I had never been to see an ophthalmologist before, and due to an issue with a stye in my upper eyelid, I found this place. The scheduling process was great because the staff answered the phone instead of an automated system, which alone made a huge difference. The office is very clean and the staff here is really amazing and really made me feel very comfortable despite my nerves. I really liked Dr. Satija, he was great at answering my questions. I had another stye pop up again, and they were able to see me on the same day. If you're looking for an eye doctor, I would definitely recommend coming here. read more

I heard about this place from a friend so decided to book the family in for an annual visit. We made an appointment beforehand to avoid waiting times. The place was nice and clean. We were greeted by a friendly lady who immediately registered the whole family. Dr. Satija was friendly, and the kids were pretty comfortable with his approach and the tests he ran on them. My eye exam was pretty straightforward and painless. Once we were done, we were provided with options for glasses/contacts depending on our needs. Both her and Dr. Satija were very knowledgable surrounding our insurance plans too so it really helped us with picking out what's suitable. Will definitely be coming back here again for our next eye exam. read more

This place accepted my insurance and the nearby Costco did not so I gave them a try. The staff at Green is very nice and welcoming. The eye doctor was very thorough. I picked up my glasses and the prescription was good; unfortunately they did not file the frame down and it had ragged edges. I'll go back and post how it goes. Also, the weekend day I was supposed to go pick my glasses they decided to not open. I was very disappointed because I work a lot and that was my only free day. I stopped by another day after work and they explained that they were understaffed that day. A sign of the times post COVID, I guess. So kind of an uneven experience. The several times I went they were either empty or so crowded there was nowhere to sit. I'll give three stars for accepting my insurance and being nice!! read more

This place is a scam and has the worst customer service. The manager Margaret is a joke. My appointment as on November 7th it's took over three weeks to get my glasses only for the receptionist to scratch the lenses with a box cutter. When asking for a replacement it has now taken over a month and still have not received any replacement. Margaret will not follow up or answer your calls and when you do get to finally talk to her she will just argue with you and tell you you're wrong. This place is a money hungry scam that will even charge your health insurance for a specialist visit instead of your eye insurance for a wellness exam. On November 14, I took an eye test to order lenses. IT WAS NOT FREE, it cost $150. I was promised to have the trial lenses ready in 2 weeks. After the stated 2 weeks, I called and the lenses were not ready. Since then, I have called at least 5 more times and each time they extend the waiting period. Today is January 8, almost 2 months have passed, and I have not received either the lenses or a prescription to order lenses elsewhere, nor any apologies or a refund. read more

$99 for a contact lens fitting and pair of trial lens of your choice I was honestly on my way to Costco to get an eye exam but wanted to support a local business so I stopped by. The receptionist was incredibly nice and friendly and answered all of my annoying questions, I don't have any complaints on that end at all! My only complaint is that Dr. Neil Satija who did my exam, made me uncomfortable throughout it. I don't know if he's just socially awkward or a predatory creep but his energy, the conversation, and his leg continually pressing against mine was not a good experience. I felt so uncomfortable and honestly a bit violated. It could be that I'm overreacting, but I've never had a health professional/doctor interact with me in such a manner before, so I was a bit taken aback when he interacted with me the way he did. In addition to this he asked me questions about my eye health history and insurance status, which is valid - he's a doctor. But the way he would phrase his questions once again was the issue. I felt as though he was interrogating me and questioning my answers although I was lying to him... why would I lie about my last eye prescription or brand of lenses? When I told him I wasn't on insurance, he gave me a look like "seriously?" Yes seriously, that's what happens when you're a student from a low-income family. The whole interaction left me both shamed, violated, and extremely uncomfortable. I truly hope he was just having an off day, but I hope he will improve on his customer service skills and professionalism for future customers. read more

It is very important to me to have great eye care and an attentive Doctor with an honest staff. I don't feel Green eye care provided me with either of those. I wanted single vision glasses and the Associate told me my insurance didn't cover them that I had to get Progressive glasses. The exam was about 10 minutes and the Doctor was moving the machine so fast I had barely focused on 1 image before he was flipping it. So now I have a pair of expensive glasses that I cannot use. The really awful part of my experience is that I wanted to purchase a pair of sunglasses that were not in stock . The associate tired to sell me the used display pair. I asked her to order me a new pair that I could pick up later. When I picked up what I thought was the new pair of sunglasses, I discovered when I got home that the were the pair on display. After a miserable experience at wizards of eyes with my daughter I decided to stop in. Had an excellent eye exam with Dr. Neil Satija. He was very nice and professional and was very patient when doing the "1 or 2" part and he also put dry eye plugs in my eyes that have helped my watering eyes alot. The frames here are super cute, I got a pair of Prada glasses and everyone has been commenting on them! I'll be coming back with my mother.
