Worst experience at a dealership ever. I needed a car as my vehicle was running on it's last leg. I saw these guys while driving down the road and decided to give them a try as I saw a vehicle I liked. I wanted to trade in my car for a more reliable vehicle and was very transparent with the condition of the car. They took a look at it, drove it and agreed to take it. Was set on a Honda, agreed on the price and monthly payment, gave a down payment and drove off. Three days later I get a call saying financing did not go through and they needed me to stop by the dealership to figure out a solution. They told me that the bank required more money down (this after giving down 5k). Since I liked the vehicle I decided to give 2k more for the down payment. Once again, everything looked good and drove off. A day later the same thing. When I pressed the guy on the phone, he told me that the owner did not want my vehicle and if I wanted the Honda, that I needed to give more money down (wtf?). Keep in mind that this was AFTER everything was signed. In the end, the owner wanted 10k down for the car, just because he did not like the car I was trading in. I immediately declined and left. This place is a total joke! I have never been to a dealership where everything is agreed and signed upon only for the owner to change his mind. I can't express how awesome he is. I called the dealership on a Saturday and arranged to check out a Z4 that morning. I drove out from Ventura, CA and within a hour and a half, I pulled up to the dealership. The Z4 was at the front of the lot ready to go for a test drive. The car for being a 2014 was listed as "like new" and it sure was! Car is in GREAT condition for being 9 years old. I had been looking for a Z4 for about a month now and for the condition and price, this was priced well below the carfax value. Edwin never tried to BS me and kept it real. You don't mind this too often at most dealerships nowadays. I'm overall very pleased with my purchase and I'm thankful that I had Edwin helping me out. WARNING: I would not recommend buying a car from this dealer! Before I completely trash them I would like to say that they are really good at the financing aspect as in getting you approved for the car you want, so if you've been getting denied other places and have extra money to put into the car you just bought then by all means check them out. Now here is my experience with novel motors... in less than 5months the car I bought completely broke down (needs a new ENGINE) I bought a car from these guys in August (paid $5,000 down) they gave me a 30 day warranty and told me they didn't offer any extended warranties beyond the 30 day but if I had any issues just bring it by and they'll take care of it. Less than two weeks after buying the car the check engine light comes on. I call them up and they tell me to bring it in and they will check it out. I come by that Thursday (the day they told me to) and the salesman doesn't show up ? Ignores my calls all day and the day after that. Finally I get a hold of him the following week and bring in the car, apparently he was "sick" They check it out say everything is good and I'm on my way. This is just the beginning though lol about two weeks after that my brakes beginning squeaking horrendously everytime I stop. I call him up same thing "ok bring it" and then when it's time to bring it in he's "sick" or the repair shop is "busy" finally I drop the car off after another two weeks of getting the run around. After work I come bacK to get my car it's literally in the exact same spot I left it in 8 hours ago no work done on it whatsoever. At this point I'm pretty upset so I call them up the salesmen says "oh sorry we were really busy today" mind you this place sells no more than 30 cars a month, that's about a car a day. Definitely not too busy to take 20mins out of your dayy to drop my car at your mechanic. So I ask him when I can bring it back in. This is no exaggeration it takes OVER A MONTH for him to look at the brakes. I had to bug him 3/4 times a week, it was just a whole ordeal. Now this is where the story gets good. They don't even fix my brakes they PAINT OVER THEM so they don't look as rusted and only the back ones... so the front ones are still completely rusted out. They told me they changed the brakes pads but I don't believe them, if they did they replaced them with used ones. I couldn't tell any difference except for the fresh coat of paint on the rear breaks obviously. I asked them for receipt from the repair shop for the brakes that they claimed they had but I never got it. My brakes sounded worse then when I brought them in probably because they dismantled my car right there at the dealership to paint them and didn't put them back on correctly. Whatever honestly it's just brakes not a big deal I can take them to professional myself (which is should've done in the first place). This is where things get good lol About a month ago the engine completely blew out while I was drIving :( I called them and ask for help because there is absolutely no reason A car that I just bought should have a major mechanically malfunction like that. They told me there is nothing I they could do about it and tough s*** basically. They said I didn't buy a warranty??when the original salesmen told the DID NOT offer one. The guy Leo (their "mechanic") even had the nerve to tell me it was my fault because I didn't get an oil change every 3,500 miles!?!? BMWs need an oil change every 10,000-15,000 depending on who you ask. The previous owner had the car serviced perfectly (I called the bmw dealership and made sure when I bought it and the mechanic also did the same thing wHen they looked at it)and I barely put any miles on the car. Leo has no idea what he's talking about lmao and I wouldn't let him touch your car if you do end up saying f*** it and buying from these guys anyway. Now the salesmen I bought the car from doesn't work there anymore (don't know why he got hired in the first place) but that doesn't change the fact that the management is still the same and they do not care if they sell you a bad car as long as they get that down payment and lock you in a contract. honestly I would really urge you to looK somewhere else before going here so you don't end up in a situation like me. I paid these guys $5,000 down and still got blown off time after time and if they tell you otherwise they are straight up lairs. Now I'm stuck with a car that needs an engine while I still have to make payments every month lol. UPDATE: All information that was asked for was given to dealership and was promised no issues with financing. You guys pretty much lied about what was happening with financing. We were asked for more money down 2 weeks after taking delivery of car, we obliged and gave more money down and were told again no issues would occur. This was even after I was being accused of wanting to sell their vehicle for whatever scam they thought I was trying to pull, and I was also lied to over the phone about finance needed to see the vehicle and blah blah, when in fact they were trying to get the vehicle back because financing didn't go through. You should have just been honest and said that financing didn't go through instead of coming up with some BS story. I should have just walk away then, but TRUSTED your word that financing would go through after giving more money down. One week later same BS happens and we're told to give even more money down to get financed. This happened in a span of three weeks. By the end, vehicle was returned and my time was wasted. I stand by my original review....... Spot Financing at its finest. Sure they'll get you into a vehicle. Problem is they'll let you take the vehicle without you being approved, and then you'll find out you have to return the vehicle if financing fails, and pretty much wasted your time there. Don't be fooled with the smiles and home style greeting: these guys lie and will lie to get what they want. You will not come out the victor in this one. Purchased a car from here back in 2014 and it was a great have it since and have not have 1 issue with it even if I did don't think it would be on the dealer itself. But I am glad I haven't lol. Came by last week to look for a truck they didn't have what I wanted spoke with the manager and he said they are problems with the whole COVID19 getting cars in so they where a bit low on inventory but i think they still had probably 30-40 cars. Didn't find what I was looking for but Leo said to check back again in a few weeks which I would gladly do. Last time around no one got me the low interest rate Novel Motors did so they are going to be the dealer I use. Also i originally found Novel from a friend of mine who says he has purchased over 5 cars from Leo and again never had problems that you wouldn't expect on a used car and great prices and low interest. I came in interested in a Subaru they had. To start off I knew the car was above market value by $2,000 and so I went in trying to test drive it and see if we could negotiate. When I walked in the salesman paid me no mind as he smoked a cigarette. I approached him and asked for information on the car. He overpriced it. I was still interested because I really wanted the car so I asked to test drive it. He flat out said no with no explanation or anything. I then had to ask why and he stated my credit has to be run to test drive the car. He could have said "yes but your credit must be ran first" I don't under why this dealership needs to run my credit to test drive a $27,000 car. I've test driven much more expensive cars without having my credit run. This upset me because getting your credit ran obviously lowers it by a couple points. This dealership did not take me seriously. I had gone to my bank and asked for a potential car loan so I was ready to buy a car but I will not bring my business to a dealer that runs credit to test drive a car and that simply does not take customers seriously. Your better off at a dealership that holds employees accountable for their actions and doesn't lower your credit just to test drive a potential car your interested in. read more

My girlfriend and I were listening the radio and went to one of those new car dealerships to buy a new car. A Kia, but we didn't qualify because of our credit. Our credit isn't bad but just starting... Anyways, we had a list of places we wanted to visit, and on list was these guys..
