Jin's BBQ was great! We got the pork aged in beeswax which I've never seen anywhere else before and the flavor was so unique and tasty! We also got beef bulgogi which was delicious as well. Every single one of the many sides they brought out was so good and they're free refills! I really enjoyed trying a little bit of all the different things. The waiters/waitresses were all very friendly and someone was always there to help cook the meat. The restaurant had a fun vibe with upbeat music and several drink options.

Jin is the real deal. As soon as we were seated, they quickly brought out the banchan which was plentiful and refilled as many times as we wanted. We ordered the Jin Combo 1 small, which is for 2-3 persons at $78. For those that think this place is expensive, it's actually a good value. There was plenty of food for the two of us, and we probably ate too much, so could have used a third person. The quality of the meats is definitely a step above AYCE Korean joints. Plus, you get a soup and steamed egg, so there's no shortage of food to leave you full and satisfied. The service was great and our waiter made sure everything was filled and often checked in with us. We will definitely be back.

Excellent food! I came here years ago and it was delicious but a bit on the pricier side. I came here again and I think the owners changed. The meat quality is the same - top notch and delicious. The brisket was probably the best in bbq I've had in the U.S. The banchan was all amazing and I love all the different options. The tomato basil was my favorite and the Japchae. I also love that they had three different types of sauces. We also got Terra and tried a sampler of their makkuli ice drink and it was amazinggggg. For the four of us, we spent about $150 total. I'd definitely come back again!

It's my favorite Korean bbq in Arizona! I came there twice and they are so good. You can tell the meat quality is there, although you need to grill them by yourself, but everything even the banchan (side dishes) and the steam egg, corn cheese, radish were so good. It's definitely on the pricer side, but it's a good spot for a group of friends/family to share and have more options to eat.

I went with a few coworkers and had a great time! We had their "Jin Combo B" and it was plenty for the three of us to split and take home some leftovers. The meats were all qute good, and their setup included refills on all the sides. The setup they have with the trays of kimchi egg and cheese corn in particular was a clever, albeit time-limited feature. Although we managed to beat the Friday evening rush, the servers were still very prompt despite the place filling up. I would definitely bring my friends back here!

I was a little worried about the price when I first sat down. Then they started bringing out all the appetizer dishes. There were so many. Between those and the salad, the steamed egg, and the stew, I was almost full before the meat even arrived. It was worth every penny. The staff were very friendly and attentive as well.

We stopped in for a late lunch at Jin BBQ before heading to the Innings Festival at Tempe Beach Park, and wow... easily the best lunch decision we made all day. Everything was so delicious! This is officially my new favorite Korean BBQ spot in Arizona. We live about 30 minutes away, but the food is absolutely worth the drive. The inside setup even reminded me of the Korean BBQ restaurants I grew up going to in California, which made the whole experience feel extra nostalgic. Service was good, the vibe was great, and every bite hit the spot. We'll definitely be back. Jin BBQ is a gem.

Best Korean BBQ in the entire state. I come here almost every other month because the meat quality is incredible and the sides are both delicious and unlimited. It's the classic style where you cook your own meat and pair it with all the sides for extra flavor. One of my absolute favorites is the marinated short rib. It's so tender and flavorful, especially with some radish and kimchi. I never liked kimchi much until I tried it here. Turns out I just wasn't eating good kimchi before, because theirs is easily some of the best I've ever had. Service is quick and efficient, and each table has a call button so your server comes right away whenever you need something. It's the perfect spot for a group of four to six to enjoy great food and good company!

Had such an amazing dinner here at Jin BBQ tonight with my family! The ambiance inside has a more lively feel with the new revamp and the K-pop playlist sets the mood for a night of eating! The new menu offers an array of different side dishes and meats that weren't there before! Coming from someone who is often indecisive, I LOVE that there are new combo options that help guide you through the various cuts of meat. The new small side dishes (banchan) that come with your meal when ordering is so delicious as well! I love how the staff is never shy with refills when asking for more!! Speaking of the staff here, they were all so attentive to small details and super friendly:) They were all quick to notice when our table needed water, sides, a grill change, etc... It feels as though the workers here take pride in what they do and what they serve! All in all, I will be back again sometime soon to bring in new friends to eat here! I have always loved the quality of meat here, the fun upbeat vibes, and the friendly staff members that create a cheerful ambiance.

Found Jin while visiting Mesa and they rocked. I'm a huge fan of Korean food, I've visited Seoul and Busan, but my husband fell in love while eating at Jin. He is wishing we had a "Jin" in our hometown in California. All the flavors were amazing and every side dish was delicious. We had ribeye to BBQ, spicy cold noodles, and kimchi fried rice. The servings were large and we had leftovers to enjoy for lunch the next day. The staff was attentive, service was quick, and they kept our side dishes full. Excellent experience, hands down 10/10 dining treat! Loved the vibe and they played all the fav KPop tunes! Fantastic ambiance with the wood and metal esthetic and concrete floors. Appreciated "Heaven" being clean and well stocked. Definitely a repeat restaurant when in Mesa!

Awesome korean bbq place! I have been there twice. Picked one of the prefix menus and there is enough food for at least 4 hungry humans. The service is good, and its not too noisy. The banchan is excellent and the meat cuts are great! The place is not super big but I believe they take reservations if you have a big group. My new go to kbbq place.

Any waiter that hears the bell comes to your table to assist. The response never took longer than 20 seconds most of the time. To start the appetizer tray at the beginning is an awesome touch that I'm not used to in other places I have tried. It kind of took the guess work out of ordering in my opinion so I only had to focus on what meat or dish I wanted since my sides were already selected and refillable for free through the course of the meal. We ordered the seafood sundubu, beef bulgogi, and sweat and spicy korean fried chicken wings. The portion size was very generous on the wings and on the crispier side which my wife prefers. The seafood sundubu was delicious and was pleasantly surprised to see a decent amount of tofu and seafood types in the dish. The beef bulgogi was also tasty and as I said before just scratched that korean food craving that we had. This has been added to our rotation of date night locations for us! I ordered the kalbi and cold noodles for $26.00, and both were absolutely delicious. I had gone a few days without meat, so it was especially satisfying. I also enjoyed the banchan, and I finished everything except the fish cakes, which are just not my favorite. Overall, I really appreciated the meal and the experience. I'll definitely be back soon to try the kimchi stew.

I really wanted something with their house made tofu in it, and the oyster soft tofu soup sounded just right for me. It was a bubbling hot concoction served with a bowl of mixed purple and white rice with bits of squash mixed in. The soup was so good! It had a good amount of oyster and the broth was spot on. The tofu was just the right consistency for the soup and tasted great. You can request your spice level and the medium was just right for me. The rice was also really good and well prepared. The banchan we had for lunch were kimchi, marinated cucumber, seaweed, fish cake, and pickled cabbage and beet. The restaurant itself is spacious and we had our pick of seats. Come to think of it, I've only been to a few Korean restaurants, two which served Korean corn dogs and the other I ordered a Japanese dish. As I was telling a friend about all this, she suggested we have lunch together at one, and I suggested this spot. I'd been in this complex before and this restaurant is stand alone on the NE corner of Dobson and Main in Mesa. Plenty of parking as we arrived at their opening hour of 11am. We chose a table towards the back and our server brought us water in a reusable bottle and steel cups, pretty cool. There is a QR code on the table to view the menu and a drawer on the end with napkins, spoons, and chopsticks. Never seen anything like that and thought it was clever. The Kpop music playing was a fun touch. I had perused the menu previously and liked that they had a separate vegetarian section. Although I am not vegetarian, I do like to eat it because it helps me avoid pork. I was in between their soup and bibimbap and decided to order the vegetarian tofu hot stone bibimbap ($16.50). Gotta try the tofu as it's in the name, and it's housemade which is neat. Our food did not take long to arrive and they were presented steaming and crackling, love that. My bowl was lovely and had tofu and veggies including sprouts, carrots, and bok choy. The rice on the bottom kept cooking so it became crunchy and delicious. The server brought us hot sauce (gochujang?) and I asked for soy sauce, since there was no sauce or flavor added to my bowl. I did like that it was fresh and healthy, and a good portion. I would've ordered the tofu bibimbap from the regular section since it comes with an egg on top, maybe next time. I was most excited about their banchan and trying the different small dishes. I did like that our server told us all the items in it were vegetarian except the fish cakes, that was helpful. Wondering why there was an empty space in the plate, though. I really enjoyed the fish cakes, the kimchi, and pickled cucumber as the latter two came in a tasty hot sauce. Not a big seaweed fan but it was fine, and the pickled beets/cabbage were on the sweet side but refreshing. We had a nice lunch here and this was a good introduction to Korean food! I'd be interested in trying more items in the future as the appetizers and soups looked appealing.

Ordering is fairly easy since they offer combos depending which meats you like more. Everything we ordered was good quality. My favorite meat cuts were the beef tongue, brisket and the intestines. If you're not into eating inside parts of animals, I would recommend getting the brisket or kalbi cuts. The Banchan (sides) were good too. They had fish cake, kimchi, pickled radish and cucumbers available. We also tried the tofu soup, steamed egg and corn cheese which all came out hot and tasted flavorful. This spot is a-la-carte, so you order off the menu and pay by items.
