I wanted to try out a new cafe for my study session and went here. The ambiance and environment was so cute and aesthetic. A lot of green and wood tones with plants which made it such a vibe. There is plenty of seating for hanging out or studying. The service was good and they have a variety of drinks and cookies. I went here because I wanted to try the hojicha latte, because I love hojicha lattes but it's hard to find them at cafes. But they have a signature special called the hojicha mango coconut latte, which sounded like an odd combo of flavors but I tried it anyways and it was great! Surprisingly the flavors worked well together and the drink wasn't too sweet which I loved. It's an earthy, fruity, creamy drink. Would recommend! read more

Finally! A specialty coffee shop in Euless/Bedford. They serve Eiland Roasters coffee and the atmosphere here is so peaceful and calming. It's such a breath of fresh air to have a place like this amongst the hordes of over-hyped chain coffee shops that litter the suburbs. The espresso: I ordered a flat white with cinnamon and it was well-balanced and smooth and the texture and temperature of the milk was perfect. The food: I also ordered the avocado toast and was surprised to get a plate with two slices of toast instead of just one! Four pretty little triangle halves with soft chunks of avocado and red pepper flakes. I was so hungry I ate it all before taking a photo . They also have add-ons you can put on your toast like egg, meat or extra veggies. The atmosphere: the decor leans Scandinavian with white walls, natural textures and greenery. The natural light coming through the east windows in the morning is very beautiful. They have hanging egg chairs by the front door. The overall vibe is very cozy modern without feeling basic. They have lots of tables and chairs, with a booth/bench that runs the length of the back wall. There are lots of outlets so it's perfect for doing some work on your laptop. I was so delighted to find this little Japanese style coffee shop just minutes from us! It's hard to find authentic Asian flavors on this side of the airport and this cafe definitely hit the spot. We came during their soft opening and the interior was light, cute, and spacious with plenty of seating (also swing chairs and plenty of outlets). Their soft opening menu was mostly drinks. I love that you can customize adding espresso shots OR matcha / hojicha shots to your drinks - these are great options for those who are more sensitive to caffeine. The hojicha latte had a deep tea flavor and wasn't overly sweet. The ube latte had a nice sweet potato flavor and the matcha added an earthy note. I think they do have food options coming as well though there were some cookies for sale. I will definitely be back to try their other drink options which look so good. The owner was also very friendly and attentive. Definitely worth checking out for a coffee date or just to get some work done! read more

Finally had the chance to try out this coffee shop and we were not disappointed! We've been dying to get another coffee option here in Bedford, so happy that such a great spot is right around the corner. This was my first time at green nest cafe and I absolutely loved it! The service was absolutely fantastic. Every single guest was greeted as they came in, while ordering coffee my questions were answered and suggestions were made. When the coffee was ready I didn't have to hear my name yelled out because they brought the coffee to me so I didn't have to stop what I was doing. I should say they brought out every coffee as well as food when it was ready. The coffee tasted fantastic as well. The owner Koyomi and her husband KG were there and it was obvious they take great pride in their establishment. Each of them stopped and talked to me at some point and they were continuously picking up and cleaning while engaging with their guests. Karly and Sudi were very friendly and you can tell they are invested in this business as well. They were friendly and helpful to everybody. I also want to mention that I have never seen so many people order a second cup of coffee, including myself, and I go to different coffee shops nearly every day! However, I ordered the Ube LATTE, a drink with espresso & milk, and they didn't give me any espresso. Upon asking abt this the girl said "well i think a latte is just any drink with milk" and then they charged me $3 for two shots of espresso on top of my drink even though the owner admitted to forgetting to ask if I wanted espresso. I tried this place on a whim, between work meetings, and was welcomed by two friendly baristas in this quiet, vibey shop. One barista started making my sandwich right away, while the other chatted so comfortably with me (I felt so welcomed!) The Italian hot sandwich was so good, it tasted like pizza with fresh herbs! I branched out from my normal iced vanilla latte and tried the iced Hojicha latte, which was described as a chocolatey matcha and wow it hiiiits. This was our first time here and it was so cute inside! The aesthetics, food and drinks were all top tier! My order: strawberry matcha w/ almond milk and egg&cheese sandwich w/ ham! Unlike other places, you can really taste earthy and nutty notes of the matcha and the strawberry puree was a perfect touch of sweetness to balance it out. My fiancés order: cold brew with cold foam & avocado toast w/ ham + bacon! He really liked how there was a substantial amount of avocado, crushed red pepper flakes on top were a nice kick plus the sour dough bread was delicious! My future MIL order: hot hojicha latte w/ oak milk & tuna melt! She said that she natural flavor of the hojicha and the tuna melt is her favorite! Went for the interesting menu and WILL be a loyal patron from here on. I didn't realize I was drinking subpar lattes until I got one at Green Nest Cafe (SO GOOD). The food is fresh, high quality and made with love and care. The ambiance is clean and modern and it's an amazing spot to pop in and grab a refreshment or stay and get some work done (free WiFi!). The staff is so sweet. I spoke with the owner who was an absolute delight and was so happy to have people sitting, visiting, and relaxing at her shop. Family owned and operated for the win! She let me know they work with local vendors and use the freshest ingredients, including a local bakery with fresh sourdough made every day! I'm in love! I went for the latte and chicken pesto sandwich but also left with the bulgogi bowl because I had to try! Didn't think I would find one of my favorite Bulgogi bowls at a coffee shop but here we are. There's a lot of coffee shops/breakfast spots around here but this one is well worth your time. Their unique menu offers a little something extra that the area has been missing. From the menu to the styling, you can tell the owners and employees put so much love, thought, and care into this place. They deserve all the success so please check it out! I've been here a couple of times and normally always get their banana pie matcha, which is my favorite but unfortunately that wasn't the case this time. I stopped by around 7:30 yesterday which is around the time they open. I got their banana pie matcha like usual & it tasted fine for the first couple of sips but as I kept drinking it started tasting like spoiled tomatoes which was so weird & was then followed by this black thing. I was SO GROSSED out I felt so sick to my stomach. I tried messaging the business to let them know but I haven't heard back. I unfortunately won't be back, I'm not sure if they're not washing their equipment or if there was any sort of cross contamination but I'm just truly disappointed read more

After running errands all afternoon yesterday I decided to stop by Mighty Chick Sando to pick up some chicken tenders & onion rings (my absolute FAVORITE fried chicken spot in the neighborhood!). It was packed to the rafters when I got there - parents and little league players enjoying the food. :) I saw the owner (who was so gracious to me when I met him during my very 1st visit), who introduced me to his equally gracious wife. As I was leaving with my to go order I saw his wife, and she mentioned that she just opened her coffee shop a couple of months ago, and asked if I wanted to come in and see it. They had opened her coffee shop to accommodate the additional parents and kids that weren't able to fit in the other restaurant. I was excited to see she offered a Matcha tea, but was extremely surprised that she offers an unsweetened matcha (my preference). I ordered an iced matcha latte, which was absolutely delicious! I also noticed she has an Ube latte, and she recommended I try the Hojicha latte...which I had today. It reminds me of the Korean toasted brown rice tea I grew up drinking - absolutely yummy! The cafe is very welcoming and serene, and she offers a wonderful selection of coffee, teas, and food & dessert items (scratch made). I'm looking forward to trying the matcha tiramisu during my next visit. I'm so happy to have two fantastic restaurants, owned and run by two equally fantastic people, that offers exceptional quality & service. I'm definitely a fan for life! read more

I stopped by for an after lunch sweet treat and it was such a good decision! The owner is very sweet and complimented our outfits! I ordered the lavender matcha latte and it was perfectly flavored. My friend got a honey ginger tea and it was super fresh and made with actual tea. While we were chatting the barista brought us samples of matcha and regular tiramisu the owner was trying out. The owner told me she makes the cookies & scones daily, & they get the bread for their sandwiches from a local bakery. My friend said her Italian panini was delicious.
