You will see gardeners on their phones while working one-handed. We have a hydrangea that borders on our neighbor's garden. The PPNW gardeners chose to prune only half of it leaving it weird looking and incomplete. Why they didn't knock on the door or call to ask if it was okay to prune the whole thing is a question unanswered by owner Shannon. Instead, she chose to cut off service to us as she felt it was rude of us to ask.

Their pricing was very much on par with the other companies I met - for that large service, as well as ongoing bi-weekly yard care.
