Daylon was friendly from the start and didn't make me feel embarrassed by the amount of stuff in my garage. He was so quick and took everything I wanted him to take plus some extra. TLDR: Dylon was sub-contracted to us and got HOSED by GC. Dylon made situation right even though he and his team did nothing wrong. Made things right and crew was awesome!!! I would be willing to work with him in the future. Got a leak in our master bathroom shower and after restoration company handed us off to a GC to begin remodel. From the very beginning had a bad feeling about GC but still gave him the benefit of the doubt. GC had Green Earth USA do rough plumbing of shower manifold and and stand alone tub with faucet. After tub was installed, I noticed chips and scratches. All Green Earth USA did was move it on a blanket so almost positive that Green Earth USA did not do the damage. Well got with GC and they just wanted to resurface it. I was not having it and GC and I were hashing it out. Then GC completely botched my shower. At this point I fired the GC. While threatening legal action I bought a new tub, faucet, and manifold for new GC. GC was trying to play games about reimbursing me for those items and kept blaming Green Earth USA. Finally we were able to go around GC and google search Dylon. He and I talked and I explained what happened how GC didn't pull a permit or give me a contract. At his point Dylon just sucked it up and said he would reimburse me. We wrote up a contract and I got my money back. Dylon was more than helpful even though he should have never had to. Very hard to find people like that. I pray that Dylon gets his money back from that shady GC. read more

We contacted Dylon after our home flooded during the major storm on January 22, 2024. We explained that our homeowners insurance had denied coverage due to not having surface/ground water flood insurance. Dylon knew we were paying for restorative services 100% out of pocket. He did his best to provide us with a reasonably priced quote to address the most urgent areas in order to eliminate and prevent mold growth. He and his crew were sensitive to our situation. They were beyond accommodating, and we in no way felt rushed. Beyond the contracted repairs, if they saw a need, they met the need. Direct communication with Dylon was sparse at times, but we knew we weren't the only families Dylon and his crew were attending to, and if he couldn't communicate directly, information was always passed down through his team. Someone was always here working during the month long restoration process. They worked as quickly as they could given our situational constraints. They had to work around an extreme amount of displacement, as we were unable to completely move out all our personal belongings. Despite the wonky work environment (completely and 100% our doing, not theirs), they managed to meet and address all concerns. In fact, we're still under contract with Dylon. We went from hiring them for basic restoration services, to upgrading our services to include things we'd excluded (painting to be exact), as well we've contracted with him to install French drains around our home to help mitigate any future flooding catastrophes. Something that should be mentioned about Dylon and his team, they are easy to work with, kind, and caring. They are more than just a team. They are a family. We had a minor issue with the personality of one employee, and it was addressed immediately. Dylon explained his vision for his company and the expected work ethics of his employees. He took the situation very seriously. He could have done like other companies and blew off our concern, but it was addressed immediately. Another important thing that should be mentioned, especially after reading another review, is that Dylon was 1000% up front about costs. Removal, replacement, and hauling. We never felt taken advantage of, especially given the nature of the situation. We never felt like he hiked his prices to match the emergency. It's unfortunate that not everyone recognizes that when contacting with an "emergency restoration" plumbing contractor that sometimes there are fees incurred when services are provided after hours. This is pretty much an industry standard. Dylon could have easily added a hazardous waste fee, given they were handling gross nasty carpeting and drywall, that was wet from flood waters, but he didn't. A hazardous waste fee was never even mentioned. Would it have been within the scope of the contract, I feel it would have, but I think that's what set Dylon apart from the rest. Was he the cheapest? No. Was he the most expensive? Again, no. What made us sign the contract with Dylon was his honesty and compassion for our situation. We had a slab leak in our home recently and had several plumbers out to provide estimates for repairs and a reroute to avoid this occurring again. We had big name plumbing companies and also some smaller ones come out. We came across Dylan and once I called him he came to my home with half an hour. This was around 6pm ish and can tell he already had a full day of work but the fact that he came in to provide a quote but took the time to walk me through the entire process and answered some questions I had he made us feel comfortable and sure we had found our plumber. His quote was by far the best, but quality of work was not sacrificed at all ln fact he added some features that improved my water heaters performance and was still at a lower quote compared to the others. Decided to clean out the garage and storage shed at my house and turns out we had a ton of things that we no longer needed/wanted. I needed my stuff to get picked up the same day and other companies i called didn't offer same day pick up, or just weren't available. Green Earth was able to come within an hour or so after speaking to them and packed up my things fairly quickly. They separated items that could be recycled and items that I was going to donate to AmVet. I was provided with a receipt for my donation, which came in handy for taxes!
