I can't tell you how happy I am with my brand new kitchen. I was able to get everything that I wanted within a short period of time. From the day they started demolishing and repairing, installing and measuring, and painting and doing touchups, it took about two weeks. Dekel and his team were very sweet and accommodating to my needs. No one likes to drive out to my neck of the woods for repairs, but all of the guys always showed up to my house right on time and never complained about anything extra I requested for them to do. They actually did a lot more touchups than I expected them to and I was very pleased with their attention to detail. Dekel always answered my calls and calmed my nerves whenever I felt nervous about something, or other. This is actually the second time we've had to use this company for repairs in my home since there was not one, but two major leaks that occurred over the past year, and we had to file claims through our home insurance company. Along with the new upgrades and repairs, my husband and I decided to get all brand new appliances and that has made a huge difference, not only to how everything looks in the kitchen, but to how we were preparing food previously. Just know that you and your home are in good hands and you can trust the workers to do their job right, and thoroughly the first time. By the way, there is a woman by the name of Linor, on this team of contractors and she is the one who did all of the measurements for the cabinets in our kitchen. She is a very firm and precise business woman, who definitely made sure that our cabinets were done right. She uses a magical laser that takes precise measurements of the cabinets needed for your space and I still don't know how she did it, but everything came out to an exact matching point! Green Planet did an amazing job, and contributed significantly to making a very trying situation easier on me and my family. After waking up to extensive water damage caused by the condo above us and a ruptured toilet, Green Planet was on the scene within hours. Denny and his team immediate began the drying process, packed out our possessions into storage, and scheduled waterlogged sections of our home for demolition. Once demolition was finished (on time!), Dekel and his crew took over for the rebuild. From working directly with insurance, helping us choose new flooring, tile, and paint colors and materials, fixing small details we pointed out, and dealing with the inevitable bumps in the road, Dekel's team made our condo look like new again. In all, the job was done well, smoothly, and as on time as can be expected when dealing with insurance companies. Terrible company. Would have given them 0 star if I could. Dekel was sent to my apartment to do an estimate on 02/08/2022. He showed up late without a mask and would not put one on even after I asked him to. The whole time he was at my place, he made me very uncomfortable because he just would not stop talking about his personal life, which had absolutely nothing to do with our business. In the end, he gave me a yellow slip with a 02/23/2022 job starting date and asked me to pay a $1,000 down payment. I gave his colleague my credit card information over the phone and asked the lady to email me a receipt, which I never received. Dekel did not contact me again until 03/04/2022, 10 days after original scheduled starting date, and his crew finally came the next day to start the repair job. 03/08/2022, they were supposed to be here at 8:30 but they did not show up until after 9 and no one ever explained what was going on. When they finished, they said they would be back on 03/11/2022 to finish the job. I told them I had work to do on that day but I could do 03/12/2022 and they agreed. On 03/10/2022, I texted Dekel and asked him to confirm whether his crew was coming on 03/12/2022 and he never replied. 03/11/2022, I moved most of my stuff from the living room and dining room so to make it easier for the crew to do whatever they need to do. 03/12/2022 they were a no-show. I waited 40 minutes before I called Dekel and he called me back after another 40 minutes to tell me they forgot to put today's job on their schedule!!! We had to re-schedule for 03/15/2022 at 8 AM and this time the crew arrived at 8:50.... They left around 2 PM and Dekel did not show up at all to check if the job was done right. He called me around 5 PM for I don't know why but I've lost all my patience and just did not want to deal with him. 03/18/2022 this company sent me an email, asking me to pay a higher amount than the number I learn from my insurance company. I replied the email on 03/19/2022 and asked them to provide me with a detailed invoice/report so I can talk to my insurance company. They sent it on 03/21/2022 and I replied their email on the same day, telling them that I am talking to my insurance company and I'm waiting for a confirmation from my adjuster. 03/22/2022, this company left me a message, threatening to send me to collection and put a lien on my property if I do not return their call. What the heck??? What is wrong with them?????? They had been so lousy and careless this whole time but when it comes to money, they sure act fast!!! DO NOT hire this company unless you like being treated like shit. read more

We had the dreaded leak (in our laundry room) and when it was found we were lucky enough to receive a recommendation to Orange Team Builders. This is a remarkable company who have a very knowledgeable, efficient and understanding husband and wife team at the helm. Jacob and Roza arrived together promptly, determined what needed to be done, explained the process (after first asking what we needed/wanted) and started making contact with a series of very capable folks within their organization who would handle all that needed doing. From start to finish this included folks who handled plumbing, water remediation, removing tile flooring and water logged cabinets, reinstalling existing plumbing fixtures, laying new flooring, installing new cabinets and painting.
