Called to have 2 mattresses cleaned. Was told everything is organic. Price starts at $129...ok, my mattresses are newer, no stains just want them refreshed. Guy gets here says $129 is water only...what!! So he quotes $249 each, we settled on $200 each cash. I asked again about what chemicals he was going to use and he said it's all completely organic... OK. I let him start and when I went into the kitchen i see that he left his products on my counter. Nothing organic about these. Not only that my whole house smells incredibly strong of chemicals. He told me that once everything was dry there would be no smell whatsoever. Now my mattress smells so strong I can hardly sleep in my bed. Here are pictures of their "organic" products. I have no idea whether he used one two or all of these chemicals. $400 and he wasn't even at my house an hour. I feel like I should've stopped him when I saw these chemicals and I could smell how strong they were but I guess I trusted him and just let him finish. I don't like their business practices, I don't like the lies about what type of products they put on my expensive mattress and while the technician was very polite I would never use these guys again. I feel like I want to hire somebody to come in behind them and clean up all the chemicals they left in my mattress. read more

Service was great and efficient. They were actually able to come out same day. When I called I asked what would be the max that I would pay, as my furniture gets cleaned every three months. I was told $320 for basic steam cleaning. - no problem, I booked. They happen to be do another cleaning in my building which was totally random and were able to fit me in right after. I was stoked! It was a young gentleman that helped me out and another guy that actually did the cleaning. I had one cal king mattress topper steamed along with a couch. They worked extremely fast and we're in and out of my place within 30 minutes. The furniture looked amazing. I was really please with the service and professionalism. I wish I took a before picture of my mattress. I had yellow stains all over it. It is a Tempur-pudic mattress. Thankfully I found Green Mattress Cleaning on yelp. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I called 3xs and no one returned my voicemails. Once I texted, they immediately replied. There was a bit of miscommunication via text re the quoting of price as I was given a different amount once they arrived. They were already here so I let them do the job. The top of the mattress is very clean now. The sides of the pillow top were hard to clean but the solid side below that is also nice and white now. Overall a good job and I did appreciate that I got an immediate phone call once I stated that I didn't feel comfortable being given a different price in person versus what was quoted to me ahead of time. Sean then immediately refunded the difference! That was greatly appreciated. If you want a clean mattress, they'll do a great job, just make sure you confirm the price is "firm" and "includes deep cleaning with Scotchguard" before they come out. :) And text message cuz they're not good with phone calls but I have a nice white mattress now!!! :) read more

The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The technician, Peter, showed up and gave me a ridiculous quote, 3 times more then what was discussed over the phone. Then proceeded to tell me he wasn't even sure he could remove the stain from the mattress. After Adam the owner was contacted, he tried to explain that if Peter sanitized the mattress it would get rid of the stain. If you have half a brain you know for a fact that sanitizing does not remove stain, on anything for that matter. It is clear that there is a disconnect with the owner and his employees. Adam(owner) shoots out random numbers and the technicians have their own rates. Even after it was clear that the job could be not be done, the technician had the nerve to ask for $49.00 CASH service fee. My mattress is defective so we are trying to get the warranty to replace the mattress but upon inspection the mattress seller deemed the mattress to be in violation of the warranty due to stains. I have little kids and a dog which means lots of stains, everywhere, all the time. Barely spoke English, when arrived at my house quote quadrupled! I called and was told it was $109 to clean the mattress. The guy who arrived here spoke very very little English and could hardly communicate with me. He told me it would be $426 to steam my mattress. I told him whoever I spoke to on the phone said $109. He then offered to do "less"-- just shampoo it -- for $200-something. The prices seem extreme -- it doesn't cost that much to clean my carpet and you can buy a new mattress at Ikea for $300! Update: The following day the company called asking me to remove my review. When I said no, they offered to pay me to delete it. Great service. I had a mattress that was fairly new but needed to be freshened up and they came for a free quote and charged me less than advertised. When I failed to let the mattress dry properly they came back no charge to fix it. Amazing people and fast responders. I spoke to Adi, the manager of the company, about a week after leaving him a voicemail, due to their phone system being apparently down. He stated that they would do a mattress cleaning for my California King for $70. Fast forward to today, the day of the cleaning and the following things have occurred: 1. The cleaners showed up 40 minutes late. 2. The head cleaner took a device called the "Kecheng KC-318" and ran it over my mattress. He told me my bed was infested with dust mites. I did a simple search of this device and what I learned was that this device is a moisture meter. Last time I checked moisture is not 100% correlated with dust mites. 3. They proceeded to tell me that I would need a $300 deep cleaning to take care of this infestation. I told them that their manager had informed me he would take care of me for $70 since it took so long for him to get back to me. The head cleaner stated that it was rather a starting point, and not the exact pricing. If that were the case that should be perfectly explained. This certainly felt like a bait and switch. When I explained to them how frustrated I was, they reverted the price from $150 for the shampoo and steam cleaning back to $70, which definitely made me feel a lot better about this process. After this whole ordeal, Adi contacted me and informed me that he would be happy to resolve this issue by incentivizing future cleanings. While I do appreciate this gesture, I would be mindful with this company, and be sure to get exact pricing (or a range) from them over the phone before they come. I had the same experience as many other reviewers here. I was really hoping for a more positive experience because I didn't read past all of the five star reviews on the first page. The guy arrived and too one look at my queen mattress and said it was going to be $300 for a deep clean. $150 for a steam clean that doesn't take bacteria out. I had to call my husband because I was taken aback by the prices and the guy then said, he can charge me $220 instead but I need to pretend I'm a senior citizen. Weird and shady. And even then, I still feel like I paid way too much for what was essentially just a fancier steam clean. I would highly encourage shopping around. First, they tell me over the phone that it's $79. I ask if that's true for a Cal King, and he said yes. I ask if there's any other information I need to know. He says no and asks when to schedule the appointment. Then, they arrive and tell me it will be $399. I explain my conversation, and we settle on a price of $100 but it had to be cash. They vacuum over it once and not even some simple surface stains (that I ended up scrubbing out myself easily after) came out. They did less than the cleaning I could have done myself with a simple sponge and charged me $100 for it. This is a bogus service that misleads on pricing. Very very very dissatisfied. read more
