing did not go through and they needed me to stop by the dealership to figure out a solution. They told me that the bank required more money down (this after giving down 5k). Since I liked the vehicle I decided to give 2k more for the down payment. Once again, everything looked good and drove off. A day later the same thing. When I pressed the guy on the phone, he told me that the owner did not want my vehicle and if I wanted the Honda, that I needed to give more money down (wtf?). Keep in mind that this was AFTER everything was signed. In the end, the owner wanted 10k down for the car, just because he did not like the car I was trading in. I immediately declined and left. This place is a total joke! I have never been to a dealership where everything is agreed and signed upon only for the owner to change his mind. Just imagine what would happened if the shoe was on the other foot: These people would have lost their mind.

After I got the correct VIN and the car fax, it shows a descrepency of mileage. 3/29/2024 56,313. THeb 6/04/2025 mileage of 14,223. Shows a service record from another place in 2024 where the mileage is 56,313. So via email I told Jay either he or that dealer tampered with the odometer and there are scan type tools available for people to do just that. So after a few emails to him telling him of this he has the audacity to call me and chew me out for "accusing him of commiting a crime." The nerve of this guy. Yet the car is still advertised with the wrong VIN and mileage of14,223. The title shows its a NAM vehicle. He also told me it was a "clerical error."
