SHADY! SHADY! SHADY! NO STARS! I gave this company one star but they deserve 0 stars because I could go lower the one. This locksmith service is so shady there so called techs are unlicensed, professional, and without knowledge of what they are doing. this company also go's by the name Green locksmith service in minnatonk,mn but they also go by the name 24/7 mobile locksmith, which is the same company in one. All I needed was simple deadbolt installment on my door simply remove the old lock and install the new one that I already had to provide the so called tech he was 30 minutes late he wanted charge me $189 but when I said no he settle for $128 because all he was doing was installing a new lock it was not an emergency call or anything like that I went against my better judgement and should have sent him aways. when he started working on the door I was concerned because he didn't look like he knew what he was doing so I asked him if he wanted to see the instructions that came with the lock he said he didn't need it but after messing around on the door he ended having to use it any way it took him over an hour to do a job that usually take 20 to 30 minutes to do after he was done I gave the key to the new lock to test it and he was turning the lock several time really hard then he asked me to turn the key to see how it work when I turned the key I noticed that I had to struggle with the key to turn it and I mention that to him and he just said no look its turning fine and I said that's because your stronger and I think he thought that was a compliment but it was an observation. When I gave him my credit card to pay the bill because at this time I was just ready for him to leave he had an attitude because he thought I was going to pay him in cash. I then told him I do not use cash because I want prof that I paid for this service. When he left I was about to throw out the old lock and the parts and realized that the parts in the box were the parts from the new lock that was not install with the old parts there was parts never taken out of the plastic when I check the lock on the door again I can see the slam plate was only held by one screw and the cup and other slam plate was not install at all and was still in the box. when I call the costumer service to complain about what happened I was told that they were going to send him back out I told them I didn't want him to come back out because he didn't do the job right in the first place and I wanted some else to come I was told that I had to have the same person come out because if they sent some else out I would have to pay all over again because the other tech are not responsible for his bad work so then I said I don't want him to comeback out so I'm going to get another service and I want my money back so she go on to tell me that the people that work for them are contract workers and they are not responsible for what they do and I cant get my money back so I asked to speak to the manager and I was told he was not there for the weekend so I asked his name and she says his name is mike and I say mike who and she did not want to tell me so I called the manager the following day and I go through the same story with him and he tells me that he wont give me my money back but he'll send some one else to fix the lock well I told him no because I already had some come out to fix the mess that your man maid and I was already told that I could not have some else come out or I would have to pay all over again also I should mention when the tech from other service came out to reinstall my lock he told me it was install upside down so the manager at green locksmith service /24/7 mobile locksmith refused to refund me my money because he said I didn't give them chance to send some one else. Oh! but I did and was told that I would have to pay all over again. the he told me he would see me in court but I don't have to see him in court so money end up coming out of my account for $128 anyway then they tried to take an additional $128 dollars out of my account as a reoccurring payment and thank goodness I have good bank agents because they spotted it and put a block on it that shows how big a crook these people are I fowled fraud charges against this company and was told I should get my money back in a matter of weeks I also called the better business bureau (bbb) and found the both company's are suppose to be bankrupted and out of business and had several violations against these company's so why are they still doing business.
