I actually ordered shrimp egg foo young from here a couple years ago. I thought it was very yummy and now that I had it again I still feel it is spot on!! The gravy has this added umami that I can't explain it is the cherry on the whipped cream!! I also bought the hot and sour soup that really hit a home run!! The best $15 spent on food in a looooooong time!! Having to watch my cholesterol, fried foods are limited. I definitely want to try the eggroll next time and see if it is like my childhood eggroll memories from the Chicago area. I love to hit this place when I visit one of my sites that's in the same parking lot. I really like the egg drop soup and I always get extra wonton chips to throw in it. The orange chicken we pretty good. Not as sweet as say, panda, and I like that because it just tastes better. The people are matter of fact but always nice and I can order on line and either drive over or walk over. The dinning room is clean and the bathrooms are clean. If you're near Higley and Southern in Mesa, try them out! read more

Went here for Christmas dinner with friends. Pretty typical Chinese restaurant in the east valley. Food was tasty. The hot and sour soup was fantastic! I had the spicy beef with brown rice. I must agree with fellow yelper Aubrey S. here! Their fried rice is to die for! Their food is also so fantastic and I am so blessed to be walking distance from here! The service was very prompt and there was no issues with our order nor waiting for the order. I do have a small reservation with their dining room, however. They do need to tidy up their bar area and redecorate a bit. That's basically it other than that, fantastic job! Hope to stop by again soon! read more

We went there once and it was so good, we went back the next week. Everything we had was good. We asked the waiter if they ever put sliced green onions in the egg drop soup, and he brought us a little bowl of them. The egg rolls were good, but the crab Rangoon was better. They had less crust than most, but we preferred it that way. We ordered General Tso's Chicken (not spicy) and it was excellent. Everything we have had there is excellent, but the General Tso's Chicken and the Chicken with vegetables and almonds are our favorites so far. Our waiter did a great job. He doesn't even write down your order & got it right every-time for our path of 3. He was the only one running the front counter too and they had a lot of carry out orders while we were there. Unbeatable lunch special deal at 8.99, the Mongolian beef is a must order for me, and the staff is accommodating with minor adjustments, such as adding snow peas. We've driven by this place every week for the last year while getting our groceries at Sprouts, and I FINALLY gave it a try last weekend! I stopped in and ordered takeout, then grabbed my groceries while I waited. That was super convenient, and I'm sure I will do it more often in the future! Most of the food we ordered was excellent! My husband said the sweet and sour soup was awesome, which is his favorite, so that was promising! The crab Rangoon were delicious, and the two entrees we ordered had generous portions! We got black pepper chicken and chicken lo mein (the small sizes) and it was more than enough food. My husband's only complaint was that there wasn't much chicken in the black pepper sauce, it was mostly vegetables. That was a plus for me, but I understand that would be disappointing for someone expecting a large order of chicken. We also ordered fried dumplings, which were decent, but not great. They were very doughey and didn't have a ton of flavor. I think that's the only thing I wouldn't order again. Overall, the food was hot, fresh, and delicious! The prices are VERY reasonable too - I hate ordering $50 worth of takeout for only 2 people and feeling like we got barely any food. I asked for thick sauce and they told me they don't do that and then when I showed up in person, they told me they were all out and I should go somewhere else. Wow!
