Despite this, the exchange was refused and with a sorry. When I asked for clarification, the manager on duty stated that she was new and had been trained not to process exchanges without a receipt. This explanation was disappointing, as it conflicts with the store's policy on dollar tree website and suggests a training issue rather than a policy restriction. I was frustrated by the inconsistency between the written policy and how it was enforced. Customers should be able to rely on posted store policies being applied correctly. I request that this issue be reviewed and that the exchange be honored in line with the store's policy. Then to ask customers if they want a receipt. If you say no and have to exchange an item they won't. I didn't want the money just another item which still had the original tags that was defective. This is the only dollar general store who doesn't honor the policy that's stated on the website. Also customers don't need the excuse that you are a new manager and was trained like that. Do right by the customer if you want us to return and spend our money there. Not like the store is losing money for an exchange, what a joke.

This store is in the same shopping area as Kaiser Permanente and Five Below. Of all the Ross stores I visited, this one is the most organized, clutter-free, and clean. Somehow, there never seems to be a sizable crowd at this location - or at least whenever I shop. The dressing room attendant was also friendly, and I walked out of this Ross feeling confident and comfortable with my purchases.

At regular prices, the frames are not worth it, but if they go on sale, it's a good deal. They have some high-quality products here, but the prices are pretty high. If you're patient enough, you might be able to wait until something goes on sale and get something for a good deal. The aisles are always clean, and someone is readily available to find if I need help. Parking is located in the Walmart supercenter location near Sam's club.

The back wall had Christmas decor marked at 75% off and my visit was the last week of February. They had a religious section, figurines, Easter decor and gifts and home decor that was beach themed. The sales clerks were friendly and greeted me when I entered and another one greeted me as I walked around. The store is clean, organized and was pretty big inside. I didn't buy anything but it's nice to know that if I am having a hard time to buy a gift for someone, I can come here and find something for everyone.

Customer service should be offered to everyone who walks into the store, not just certain customers. I ended up leaving without buying anything.
