I have been coming to Green Cleaners for about a year now but after my past few experiences I will never go back. They have ruined (shrunk or permanently stretched) several shirts of mine. On my most recent visit I tried to get them to specify how they were going to clean a certain shirt to make sure that this one was not ruined too. I had only been at the counter for about 30 seconds before I was told to stand aside so someone behind me could come to the front. I have never been treated like this as part of a retail transaction in my life. Do not come here. They will ruin your clothes and be rude about it in the process. read more

Consistent and quality dry cleaning services provided with meeting requests timely. Your clothes are cleaned and pressed when they tell you they'll be done or when requested. Every now and then a shirt or two will have a wrinkle or crease missed by staff that management quickly resolved. Plan on paying higher prices for city location and convenience. read more

Not recommended. Your clothes will be a size or 2 smaller after they shrink them. I don't understand, I was clear about the dry-cleaning process on several occasions. They don't process something correctly. read more

If i could give zero stars I would. I dropped off my comforter to be cleaned by these people and returned when they told me. I was then told to come back the next day which was a Saturday then I show up and I am told that "it all messed up inside" and " it sent for alterations" ready tuesday. At this point I'm like wtf? Where is my comforter and what do you mean "all mess up inside"???? I just wanted my comforter back and had to call the police to get it returned to me. The man who works the front, Asian guy who said it all mess up, is extremely rude and got very disrespectful with me and chose to ignore me and not explain what was going on which was why I had to resort to calling the police. They washed my comforter when I specifically told him dry clean only and they were going to send it to be taken apart, re-stuffed and put back together. Did not have a good experience. Dropped 3 sweaters off and each had holes afterwards.

THE WORST!! My son had been taking his suits to them for over a year because he is in school near there. He ALWAYS takes pants, shirt and jackets to be cleaned. This time, they forgot to put his jackets on the invoice and they conveniently disappeared. He went back to them to see if they would make it right and they refused. They said they looked for them and couldn't find them, and if they accidentally gave them to someone else and they "Kindly" brought them back, they would call him. That is not good enough for me. I called them and they gave me the same line, "There is no proof on the invoice that he brought in the jackets so they don't have to reimburse him". That is a bunch of crap. I asked her about the customer always being right and she agreed but in my opinion she did not agree because she still would not make it right. I could think that possibly my son did forget to take the jackets but he didn't. He doesn't have them and by looking at other reviews, this place has a track record for "misplacing/losing" clothes. I have taken shirts, pants, sweaters, and coats here numerous times over the last two years. Pick up, drop off, and cleaning is all prompt. You can't beat their drive up either. The staff has always been friendly to me. read more

This cleaners is amazing the counters person remembers my name and always greets my asking how I am doing and knows when I've been to lazy to come in in a while. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! They have ruined a shirt, a vest, and now my cashmere winter topcoat. The management tried to tell me that I brought the coat in that way instead of their incompetent staff ruining my coat. Please do not ever get your clothing cleaned here. It's hard to find a good dry cleaner these days. This was my first visit to Green Cleaners....and I will be back. The person that greeted me at the door was helpful and welcomed me in. I had called earlier in the morning to ask how long it would take to turn around my suits, and he remembered when I came in. If you take your dry cleaning in before 10, they'll have it ready for you the same day. It's nice to be able to drop things off before work, and pick things up on your way home in the afternoon. They were happy to have my business and I appreciate that. I will certainly be giving them more. read more

Could not agree more with the other reviewer. After being a regular customer, their staff locked the door as I was trying to pick-up dry cleaning at 6:31pm last night. Very quick turnaround on all dry cleaning. I also got alterations on two Lacoste shirts because the lady at green hills sold two basic parachutes and the staff at green cleaners tailored them to perfection! I would recommend to all! read more

I just read the comforter review and am suprised because this has never been the case for me. I've been using Green Cleaners every week for about a year. I bring in 15 - 25 pieces of dry cleaning a week and they always have everything back to me the same day. Their prices on suits are a little high for me at $14 a suit, but I don't know if that is the norm. Shirt prices are cheap and the main reason I keep coming back is because after just 2 times of coming in, they know me, already knew my name, and have brought out my clothes before I can even get to the counter. Recently, I took a very expensive jumper to this cleaners. The scarf/belt were lost to the jumper. The scarf/belt run throughout the entire jumper and hold the entire garment together. My beautiful jumper has been reduced to a piece of useless material-it is no longer a garment. I brought this to managment's attention that the cleaner's had lost an integral part of my garment. He had me to come back three consecutive weeks in a row while they looked for the scarf/belt. After, I returned on the fourth week, it was never located, and he was okay with it. He told me that they would not replace it or compensate me because it cost too much. I didn't see the sign that said if we loose your garments we will not be responsible. I was a customer here for about 6 months. Prices were ok but my clothes always came over starched, even after asking them to tone it down. They did a sub- par job but they were quick and the most convenient place for me. However, the reason for the one star was because of their alterations services and customer service. The zipper of a designer (read: expensive and high quality) skirt had separated in one tiny spot so I asked what they could do and they said replacing the zipper would be the best option. I'd trusted them because at this point they had done a decent job dry cleaning my clothes. Big mistake. I got my skirt back, put it back in my closet and when I put it on about a month after the repairs, the zipper wouldn't even budge. In fact, the skirt was worse off than when I dropped it off. I took the skirt back to see what they could do. I had my receipt too. The guy behind the counter said they wouldn't do anything because "it had been too long." I asked if they stood behind their work and he said no. With that response I took my ruined skirt and said I'd never use their services again. read more
