Good selection of items within the store. Went in for pre roll and had everything that I needed

service here is non-existent. I've been here twice in the last month and have gotten zero help from associates. each time I've had to approach them and ask them for assistance because otherwise they cannot be bothered. The most recent time I was here I asked one of the associates to help me purchase the exact items from my last visit, she murmured the product names and vaguely pointed in their direction (all while behind the register). I play a guessing game, and ultimately end up purchasing the wrong items, all the while, having the same associate ring me up and CONFIRM that those are the same items. Ultimately, I get home and realize those are NOT the items from my previous purchase but now it's too late to return or exchange so now I'm stuck with product I don't want or need. With so many dispensaries in LA please don't bother coming here. read more

I came in on Monday and was greeted by security and checked in fast. I was helped by two Budtender mia and Elizabeth. Both were super nice and helpful and helped me pick our great products. Unfortunately for the person on the register she looked like she didn't want to be there at all. She was really rude to me and as I left she made a comment under her breath. I understand people have bad days but making comments as I'm walking away ? I didn't catch her name but she had purple in her hair. Really off putting especially after being helped by the two lovely tenders. Would def come back if the purple hair lady isn't there. read more

Very cool vibe and nice tenders but kinda expensive for no reason. Feels like i'm mostly paying for the aesthetic. A $7 house pre-roll came out to like $18 or something ridiculous with all the taxes and fees. Very nice aesthetically, pleasing store the quality of the products matches the price tag. Sadly I don't think I would return as a customer just because it is a bit pricier for not very much selection. I went on a Sunday afternoon 4 PM to be exact went in for pre-rolls. LOVELY PLACE! After a whole year of not stepping a foot in a shop it was just satisfying just looking at their display with all the brands they carry. Only sad part is the taxes, I understand there's a tax fee to be paid but wow. I've never gone to a shop where you have to pay taxes for each item you purchase. I purchased two items that they were "50" each . Ended up paying 140. I asked cashier why so much and she said taxes is 40$. I didn't really mind because regardless the product I purchased runs around the same price in other place EVEN with taxes, but at least I know I can grab more items knowing I won't get charged taxes on all items. Easily the best dispensary in DTLA. It's locally owned, has an excellent selection and you can't beat their 10% discount for loyalty club members. It's the only place I shop for cannabis since I save 10% on every purchase plus I get exclusive deals and happy hours just for being in the club. read more

BRUTAL experience here! Placed an order for pick up selected cash, but was text seconds later prompting me to enter my bank account information! Entered my information and I thought I was good to go, after a long day of running errands I swing by to pick up my order and apparently the order still says cash. I only had Apple Pay on my phone and apparently their Apple Pay wasn't working?! Tried to do an online order and was informed nothing was in stock that was on the website, finally able to order something and by then it was too late And to top it off the worker asked if I stole a bottle of ketchup I had bought that was in my shopping bag YIKES! Checked it out since it's queer owned. I like the vibe; well lit, feels adequately spacious and somehow I was the only customer there. Granted it was a Monday night after 8 but that kinda worked out for a first visit. Got what I needed super quick and service was perfect! The store was ok but the person at the register charged me over 70$ when then claimed the product was 45.

I brought my sister to Green Qween because she loved the edible that I buy from there. I wanted to refer her by taking her over to the shop. Once we got inside, the man who checked our ID (long black hair and light skin) was asking me to not enter the store since I explained to him, I was going to show my sister which edible to buy. My sister is a newbie on buying weed. He ask me if I was going to buy or not. That was my first time at a dispensary where they ask me that question. I wanted her to have a great first experience, sadly no. I was basically denied entry. I had to call my sister outside the store to let her know which one to get, unfortunately no associate helped my sister. While waiting to complete her purchase , I notice everyone who was in line behind me was allowed entry, but me. I will no longer be giving business to this company. They need to focus more on there customer services because there is always other dispensaries with the same products.
