They did an okay job. Not bad, not great. But the staff was so rude. I've been getting my nails done twice a month as far back as I can remember and I love trying new nails shops every now and then. I've seen it all, I can spot upset techs when I see them. The girl who was doing my manicure was a being a little short with me and my initial thought was she's probably upset and I just happen to be sitting in front of her. But then I looked around and realize it wasn't just happening to me, it was most of the staff. They talk AT customers, not to customers. One woman asked the owner if she was paying attention to how her staff was treating customers to which the owner (or who seemed like the owner) replied: if you don't like it here, there are shops down the street. I was shocked. The woman was older and I couldn't imagine a family member of mine being talked to that way. I almost left with her. Not going back again. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I literally have been looking for an amazing spot for nearly a year. A lot of "this will do for now" places but this is my new home. Three different people worked on my nails, toes and wax. This doesn't bother me as long as the service is as good across the board and it was. Amy is a beast! They were super busy as it was a Saturday but they were ALL working at 100% and no one waited more than 20 minutes and trust me it's worth it. However my overall experience was very unpleasant and I felt very uncomfortable, had I not been in the process of getting my nails done I would have left! The entire time I was there they made it very obvious that they were literally LAUGHING at my feet as the did my nails. To the point to where every worker in the salon looked at me and laughed * this is not an exaggeration* In no way are my feet ugly so It bothered me that they were talking and laughing as much as they were. *for the entire visit to be exact, even other patrons were looking trying to figure out what was funny, the girl next to me said: "I know they are making fun of you but you're feet are actually very pretty."* Any how, they rushed the process doing my nails. And up'd the price on my mani pedi, on top of the 48 dollars * and terrible service they expected a tip* even though the service was very very poor and made me feel uncomfortable. The establishment wasn't very sanatairy as well, I will not go back here and I will not suggest for people to go to this establishment! Linda painted and cut my nails good. Good variety of colors. However, when I sat, I told her the color and design I wanted. She did the color but forgot the design. I thought she got up while the color dried. I waited about 10 minutes until I asked about the design. The lady called Linda to tell her she forgot the design, and then everyone starts laughing and talking about me wanting a design. Then ask what I wanted, so I told her, and they started laughing more and all staring at me. Can you be more obvious? And while I was getting the design, they are still looking at me and coming and seeing how it's coming out and talking some more. Like is this the type of customer service you provide? Now I see why you have the rating you have. I came because of a recommendation but first and last time. And then you say, oh 3$ dollar for design, yeah, reduce that from your tip. I have never gotten a gel manicure before, so going in I wasn't sure what to expect. Helen was my nail artist, and at first everything was going well. Then, she applied the top gel on all of my fingers, let them dry, and started painting before she realized she had applied the top gel instead of the base gel and had to start over. She kept asking me if I needed another coat when I could clearly see my fingernail under the polish still. This was a week ago, and four of the nails' polish has peeled off completely--I didn't pick at the polish at all. Got out of the shower, and one just came off. This is AFTER I went back in a second time to get one of the nails fixed, only to have it peel off again. All of this for $25; not worth it. read more

Didn't wait long which was nice but the lady I got was just not good at her job. Wish I got her name. She took one of my acrylics nail off and didn't put another one even though I asked her multiple times nicely if she can but wouldn't listen to me. So now it's bulky. The length of my nails are uneven. One hand is very short and the other is a lot longer. Once again I asked her if she can fix it but nope. Also she answered her phone while working on my hands and just not paying attention and rushed through painting my nails. So the paint got everywhere. Came in for a gel nails and a regular pedicure. Total came out to $45 and took around 1.5 hours (a little long for my liking, but worth the total price.) Did not get much of a massage for my pedicure and no hand massage for my manicure because they were getting ready to close for the day. Highly recommend making an appointment because it can get very crowded. read more

Overall average experience. I came here because my flight was delayed and i had extra time to kill. Pros: appointment was available immediately as a walk in. Staff was not overly friendly but they were not overtly rude. Cons: pretty expensive and i felt the final product was very rushed and average. They really try to rush through to move on to the next person. My pedicure took about 12 minutes and the results are consistent with that. I feel i could have done the same thing at home for free. When asking to mix and match colors with no design, they tried to charge extra for it. Why would it cost more money to use more than one color? It doesn't take more effort esp since i wanted a solid color and no extra design. Also The shape of all the nails are different. I asked for oval shape but some are square shaped, some are pointy, and some are oval. Im glad they were able to take me as a walk in and it got the job done..but i probably will not be returning as they manicurists don't take pride in their work. read more

I have been here on a few occasions. The biggest draw to this salon is convenience because it is located in a shopping center with a car wash nearby. It is easy to kill time getting a pedicure while waiting for my car to be washed. This place is okay. The first gel manicure I had lasted and was done well. The second time, it chipped in a couple of days and ended up peeling off in less than a week. Pedicure is what you would expect, not all that but it gets polish on your toes. However, I will say, the last time I was here the nail tech gave a really good massage but the other two times not so much. Be sure to bring cash for tips. read more

Their polish selection is great and they typically have the new OPI colors - which I always love :) Super clean (which is a must for me) and priced well. This place is about as non salon relaxing vibe as it gets. Not clean looking or modern at all. Went to have dip powder removed and gel put on, instead of soaking each nail with foil and cotton like any standard salon would do, the nail tech soaked my entire hands in acetone, and used the sanding tool, soak sand and repeat. Totally damaging to the nails and had the product flying and hitting me in the face, totally unprofessional. Why wouldn't you soak and then use the tool to scrape and push off product?? I like this place ever since it came under new management (formerly Mantrap nails). They have a large selection of colors, many spa chairs and lots of employees to attend to you. This place normally is always booked, so I always try to make an appointment so I am taken right away. For a spa pedicure + a gel manicure the cost is $45, which is great for me. This place is close to my house so this will probably be my new go-to spot. read more

I would have given this place 3 stars, since the service was average and the nail technician got the job done but didn't necessarily do a stellar job. Very average place with decent prices. The reason they get 1 star is because, as I was drying my nails, I witnessed one of the workers pull used sandals out of the trash, pass them off to another worker, who put them in the stack of "new" sandals. Like an idiot, I went back to give it a final try. I tried a couple months ago and the worst pedi ever. So yesterday, I went back hoping they had turned it around. Sadly, no luck. Pedi was crappy again. After I refused an extra service, she showed her distain. Cut my nails painfully short, then, filed the tender skin until it bled. I hoped the massage would be the saving grace. She actually set a timer, deep tissued my shins, and thumbed the ball of eat foot twice. That was it. No nice toe, foot, and ankle work, like usual. We have been going there for 14 years+ while Ka, Scott, and his family owned it. I pass at least 15 nail places on my way to this one. I like to keep loyal to a business, but I cannot recommend them, nor will I return. Many of the original are great, but the crappy ones have spoiled the bunch. read more

He warned me to wait until we got home to go get our nails done because LA would be overpriced but I felt we would get what we paid for. His pedicure was wonderful, mine was ok. We spent $120 for two Decadent mani - pedis and my nails were chipped the very next next day. The full nail isn't polished and you can clearly see that the top coat isn't even covering all of what was polished. This is how my nails look now two days later and I can't even go in to get them fixed since I was visiting from Chicago. I made an appointment specifically for hard gel nails. The lady i spoke with told me she only had one girl who can do that and that i would have to come in Thursday at 4. I get there and they tried to tell me i didnt specify hard gel nails on the phone. I explained to them i did, and they said nothing to me. They didnt tell me to wait, since they made a mistake on my appointment. I ended up waking out, they clearly didnt want to do my nails.
