She put me in touch with their project manager, Maurice, who I've worked with before and he was at my house within 2 hours to assess the situation. He identified an action plan a set up a team to come out the next morning to install a new high grade sump pump with battery backup pump. Marcus and his team arrived the next morning as scheduled and completed the job in timely fashion ensuring I was satisfied. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Total job was $1,800 to install high end professional grade PitBoss sump pump (not available via retail). They were horrible an incompetent the whole way through. They made me feel like a bad person for wanting things like the floor leveled first because it wasn't ready for tile and even I knew that. Initially, they brought over this really mismatched rainbow slate I wasn't expecting that was crumbling apart and most of the tiles were broken...had to wait for normal color slate for weeks longer...what a pain and so rude. After looking at the project, they left and said they'd email me the estimate. I've reached out no less than four times for my estimate, and even told them that if they weren't interested in my project to just let me know so I could reach out to other contractors. I was told that my estimate was prepared and would be sent later that day. I have yet to receive the estimate, but will not ask again, and I won't ever reach out to this contractor again. The rating is 2 stars because they initially showed up for the estimate, but I guess they don't need the work. Thank you finally for an answer. Yes, you did provide an estimate on stair railings and I did go a different way because you could not provide the style railings I wanted. Type of chain link fence ,Grade of soil.They dry bag the cement. Now post are all mostly loose and not aligned in line to each other When you complaint ,they turn it around and try to blame you for the issue you are having. The Field Supervisor said I was the biggest complainer they ever had. I stand up for myself and I am a retired Contractor and Realtor, I have installed and over seen the installation of many fence installs. The sale man made a drawling of the fence out line with measurements. The sub contractor did not follow it at all some short some long. Not one of the polls are in aline with each other in a line. The heights of all horizontal polls on the main top of the fence are not aligned on the fence. Will return with many photos to show you .
