I had placed many calls to other services in the area, few sent me pre-canned quotes never coming out to the house others never returned calls but these guys returned my call the same day. The next day Jose came out to the house and made the assessment that the best thing to do would be to start over (which I was expecting) it was that bad. He took some measurements and gave me a quote on the spot. I called Jose a couple of days later and told him to go ahead. His crew was out the next morning (planning to get the sod in before the rain) and got the job done. They did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable. The removed the old lawn skimmed and leveled to the landscaping and sidewalk. Nicely done. Looking forward to utilize some of the other services they provide. read more

Not Recommended -- Poor Communication and Unresolved Work When we purchased our new construction home, the builder identified a drainage issue in our backyard. After we moved in, the builder arranged for Green Day Pro Landscaping to address the drainage-related work at the same time we hired them for additional landscaping and sod installation. Our portion of the landscaping project was approximately $11,000, and we paid Green Day Pro Landscaping in full on the day the work was completed. However, the builder did not pay Green Day for the sod portion of the project. Unfortunately, Green Day has allowed the payment dispute with the builder to affect us, even though we fulfilled our financial obligation and paid our invoice in full. We have made numerous calls and sent emails regarding issues with the work that Green Day installed. Appointments have been scheduled, only for them not to show up, and the problems remain unresolved. The situation became even more concerning when the owner decided to show up at our home without an appointment to perform the work. When my husband asked him to leave because there was no scheduled appointment, the owner stated that we did not need to be home for him to complete the work. We strongly disagree with that approach. This is our private property, and any work should be scheduled and coordinated with the homeowners in advance. At this point, Green Day has effectively abandoned its responsibility to correct issues with work that it installed improperly, leaving us to find another company to make the necessary repairs. We paid our portion in full and expected professional communication, scheduled appointments, and quality workmanship. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Based on our experience, we do not recommend Green Day Pro Landscaping. read more

We asked Green Day to design landscaping for our new build that was "natural" looking and provided color throughout the year. They delivered and our home looks fantastic, the team that came was efficient and did a great job. I hired Jose to do some soil regrading in our front and back yards that they completed and seems it resolved problems we had with water pooling after heavy rains However, the the lawn reseeding turned out to be another story. I contacted Jose to let him know that instead of new grass I was getting all weeds. When I didn't hear back from him I called their office and spoke to Fabe who assured me that they would follow up and take care of the problem.....and that was the last I heard. So now I'm left to deal with nothing but weeds where they were supposed to seed new lawn. I just expected to get what we paid for read more

My yard was in need of some serious attention. Not only did I need the lawn to be mowed, I also needed mulch. A guy came out the same day I called and quoted me a cheaper price on the mulch than a different company. The next day they came out and mow and put down the mulch. They also made sure the bed were thoroughly cleaned out before putting the mulch down. Very professional and quick!! read more

Jose and his crew did an excellent job helping us begin the first phases of our backyard landscaping and patio installation. On two separate occasions we used him with great results. Our first phase involved putting in a basic patio and fire-pit. A few weeks later we had part of a patio extension installed and our back yard regraded and sodded. He was by far the most reasonable estimate we received with extremely professional results. He made great recommendations to get the outdoor space we were looking for and we are excited to use him in the next few years to build our outdoor entertaining space into the dream we envision. read more

Update: it's been a year since I had Jose do my patio and weekly lawn cuttings. Overall my patio still looks good but there are a couple issues with it that still bother me despite his guys trying to fix the problem. He wasn't able to use the block I wanted to cover my stairs. He ended up using a different stone that doesn't match. He then grouted it with a different color grout than the patio thus accentuating the mismatch. After finally coming back and relating the stone that still doesn't match but at least looks a little better, they used concrete instead of grout and made a mess. When they came back to clean up the mess, they used an acid that took the finish off the pavers around the stairs. It's like one error causes another. They had to resod the grass around the patio which I get, but only did as little as possible so there's a clear delineation between the old grass and new still, a year later. The grass cutting was consistent but he didn't try to settle up until end of the year and couldn't exactly remember when he started or if they skipped any weeks when it was super dry. Also he claimed he dropped fertilizer and charged me for t without asking me first. Oh and to top it all off, he refused to do a cash discount but then came to me each time for payment with a son story about why he needed the checks made out to him directly vs his company name. I shouldn't have done it but did as I wanted the job done right. I would not use him again. read more

One star is not for the work. I called them and they were supposed to give me an estimate. Over a week now - nothing.

Called a week ago Wednesday or Thursday they were suppose to come out and give me a quote the latest by Monday. I did not hear from them. I called Fabian back and left a message thinking maybe they did not have my right email. Still have not herd from them. I know all we wanted was a fall clean up but now you lost a customer that was going to want work done in the spring and They were not small jobs either. They must not want the business nor our money.
