I had my first service today and Mr. Brendon Quick took care of my house and my request by very much exceeding my expectations. I gave him several request for security of the home because I was at work and explained how I wanted the house sprayed and taken care of and he went above and beyond even by the small things to help prevent more future problems. I came home and already found a dead bug in the middle of my garage.. Happy to know their product works efficiently!! A year and a half ago we had a severe problem with scorpions they are normal to have outside in Arizona occasionally but these were inside and several incidences one that crawled up our drain in our bathtub. I was with a big name pest company Who was not quite handling our problem and did not have any other answers for treatment. I am so glad that we found Green Home Pest Control. The owner himself contacted us and was directly involved in our treatments to get the scorpion situation under control. That was impressive to me because the former company was very lax and offered very expensive solutions in the end. I've been using Green Home Termite and Pest control for a few years. In the past year the cricket and grasshopper population have gotten out of control in the backyard. I believe it's because I put in a few raised bed gardens. So I called Green Home very frustrated and ready to say good bye if they couldn't handle the problem. I spoke to a young lady (sorry I don't remember her name). She was wonderful. She reassured me that they can handle the problem and made sure I was the first person on the route that day. She also reminded me that they will come out and reteat the yard at no cost. Gerald came out to the house to treat the yard. He was great he checked in with me about my concerns. Then went to work taking care of the yard. When Gerald was done he went over everything and reassured me that the crickets and grasshoppers will be gone. I contacted Green Home for a client of mine, he needed a termite inspection report and repairs for a VA refinance. And he didn't have the money to pay for it up front, it had to be done at closing through Escrow. In California that isn't an issue but in AZ, the time a business has to put a lien for non-payment is short so most businesses require payment at the time of service. I spoke with Brian when I initially called and he made an exception for the payment based off the situation. I then spoke with Ashley a few times and she was great, she called me to give me updates on the work. Green Home did outstanding work and also provided an option to purchase a treatment warranty. I don't really know what to say. These guys are fantastic. We bought our first home at the end of 2018 and have been with Green Home since we got here. We said we didn't need that many sprayings but our first Spring saw a HUGE scorpion.... We called and were audibly excited... They sent a rep out first thing the next morning at no additional cost. We upped our service after that to bi-monthly and they have been a life saver. As the year goes on, they tell you what to look for and truly educate you on the process and how their spray and applications work. They always drop a card with you on how in depth they went that day. Brian even gave my puppy some treats! So that was a win win today! My pest problem was major, and I needed someone to professionally take care of it. Green Home was "Johnny on spot" when it came to the solution. I've been using this service for about 3 years and I've never been disappointed. They spray the outside and inside of my house. I have 2 kids and 3 animals and having safe pest control is so important in the desert. The spray not only works wonders, it does not give off an odor! I am super sensitive to the smell of most pesticides and these don't smell. Most importantly the sprays they use actually work! No black widows, no roaches, no ants, no bugs in 3 years. Best of all, the customer service is fantastic. They show up when they say they will, the techs are always super friendly and if you need a touch up spray in between they'll come out for free. We recently have been having issues with rodents. We had the Green Home guys out to help remove our unwanted guests. Our Tech Phil was energetic, knowledgeable and over all the man! Our son is autistic, which can make new people in our home tricky. Our son does NOT like new social situations but for some reason took to Phil. He answered any question our son asked him, no matter how off the wall it was. By the end our kiddo found out that he was a comic book nerd which just blew him away. Needless to say you won't find this kind of personalism with a giant company nor someone with this kind of patients last for an autistic child. I had my house sprayed this morning by Jake, he was super professional, nice, knowledgeable, and didn't mind that my little ones were completely intrigued by what he was doing. I had a family friend that was in the pest control business for years, and when I found out he was no longer doing it I knew I had to start looking for a company ASAP, I didn't know where to go. I was looking on google and Green Home was the first company that popped up. Great company, had them out for some scorpion control years ago and have enjoyed them for years since. I have had a few pest control companies over the years and these guys do the little things that matter, the attention to detail type things I always get notified when they are coming with a text and email, they use safe and green products for my dogs and kids and they helped me with little extra things like a mouse that my old company charge me for. I love that they do mosquito control now as well, it works! Combine that with no scorpions and we love our backyard again and can enjoy it. My wife was looking for I pest control company that was safe for children and dogs yet still effective and we came across this company about a year ago. Jake is the technician that often comes to this house always takes off his shoes respectful of the house and works around my barking dog. I told him about some problem areas in the backyard I had and he paid extra attention to those areas eliminating the problem. 5 weeks after a treatment and a very torrential downpour I still saw two massive cockroaches upside down and dead tells me that the treatments stay effective until the next spray. Brendon is the best! He goes out of way to do a really good thorough job. I saw him just now at the neighbors house and asked him to take care of a spider in my backyard. He didn't hesitate to help. After, getting it cleared with the office he treated the area we saw a black widow. He genuinely takes pride in doing a good job. I think this would be one of the hardest jobs there is and especially in the summer. But, he doesn't seem effected by it and has a bright attitude. I greatly appreciate your company! We've been using Green Home Pest Control for years and they have always been dependable, responsive and super helpful. We started service with them because they were the only ones who figured out what was happening in the new house we moved into (carpet beetles) and stayed with them since then because whatever they're doing works well, we very rarely see a critter around the house and on the few occasions that we have, they're already dead. We've had a couple of roof rat scares and David, their specialist, has been amazing with thorough inspections and teaching us what to look out for and what preventive measures to take.
