Professional and easy going. I sent pictures of items to be removed and he gave a price range right over the phone. His prices were very fair. Gave updates when he would be at the house to get trash/greenery. Removed the trash quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I have never hired anyone to haul stuff before. I can tell you that Great Earth San Diego is the ONLY company you should hire. They are professional, thorough and when they say they will do something, they do! I had a huge job for them: clean out a house, garage and the land around it that was filled with trash. The house was full of trash and rats! These guys never skipped a beat! They jumped in with both feet and did an amazing job! They have been diligently working on the property for 2 weeks. These guys are awesome! Dylons and Shawn came out and removed a whole backyard full of trash! To be honest I did not think the junk would fit in the trailer but the broke everything down effectively and efficiently and got it done in no time! After searching for almost 3 weeks for the cheapest way to get rid of my sofa (still in good condition, except for a stain I couldn't remove) I found these guys! Although Goodwill can only accept stuff they can sell (understandable), if something is still useful, these guys will find a home for it with someone in need. A way of "recycling" good stuff. And, if they can't, they will handle disposing of it safely - all in the same price! This was a no brainer for me.
