Beware!!! They will charge you more at the pickup of your furniture and now telling me I have to pay $500 more for the delivery because of the truck size. I was never told about any of these fees. As a matter of fact my quote was for 350 cubic feet which is smallest they will move. Then they charged $700 more when picking up my furniture. NO,NO NEVER USE THIS COMPANY... Lost the footboard to my bed. My husband's bed was missing parts. Broken valuable glass pictures, not wrapped properly and arrived broken, Jewelry from a box that they broke was found on the floor of the moving van. Valuable vases were not bubble wrapped and were found broken. Lock to an electric bike was found to have a part sheared off. (the lock was for a Harley motorcycle) so you know it was strong. Bedding was found with garage stuff. Lamp was sheared off on the bottom unusable. Stuff was all mixed up and 15 boxes were not marked..... Terrible job over all. read more

Used this company to move from Denver to Orlando I didn't have many items since we drove our major stuff the week before ourselves but had stuff left over that couldn't fit in the first move. When we received our stuff we had a broken 50' TV, fishtank, two broken lamps and shades. We packed them very securely and wrote fragile on the boxes, they obviously did not care about that and had to really handle them very poorly to damage my items the way they did. This is not the worst part... When the pickup crew arrived they loaded my stuff I had a clear case of liquor about 1k worth which included white Hennessy and aboout 6 cases of sparkling water and frying oil, all of this was for our new restaurant in FL. Prior to the move we told the inventory guy about these items he said it would be no problem. While going through the contract with the movers on-site I saw a no liquid form and said well as you can see you just loaded liquid should we take them off its alot of money. The movers told me they usually don't take liquids but that they will get them delivered for me. I felt confident especially since they were in clear packaging and they could clearly see what it was. My liquor and waters were not delivered but my oil was which is also clearly a liquid. I am extremely hurt by this process not only did they steal a thousand dollars of liquor they broke my stuff. All they had to do was say sorry we can not take your liquor we cannot in no way transport liquids you will have to find another way because it will be removed from the shipment. I would of just drove it out myself since we still had to drive a car down to FL. But I figured I was spending $1,800 for a super small move and I'm driving with my kids so I will let the movers i TRUSTED take it. I complained to the company they had a manager I think his name was Brian call me and he gave me the "to bad so sad" speech. Said he would talk to his crew but they don't take liquids. I explained that I understood that but they shouldn't of loaded them then and asked to speak to someone higher up. He refused and said I'm the GM and my the owner doesn't talk to you guys. I was just like wow. PLEASE!!! stay away from doing business with this company they are not trust worthy and do not care about your stuff and the GM is not a nice person he also could give no care about your stuff so why would he care about yours I will attach a picture of how the water was sent so you can clearly see its water it was not boxed the liquor was the same way and the oil that did make it to me but not my liquor. But you don't take liquids Yes it was booked by a 3rd party but this company still picked up my item and dropped them off. This company still stole my liquor instead of refusing to take it (in a clear case) and this company damaged my stuff, which their insurance company is now refusing to pay for. If no stars was an option - that would be the rating. We would not have chosen this company but they were subcontracted (weren't aware the company we contracted with would subcontract it out) - when they arrived we were told some of our boxes were "large" boxes instead of medium boxes - tacked on an extra $700 but it was after 5 PM so unless we wanted them to come back another day - had no choice. The foreman then told them (and completed the paperwork to that effect) that we did not have to pay the additional that day - that we could pay the additional upon delivery of the item. 2 days later get a past due notice for additional fees and late fees on top of that. The operations mgr called but would not let me speak. Now "holding hostage" and will not begin delivery process until additional fees are paid. read more

This company was hired to move my sister cross country. She was quoted around $1700 for the move. They showed up, made us pay $4,000 more than was originally quoted knowing there was no other choice since it was move out day. They were rude and unprofessional during the moving. Showed up with a contract that was heavily redacted and full of marker corrected information that was never explained because the four movers, who were all teenagers, barely spoke any English which is not an issue aside from the fact that as a result the contract was not fully discussed nor were questions answered. They all acted like they were doing us a favor and that we were all a major inconvenience. They had no boxes and offered none of the white glove experience they promised. Now it is 13 days from when they took possession of my sister's stuff and are calling and trying to extort more money by claiming her normal two lane road in downtown Kansas City is too small for the moving truck and she will need to pay another $600. When she refused, because she already paid $6000 in full for her move of a three bedroom apartment, they are saying she is denying delivery, which is a lie. She wants the delivery she already paid for. Scam artists and liars who take advantage of people. I would advise NEVER USING THIS COMPANY. Please do not say "Sorry, you booked through a broker" Your company is doing the moving and creating the situation. DO NOT USE. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!! Absolute worst experience from start to finish. HIDDEN FEES, BROKEN ITEMS, POOR COMMUNICATION, HORRIBLE TIMELINESS, CHAOTIC DROP OFF, UNFULFILLED PAID FOR DUTIES. The actual movers (third party hires) were nice and we felt so bad for them, there was only 2 people doing everything and one was a literal child, MAYBE 12? at the oldest, doing all this moving. The Green Planet Movers and Eden's Moving Services INC BBB who is apparently synonymous, customer service is absolute trash. So rude, no communication, not transparent in regards to any part of process at all. Ended up costing $3k more than what was originally quoted, as they sneak a ton of fees in after they have your stuff and then hold it hostage. Took 28 days to get our delivery, every time we called customer service, be it (in quotes because likely alias's, they don't even have last names in email signatures) "Candice", "Eric" or "GARY G."(the rudest of them all), they were not helpful and have horrible attitudes. We should have known better, we should have been more thorough and not so trusting, so if you are reading this, RUN AWAY. Along with so much of our stuff looking like it was transported in a tornado, very clear, large bold writing like FRAGILE & FACE UP and which room to put in like kitchen, closet, bedroom, bathroom, living room, was not honored at all and so many things are terribly damaged. Beware!!! This company are crooks! They load your items on a truck and hold you hostage to double the amount quoted and make you sign all kinds of waivers before they leave. They damage all sorts of things, and the paperwork to file a claim is so daunting and nearly impossible to complete and they know it. So good luck getting anything covered for damages. I contracted with Merit Moving who sub-contracted Green Planet Movers. I went over all items I wanted moved, described where things were in the storage unit (everything was already packed and in storage), and was told they would be sending 2 guys for 6-8 hours. I had already moved so I drove back to Colorado (they have a hub there) and met the team at the storage facility. I showed them the units and was told I hadn't described everything accurately. I had thoroughly described my extra-large refrigerator, fridge sized freezer, safe, other furniture, and the boxes I needed moved. They bitched and moaned about the amount of boxes. I then said Fine. Just load the Fridge, Freezer, King Size Mattress, and Twin mattress from the 1st unit and the remaining furniture and as many boxes as possible from the 2nd unit. While *I* moved the boxes out of the unit, the team of 3 (who btw were only scheduled for 2 hours) loaded the 4 items from the 1st unit. Then when they came to the 2nd unit, they loaded the rest. I ended up saying screw it pack the whole damn truck and paid double the quoted amount because I was hot, tired, and frustrated at the teams incompetence. 2 of the 3 refused to acknowledge anything I said and the foreman wasn't the friendliest either. When my items arrived, they had dented the fridge in several places, the king size mattress was black from the dirty boxes and looks like they urinated on it. The unloading crew was carefully watched and they didn't bump the fridge at all nor did they remove the "packaging" from the mattress until it was in the bedroom. I do NOT recommend Green Planet movers unless you already have banged up stuff to move because it will arrive looking like it went through war. read more

The guy that I guess was in charge of the three man crew was super creepy and I immediately felt uncomfortable. They didn't take check, only cash or credit card and the credit card was a 5% fee. They immediately asked for my credit card number for the card that I had already given the company over the phone. Like I just hand my credit card out to anyone. The lead guy just stood in the truck and didn't do anything. Leading to it taking forever to load this stuff. Then I requested to follow them and they said that they didn't want me to. I was already uncomfortable with these people having my stuff and I wanted to follow to ensure it got to my new location. They fought for ten min trying to tell me they didn't need to be followed. While unloading my stuff, they took no care of my stuff. They had dragged my brand new mattress and box spring across the asphalt and ruined it. My warranty on the bed is now useless due to the damage. The guy in charge told me they didn't do the damage and that I couldn't write the damage down on the receipt, which again I fought. I emailed my "claim" to the email address provided and guess what? It's been a month and I haven't heard anything. I have tried calling about 10x in which I am put on hold and hung up on. My voicemails or emails are never returned. My next step did to report this company to the better business bureau. I cannot state this enough that you should not use this company. I contracted my move with Patriot Moving Company out of Florida to moved our home items from Denver to Utah. I worked with Patriot movers to go over the inventory in depth and was given a price. Patriot movers sub-contracted with Green Planet Movers. A Forman and two guys came to my door for the move, they did not introduce themselves and when they saw my dressers, which were in the inventory, they said I would have to pay an addition $477 for 90 more cubic feet. When I showed frustration of the unexpected extra cost, the Forman tried to leave. This company is horrible.They tried to up-charge me by $630 not to mention i had already bought a $300 groupon. The groupon that i purchased was for 3 hours and the movers told me that i only get one hour of moving services because one hour was already used for them to come to me from their warehouse and the other hour was going to be for them to return to their warehouse. Therefore i needed to purchase additional hours which would total $630 for a one bedroom move. I told them no way and to leave my house. Totally con on their "estimate." They were very misleading with the estimate they gave me. It says on the first part the total hrs for labor and the movers... well apartly those hours also include the travel time from your old house to your new house as well. The "travel time" you pay for is for them to drive back to their facility completely separate. They gave me a 7hr quote for labor and 5 hr quote for drive time to pack up and move an entire 3 bedroom house. I thought the 7hrs was for packing and unpacking labor which was enough. Come to learn what they really meant by 7hrs labor...they only alloted 1hr packing and 1 hr unpacking and the other 5hrs out of the 7 wad drive labor time. Well in the end I got screwed. What 3 men can pack a whole 3 bedroom house in 1hr?! Yea they can't. They also took 2 hrs longer to drive than it should have taken. When they got to my new home they wanted to charge me over $1,000 over the estimate!!!!! Obviously wanting to speak with the company and argue why the estimate was dramatically off they held our stuff hostage until we paid it in full and then charged us for the time they held it hostage. The company basically said we were wrong and it's our fault that we said we only had one bedroom of stuff and it would only take an hour to pack... NEVER SAID THAT! STAY AWAY! These people are classic bait and switchers. This just happened to a colleague's sister. They supplied a quote for 3K (other quotes from other companies ranged from 3 - 5K). Once the truck was loaded with 90% of their belongings they were informed it would cos 7K They then proceeded to up the price to close 9,000. Informing them that unloading the truck would cost them 3,000 if they wanted to cancel. Mike is the sales guy and Betty is the owner. Typical bait and switch scam. These people need to be run out of business with these tactics. The fact that that it cost 3x the mount of the estimate is alarming. They also have a clause stating that if more things are added the cost would go up, but in this case things were removed from the household making it less. Might want to look elsewhere, unless you like being surprised with higher fees the day of your move. If we knew the total price ahead of time, there would not be a need for this review. Moving is stressful and many people get movers so they can relax and tell someone where to put their stuff. They originally quoted us $405 for 3 total hours to move to a neighboring city. We submitted our 130$ deposit and expected to pay the balance of $275 on the day of the move. When they arrived, we began to sort out the payment and go over the paperwork before they began their work. Turns out, the moving company did not properly calculate the amount of hours it would take and when the calculations were done, the total price went up to $819! They wanted to charge us the full amount, not considering the fact that we ALREADY paid a deposit. After some haggling by my husband with the owner of the company, who had a bit of a smart mouth, they agreed to remove the $130 deposit, making our payment $689. Being a professional moving company, we relied on their calculations. If three men can move all of our one bedroom apartment and transfer it to our new place in three hours, then so be it. But that was not the case. Not only did they send 2 movers instead of 3, they raised the price last minute. You would think they would calculate the fact that we had stairs at one place and an elevator at the other. They did not seem to be very professional in their business matters. However, when reviewing my taxes last month. I see that they refunded the money (which I already mentioned), but then turned right around and charged back the refunded amount. So, I never got the refund. I have called them and left messages at both of the numbers that I have listed every single day last week and they did not return my call. I was told specifically by International Moving Group that my delivery date would be my actual date. I called this company who they unfortunately work with and they told me "the date is when your items leave our warehouse". I was told that even though it says on the contract that my goods will be delivered within 21 days OF the move that it's actually from and those words mean the same thing". I honestly cannot believe this company is still in business. Same exact complaints as everyone else. They overcharged me after they were the ones late. But the fact that they overcharged be about $800 is not what concerns me most. It's the manager, Amanda, and her horrendous customer service. After reporting them to the Better Business Buearu, I discovered that there were already several complaints filed for the exact same reasons. They refuse to take one ounce of accountability for their wrong-doing, and they treat their customers as if they are worthless after overcharging them for a mediocre job. In fact, the manager actually LAUGHED at me over the phone when I told her that I could have hired another company and told me she did me a FAVOR by agreeing to the job at the last minute. I may be updating this post after collecting my items from the storage unit which my belongings were moved to. I've also read complaints on their Facebook page that involved damaged items and subsequent denial, and/or avoidance when the customers tried to file their claims. Something isn't right there. It's also important to note that when I hired them via Thumbtack, they were called "Elite National" but I discovered that their actual name is "Green Planet Movers". Perhaps this was an attempt to disguise themselves and escape all of the negative complaints. After leaving an honest review for them on Thumbtack, Amanda, the manager, responded to me saying, "I'm sorry that I helped a customer like you. You do not deserve to be helped at all! I don't need to apologize for something that was closed on YOUR behalf. Good luck in life." It appears I am not the only customer that has been attacked for leaving a brutally honest review. They obviously don't believe in the old saying, "The customer is always right." Or maybe they want to go out of business. Man, I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. I cannot say more bad things about this company. BEWARE. DO NOT USE GREEN TIME MOVERS WHATEVER YOU DO. They are out and out liars, will sell you on a cheap move and then screw you over every which way to Sunday. ALSO - DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. I can 100% guarantee they were made up by friends of the owner or even bought. I know this for a fact since the owner - Betsy as she called herself - offered me $50 to write a good review. It is laughable and almost nauseating that "Betsy" even thought she stood a chance at a good review from me. There are so many reasons to hate this company...or should I say scam...so I'm just going to list them out. 1. They used to be called Best Time Movers - a moving company with a whopping 39 BBB complaints. As a result, they changed their name and put several positive fake reviews all over the internet. You'll notice that every good review is written by somebody who writes reviews for several movers or write vague reviews from random companies like Panera before writing a vague review for Green Time. 2. They run a bait and switch. They promise a cheap, easy move, and then upsell you on everything from box size, to whether they had an itch on their nose the day of your move. We walked away paying $1400 MORE than what we had been quoted at. We were also forced to pay with a money order up front. This is a HUGE RED FLAG. No mover should make you pay up front...you should pay when you get your boxes, but they are pretty likely to sell your boxes on e-bay and with a money order they can do whatever they want. 3. My boyfriend and I were meticulous beyond belief in building a list but they are cheaters and fakes so it doesn't matter. Every 3 days for a month, my boyfriend or I would call Green Planet to update the list with the EXACT boxes we were moving to get the most accurate quote. But when the movers got to our apartment, they had a completely nonsense list (with a file cabinet! Why the hell would we have a file cabinet?). 4. They lied about move-in dates. Another bait and switch. They promised we would get our stuff on July 15. BUT, if you read the tiniest writing on the millionth page of a contract you don't see until it's too late, they have basically written nonsensical sentence structure that gets them out of responsibility for getting you your stuff on time. We got our stuff 21 days late which was extremely stressful for us since we had moved from DC to Austin. I was just starting my first year of my MBA and was living in a hotel room desperately praying I would have a suit for my school picture (I did not...had to a buy a whole new one). 5. They will never call you back. We called twice a day every day for 3 weeks until we got our stuff. They would hang up on us if they felt "threatened" - which basically meant if we got mad about anything. I'm almost positive we only got our stuff because we sucked up to the owner and pretended like we were totally fine with the company (read: promised them a good review). 6. When we finally got our stuff...well, not all of our stuff...it was in horrifying condition. All of our clothes that we packed in wardrobes were at the bottom of the boxes. We had to spend $500+ on dry cleaning because everything we owned was wrinkled or dirty. Our couch looked like utter crap, several of our kitchen items were broken. And of course the missing items: two very expensive side tables and an entire kitchen box were missing. And since they are crooks...they have a fake claims website so we'll never see the money for those items in this lifetime. 7. BETSY - THE OWNER - IS A FRAUD AND A PSYCHO AND SHOULD PROBABLY BE IN JAIL FOR SOMETHING. This is the craziest part of the experience. We had Betsy's phone #, and when we didn't get a large portion of our stuff, we called her to discuss. When she answered, she said her name was Nicki and that we had the wrong #. WTF?!?! It was the same # we had been calling and texting for over a week, and she didn't even change her thick non-US accent. It was probably the most flabbergasting moment in the whole process. It was just the icing on the cake of the most stressful, frustrating, exhausting scam experience of our lives. So hopefully my 7 reasons not to work with Green Planet Movers sent you away from them. They don't deserve a single dollar from you and honestly, I hope they all get arrested at some point. Note: Any response they make to this post or any other post for that matter is a lie. I do not recommend this company! They damaged multiple walls in my home resulting in over $1000 in damages. The items were also damaged and My washer and dryer and destroyed. MOST TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE I HAD IN MY LIFE!!! LIES, AVOIDANCE, HIDDEN COSTS, NO RESPONSES TO REPEATED CALLS!! (why do i hv to give them even 1 star??) Had me over a barrel. Started with Call to Mike Johnson, who was all customer focused. Asked a few details about move then sent me a quote with attached packing fee list. Since price was where I thought it should be (not the highest and not the lowest), and they could accommodate my desired pick up and delivery dates, I called back to confirm the booking. Mike asked me if I wanted to have them pack my stuff. As the charges are between $20 and $30 PER box PLUS $6 service fee per box (labor), I said no thanks as I had at that time over 100 boxes worth of stuff and it wud hv cost me over $3000. Turns out when the lead mover came, first thing he said was..u need EVERYTHING in a box, including the mirrors, pillows, large baskets, hamper, etc etc...which amounted to $1200!! I was in shock! Then he said I cud hv gotten the entire shipment packed by them for $1.50/cf !! That was about $1800! I cud hv saved 14 days of my life getting used boxes, packing materials, and packing EVERYTHING myself...when I asked him why he did not offer me this 'summer sale' , he said that I said I wud pack myself! Of course if it was going to cost me $3000 extra!!! BUT if it was only $1800 total to pack all, of course I wud hv taken it! He never told me, nor did the email state that everything had to be in a box. It said 'Customer must pack all their boxes'. Well, I did! I thought this was sent to me because I intended to pack myself. Then I had extra cubic footage which lead guy again is measuring the stuff in the truck. So why did Yelp 'customer' Niki D say that they needed a second truck and Green Planet did not even charge her for it?? I see now that her Yelp review has been modified!!! I think they are a scam..I sign an agreement with Green-Planet and truck pulls up with a 'Best Time Movers' sign duct taped to the door. AND, Mike never told me my entire shipment wud be handled 4 times...once from my house, once into warehouse, once out of warehouse, then lastly to my residence. Of course, other examples of lack of customer service were rampant throughout the whole experience...no call backs for days, giving me wrong phone numbers for managers, putting me on hold for 4 minutes (at least 8 times) and got disconnected, threatening statement from Berti that if she wanted to, she could delay my shipment for 45 days, the limit according to DOT!! The only, only aspect of this move that was great was the unloading crew, and they were contractors!! Great Guys. At first i was a little bit skeptic about Green Planet Movers, they had couple of negative reviews online and i only hired them because they were available on the day i planned on moving. The guys did a great job moving my furniture and get them safely to my new residence no harm no scratches (i used another company in the past who made me buy some new furniture after scratching my TV stand and an office table) . Green Planet Movers are the best, they were professional and ON TIME!!! They did not try to take their time moving our things. The movers arrived promptly at 9am and was done before 12pm. I moved from Lanham to Columbia!!!! I would highly recommend Green Planet Movers!!!!! read more

They were awesome!! Told the men that we had to be done by 3:30pm and they told me it would happen. We worked our butts off with them. They stuck to the quote even though we had to do two truck loads... Will tell everyone and recommend them to all my friends.. Great work guys!!! read more

Green Planet Movers is the best moving company in the DC area. I called them at 4:30pm on Sunday April 3rd and they were able to move me the same day two hours later!!!! I was in a bind to move items quickly and they were there for me. Everyone from the office staff, to the managers to the movers are helpful, professional and just all around good people. They were understanding with my time constraints on a professional level and personal level. I would leave more than 5 stars if I could and they are helping me with my next move in May. AWFUL! HORRIBLE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! I have never written an online review, and I am writing this one because my experience was so unbelievably awful and I do not want anyone else to go through something so awful. Moving is a hassle in itself, and when you are dealing with a moving company that has your belongings and keeps telling you that they are delivering later that day or the next day for several days in a row, it is AWFUL. They told me that all of the drivers and workers are part of the company, and it is only when my stuff was delivered that I found out the driver was a subcontractor. They lied, tried to charge me double the quoted price the second that they arrived to pick up my belongings, delivered five days later than they said they would, intentionally screened and ignored my calls (admitted to it by saying that I called too often ... which is normally when you are in possession of my belongings!!!!) and constantly put me on hold and then hung up on me. The people I spoke with on the phone were rude and inconsiderate and everyone was telling me something different. Before I paid they told me everything I wanted to hear (a 90% chance they would deliver on my desired date, no additional fees, no brokers or contractors), and the second they had 70% of the payment and all of my belongings they screened my calls and would not even tell me what day they were going to deliver! I also had a trip planned (WHICH THEY KNEW ABOUT BEFORE I BOOKED WITH THEM) and because they missed the delivery date when I told them to deliver a week later so that I could go on my trip, they said that I would be charged a fee for not being there when the movers arrived and that the movers were coming the next day. I delayed my trip and stayed to avoid the fee...the movers did NOT come the next day, or the day after, or the day after that. I would NEVER even consider using this company again and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone that I know. I went with it because it was one of the cheapest ones, and then ended up paying as much as if I had gone with one of the more reputable companies (again because they raised the price the second they got to my door because of technicalities such as what a "large" box is and what a "wardrobe" box is and what "packaging supplies" are). read more

Avoid...Avoid...Avoid. These people are dishonest and will nickel and dime you to death. Not one single thing they told me was true. Not the price, not the pickup, not the delivery. EVERYTHING is a big deal to them AFTER you are committed. The drivers arrive with a task to add charges, and then they produce threats. EVERYTHING was a lie. I have used many movers in my career. Terrible company!! Broke stuff..charged for time not used..denied moving the items they broke..lost a leg for a sofa.. Lost shelves to entertainment center..damaged a shelf...taped sofa cushions together...taped right to the fabric. No protection at all to fabric...just terrible. No Protection to wood furniture, Items were scratched and scraped and damaged. Many items were broken. Refused to work the extra hour that was in original contract..charged a fuel charge for 5 mile or less move also not in contract. ..then denied even moving the items that they damaged...good thing we have pictures. MORE EXTORTION!!! My previously review is listed below this update. It's been almost two months and they refuse to refund the second charge they placed on my credit card even though they have no signed sales slip authorizing it. BEWARE, once they have your credit card (based on my experience) they will charge whatever they like. Today I spoke with Mike Johnson (or at least that's the name he goes by on the phone) I PERSONALLY BELIEVE NOW THEY ALL USE FAKE NAMES. This is the person that was my sales rep from the beginning and as I found out, lied to me with regard to several things about this move. On the call today, first he insisted the additional charge was valid. Then he had the audacity to offer me what he called a "deal", he would refund 4 hours (which is still not enough based on what the owners previously said in writing, IF I TOOK DOWN THIS BAD REVIEW AND WRITE THEM A 5 STAR REVIEW These people are the most underhanded people I have ever dealt with, DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE GOOD REVIEWS, I'm sure they were extorted from clients as they are now trying to extort from me. If I do not receive word from them by close of business tomorrow that they are refunding my credit card based on what their two owners said the additional charge should have been, I will have no choice but to see them in Philadelphia court and involve anyone else I possibly can, newspapers, new channels, BBB, Yelp should be concerned about them trying to extort good reviews over honest one, etc PREVIOUS REVIEW BELOW Do not use these movers, you will be sorry! They are lairs and cheats, say one thing and do another. In my case the police had to be called when they tried to extort more money out of me by refusing to start the unload unless I paid them over a thousand more dollars. Not only was there 3 more hours on the clock that I had already paid them for, but they couldn't even explain how they came up with the additional amount they were insisting on. Awful! The worst experience and my daughter still has not received her things. Three different delivery dates, no customer service, the poor truck driver is caught in the middle. No one will answer our calls nor will they return them. Half was paid in advance, then we received a call that deliver was expected and wanted the other half of payment. After that we received a laundry list of possible additional expenses that could be charged to us AND yet our daughter's items have not been delivered. ***After I wrote this review I was contacted twice by the company asking me to remove it. I was assured that this matter would be handled promptly and was told I would be updated on her delivery. I truly was hopeful that things would improve, unfortunately they haven't.
