The space feels like a real coffee shop that just happens to be inside an airport -- modern, inviting, with cute seating and a TV to keep you entertained. I had the Cortado and it was perfectly made. Strong, smooth, exactly what I needed. I kept smelling it before even taking a sip and it lived up to every bit of it. Already hoping my next layover brings me back through DFW just for another one! Almost $5 for a cortado -- fair for airport pricing but the quality is far superior to any Starbucks or hallway vending machine. Worth every penny. read more

I think Ampersand made me the best airport coffee I've ever had. I got the "butter brew" latte which involved caramelized butterscotch. vanilla cold foam, & caramel drizzle. I asked for it half sweet, as I usually do, & they did exactly that. It was not teeth-hurt sweet, but just the right amount of sweet. I'm always glad I ask for 50% sweetness. I docked a star because there was a little Ampersand stand in the same terminal, like an extension of this location, but it was run only & entirely by robots. I've been wanting to try Ampersand for a long time but have never gotten the chance to at the Dallas Airport. They are an Asian owned coffee shop originating from Fort Worth. They are located in Terminal C near the skyline. They also have a 24-hour machine where a robot makes your coffee available a few meters away if you ever want a drink in the middle of the night. I got the Irish cream white mocha latte and it came out pretty fast. I can genuinely say that this is one of the best lattes I've had at a coffee shop. This one doesn't have an aftertaste, is very smooth, and is also refreshing. I will say that it was kinda hard to taste the Irish cream flavor, but it was still good nonetheless. They have a few seats available as well as a self serve marketplace. I would say that it is worth a visit for sure read more

This location is in the beautiful new Terminal C area at DFW Airport, between gates C36 and C37. It's beautiful, modern, and very inviting. I was pleased to see a classic non-automatic La Marzocco espresso machine, and after reading about their espresso blend online, I was inspired to get a shot before boarding. It was a good choice! The shot was served simply in a white paper cup, with a great crema. After a quick picture, I walked to the gate to join my wife and dig in. The description of the blend is "Velvety embrace of smooth dark chocolate, complemented by the subtle sweetness of brown sugar and the tantalizing essence of blueberry", and it lived up to all of that. Perfectly balanced, with mild acidity and no bitter or sour leanings, it was a wonderful shot all the way to the bottom. If you're a true coffee afficionado with the time to spend getting here before your flight, skip the other places and come here for the really good stuff. read more

I fly out of DFW often, and I make it a point to stop by this place before my flight... even if that means I'm rushing back to the gate to catch boarding. It's the best airport coffee shop I've found so far. Yes the price may seem high, but for what you get (AND at an airport!?) this is a good deal. My go to is the coconut milk strawberry matcha. The matcha actually tastes like matcha, not the strange chalky stuff people use. The coconut milk option is fantastic for those of us who have sensitivities. Ampersand hosted a giveaway for my airline, they were there most of the day and opened back up from 10 to midnight to be available to those of us working late. Not only was the young man working extremely friendly, so late at night, but that coffee was fire. I was a little worried the vanilla cold brew would be a bit too sweet for me but it was perfect. The coffee wasn't bitter or too acidic. It was almost TOO easy to drink. I have stopped by a few times when I am in the upper Cs, and I have enjoyed all the beverages I have gotten there. I haven't tried and of their food offerings but they look delicious. I have also been to the OG location off of 7th in Ft. Worth. I was excited they grabbed a spot in the airport and I will be coming back by for a honey latte. read more

Came here before my flight on a Friday afternoon and there was a short line that went by very quickly. The matcha was good except it was mostly strawberry. I could hardly taste the matcha (but the strawberry was yummy). It was still a cute area and the staff was really nice so I rounded by 3.5 up to a 4. Definitely good for airport matcha. read more

High quality food at DFW terminal C. I stopped by after my flight from SFO and ordered a matcha latte and an avocado caprese toast. The latte was so-so, the toast was outstanding! Warm deliciousness in every bite - fresh smashed avocado, sliced tomatoes, fresh buffalo mozzarella, perfectly seasoned with a balsamic glaze to die for! Service was friendly and quick. Love the decor and spacious layout. Was waiting for my flight out of terminal C. My flight got delayed so I took a stroll and stumble upon this cute coffee shop. It wasn't busy because it was an evening flight. They had kiosk & people in the front help take the orders. They were very quick and helpful with the orders. I ordered a banana matcha latte and it was good. Love the aroma and the banana & matcha. The drink was not too sweet and I order regular sugar. I got a hot drink instead of a cold drink. If you walk out like 2-3 gate down you see an ampersand vending machine. It was so cool I wanted to order a drink from it but it's only coffee and I don't drink coffee. read more

WHAT I ORDERED: Vietnamese Iced Coffee PARKING: DFW Airport INSIDE: There's a few self-ordering kiosks which makes it easy to order. The service is relatively quick but can see it taking a while if it's busy. Unfortunately, a lot of the items like their matcha drinks were not in stock so that was disappointing. It's near the end of terminal see so expect to walk a bit. There's a seating area as well as a round high top with lots of outlets for charging. THE DRINK: The Vietnamese coffee is strong!! Flew in on a red eye overnight for a connecting flight out and this was the first place I saw when exiting the plane. I'm glad I stopped in. I ordered the Iced Mocha Latte, extra shot. Very good and well balanced. There was a long line but received my coffee in about 5 minutes. There were 3 baristas working it and keeping the customers engaged. Great atmosphere. Love their strawberry matcha! I travel frequently for work and whenever I'm passing through Dallas I try to swing by here. You can order with a cashier or if it gets busy there are some kiosks too. I usually get my drink pretty quickly and have plenty of time to make my flights. read more

Literally was the very best cappuccino I've ever had, even though I make my own every morning at home with highest quality beans and also heavy cream.
