My husband purchased a car sight unseen from Copart. Policy at Copart states cars cannot be driven…read moreoff the lot unless you have a dealer tag and license. We had no choice but to get a tow to pick up the car. Copart gave us a piece of paper with highlighted suggested tow companies. My husband called around and settled on M&M. They charge 3.7% if paying with card. We were charged an additional $25 for me being in the truck after delivery. The battery starter was not charged. We paid over $300 to take the car from Copart in Woodburn to Capitol Toyota in Salem. The driver asked if he could vape, my husband agreed. I was thankful we were wearing masks because the truck reeked of smoke. Anyway, the driver was nice. Wish the extra charge for me had been disclosed.

Rainy, oily road, dark country road, and tires don't mix. My car spun around about three times and then I found out what a head on collision with a guard rail feels like. B&B picked up my wreck and cleaned up all of the debris. Yesterday, I went and said goodbye. They helped me to get all of my belongings from the car and are coordinating with my insurance to have the car picked up. Great customer service.

They towed a rental vehicle for us that was in an accident and then six months later we got a bill for thousands of dollars. They kept the car for 51 days and didn't bother trying to find the owner even though they had the accident report from the police. They do this stuff on purpose to screw people over. They will try and extort you any way possible. My insurance company was disgusted by this. Whoever runs this company lacks any integrity and they are the problem with this world. You will be better off tying a rope around your waist and pulling your car down the road. I would rather deadlift my car out of the ditch and rip my back in half than deal with these people. I would rather give myself a hernia so bad that my intestines fall into my testicle sack than work with these people.

Said they would have to unattach my driveshaft due to towing a heavy duty vehicle. Like okay i hear that, they unhook driveshaft and deliver to a discount tire 5 miles away due to my trucks front tire blowing in Milwaukee, thus needing the tow. When dropping it off the driver said discount tire can put it back on, i asked him if he knew that for certain or guessing. He shrugged...we paid then 50$ to unhook the driveshaft to then be told by the driver they cant hook it back up due to legality reasons....when we called the company back next morning asking them for a solution. The front desk lady told us that we lied about our vehicle size and that the cost shouldve been 800+. But we did tell them, texted them a picture and ALSO the driver wouldve "logically " tell us upon arrival that price would change or he cant due it because "we lied about our vehicle" (ill attach pictures of us texting them a picture of our rig). She continued to say that its common and all box truck owners know that upon towing the driveshaft would be unattached and would have to get it reattached on our own dime. Which thats not "common knowledge ". Wouldn't as a tow company, youd want to inform and educate your clients? They said we got a steal of a deal due to their new girl of one week "misquoting us". (Talk about poor management then)... I dont think 800+ for a single tow to then pay more money on top ($250) after the fact to make my truck DRIVEABLE again was "competitive ". Lesson learned only call if you have a small car!
