KPOT is easily one of my favorite places to eat, especially because you can get Korean BBQ and hot pot all in one place. Why choose between grilling your food and boiling your food when you can do both? The servers are always attentive and speedy, which is especially appreciated when you're ordering enough food to feed a small village. The sauce bar is fantastic, and I love that the sides are available on the buffet, along with some fried goodies. And then there's the ice cream cooler. Because apparently after eating your weight in BBQ and hot pot, the correct next step is dessert. Great food, great variety, and a fun dining experience every time. Really impressed by the quality of meat and expansive menu at KPOT! I think this takes the cake for my all-time favorite AYCE KBBQ in the area. The dinner option is honestly such a steal for the amount of excellent food you can get. For $35/person, you can order unlimited marinated short rib, hanger steak, smoked garlic pork belly, beef tongue, and so many more great cuts. Lots of veggie options and some seafood are available too. All of it looked and tasted great! There's also a huge buffet bar that I haven't seen in other KBBQ spots before. There's plenty of fruit, fried items (including a crazy good fried coconut sago balls that I've never had before), and desserts like full Melona bars. This means grabbing the banchan yourself, but I enjoy this to load up on my favorite kimchi items instead of waiting ages for seconds. The space is huge and clean, and service is friendly and fast. I also love the option to add AYCE hot pot for $5, though one option is more than satisfying. Consumer beware: this establishment does not having working AC. Great food per usual, but my pregnant wife was not able to be in here for more than 30 minutes before thinking she would pass out. We hurried up, ate and cashed out within 40 minutes. It was so abnormally hot inside we asked our server about it, they let us know the AC has been out for a two weeks or so. He also clued us in that the owner does know of the situation, just does not want to pay for it. Just would like to save anyone else the headache of paying $100+ for two people and sweating through it. Kinda ridiculous to expect customers in a notoriously hot eating experience to do so without air conditioning...in Arizona? Won't be back, long time regulars but this seems a bit cheap and frankly negligent. It's been a while since I had Korean BBQ and KPOT did not disappoint, it was awesome! The freshness, quality, and variety of options and fantastic service were some major highlights. I hope they maintain these standards over time and this could definitely become our go to spot... I'm so glad we finally stopped in :) We had a group of 7 and this place doesn't accept reservations so we decided to try for dinner on the earlier end- 645pm. When we arrived on Friday evening the place was already packed. I saw people waiting along the seating area near the bar. I was worried it might be a while. When I first spoke to the ladies up front they said for 7 of us, we could wait for one of the large tables that seats up to 10 ppl and has 2 grill areas in the table however that could be up to a 45 minute wait.... We all had come a bit hangry hoping it wouldn't take too long. After letting them know that it was probably not going to work for us, they said we could also take a smaller group booth that typically seats 6, and only has 1 grill but had zero wait time. We took that option without hesitation! I appreciated that they offered a solution to us, to prevent changing our dinner plans due to potential long wait time. The smaller booth worked out just fine for us, we are all friends and not afraid to throw some bows to reach for the meats lol. Having 1 grill with that many people was not ideal, but getting to eat right away, that was 100% ideal. And eat we did! The table opted for the AYCE KBBQ (it has to be all, so make sure everyone in your group came to eat!). We ordered every meat option (except chicken just due to it being basic) on the menu, and found there were a few favorites among the group-- beef short rib, spicy beef bulgogi, spicy pork belly, and smoked garlic pork belly. We did a few rounds of those items. We also really enjoyed the garlic shrimp, KPOT steak, salmon, jumbo shrimp and oysters. The meats were all tender and flavorful. We also really liked having the whole garlic cloves, mushrooms, onions, and pineapple. On the buffet everyone liked the chicken wings, fried shrimp, and various sides & sauces. We did not add the hot pot option (which was only $5 more with Kbbq dinner price) and I'm so glad. Our table was consistently jammed packed and there would not have been space for anything else. 6 of us ordered drinks from the bar, and found the bar menu was good. The old-fashioned cocktails were surprisingly good and we had 2 small bottles of soju for the table- lychee and peach. Those were a nice treat throughout the meal. From the time we opened up the iPad and placed our first order, the 2-hour window began and initially we thought we would be finished well before then, but we kept ordering more items and they came out so rapidly that time flew! We used up our entire time window no problem and left there feeling full but not overly full! It was a deliciously fun time! Hi there, I've been to Kpot 20 times or more, and I've always had a great time there with my husband. However, our last four visits have been disappointing. The staff mentioned that the meat-slicing machine was broken, which resulted in the meat being cut extremely thick. For hot pot, the slices were far too thick--one slice could easily have been cut into three thinner ones.and some time took so long to get meats slices. That said, the service, soup, and grill have still been good as always. I kindly suggest either fixing the meat-slicing machine or providing additional training for staff on slicing the meat properly. First time here and we loved it!! Totally worth the drive for us who live 40 minutes away... We know people who have recommended it the place to us. I avoided this place because i'm loyal to PK but gave it a try and the competition is real. Lines were long but the hype makes sense. Rare to find snow crab and ribeye for that price. They had the usual faves like beef belly, brisket, ribeye, lamb, and a ton of random other things like tofu skin, an appetizer bar at the front, a dessert freezer filled with Melona bars. I was really disappointed with the way the manager treated us. We came with a group of more than 10 people and had two tables. The second table was going to arrive about 30 minutes later. We completely understood that we had a two-hour dining limit and were prepared to leave when our time was up. We weren't trying to take anyone's table or stay during a busy time. In fact, there were plenty of empty tables. After we finished eating, we simply wanted to sit together, talk, and hang out with our friends for a few more minutes while waiting for the other table. We even told the staff they could completely clear and clean our table--we just wanted to sit there and chat for a little while. Instead, the manager came over and told us that we had to leave within one minute. We were very surprised and disappointed by how unfriendly and unwelcoming the situation felt. We understand and respect restaurant policies, but there is a difference between enforcing a policy and making customers feel unwelcome. We had already spent money there and were not preventing anyone else from using the tables. A little kindness and understanding would have made a big difference. KPOT has quickly become one of my favorite AYCE spots. I love that I can enjoy both hot pot and Korean BBQ in one place, and the DIY dipping sauce bar is a huge plus. I love being able to customize my dipping sauces and sauce marinades. I'm usually not big on franchise Korean food, but this one fits the spot just perfectly. The quality of the meats was very good and noticeably fresh, which makes all the difference for an all-you-can-eat experience. The automated ordering system was interesting to me. It's basically an iPad where you can place your order at the table and it's very efficient. Efficiency is key, especially at a Korean Nall. You can eat restaurant because there's only a two hour limit for dining. For about $33.99 all-you-can-eat, it feels like a good value, especially for the amount of food and choice you get. We ordered the hot pot + Korean BBQ combo, which was about $5 extra and absolutely worth it for the variety. The menu is extensive, and two hours is more than enough time to try multiple items. Our server Danny was excellent his attitude and energy were our favorite part of the experience. He even created a custom sauce for us that was sweet and nutty, which both my daughter and I really enjoyed. We came during happy hour (12-5 PM), and the ambiance and service were great. That's why when faced with the choice of BBQ, hotpot, or both- I chose hotpot and promised BBQ I would return soon. My first experience at KPOT was flawless. Wide array of meats, veggies, and seafood in a convenient individual hotpot. The sauce & condiments bar seemed to go on forever. My second visit for BBQ revealed some quality issues. The Short Ribs were cut paper thin (to mask toughness?), Finger Ribs were sinewy, and Pork Cheeks were sliced too thick to be palatable. I did like the Prime Brisket, Bulgogi, and Smoke Garlic Pork Belly so it was hit/miss. Consistency is salient though. They could get better Short Rib & put a per person limit on it if it hurts their bottom line. What was consistent both times was their business operations. Food orders came out in minutes. Empty plates were constantly being cleared. Water refills and grill changes, psychically well-timed. Workers were moving every second like it's Christmas week at LAX (in a good way). KPOT currently has over 100 locations in 36 states, bringing KBBQ & hotpot to people who think they can multi-task. You can choose hotpot, kbbq, or both, but this review is based on the hotpot only. The meats were cut fairly thick and a bit chewy, which is a big negative for the older crowd with dental appliances. I cooked some of the meat on the rare side and that actually made it much more tender. So pro-tip, cook the meat very rare if you want tender (but probably not for the pork). The cool thing is you get an individual hot pot and you can change out the soup if you want. The sauces were also really good and they post some nice recipes to try for your dipping mix. Pro-tips: Don't be afraid to use some of the hot pot items on your grill or vice versa! Highlights: I was really impressed by the service, the quality and the variety offered at K-pop. Compared to other all you can eat hot pot and barbecue places, KPOT exceeds in having the ability to order via the iPad and self servicing sides. The food comes out in a reasonable amount of time so don't feel like you need to over order everything all at once. Some food highlights for me are the hanger steak, jumbo shrimp, high mushroom and vegetable variety, oysters, and fresh cut watermelon. Lowlights: The servers are good about dropping off food, but not collecting empty plates from the table - we kept having to ask people to take plates away. We also had to ask for grill changes - not a huge deal, but it would be nice if they knew to check tables periodically and replace them as needed. There's a four minute limit in between iPad orders which again not a big deal, but sometimes we'd put in an order and submit and then someone decides they want to add one item and you have to wait four minutes regardless of how many items you had just submitted. We got here around 8:15pm on Sunday evening and sat near the bar while we waited. Bartender was cool and even gave recommendations on what to order. We were seated around 8:40ish but were told we only had a limited time left to order. Our server was nice, went over how to order, and checked on us often. The place looks cool inside. There's a sauce bar where you can make your own sauce. They also have some banchan items, appetizers and desserts as well. We decided to do both hot pot and kbbq which is $36.99/person. Two of us chose Thai tom yum while the other two chose golden chicken broth. We all agreed that the broths were a bit bland and needed more flavor. My friends asked for another pot of the golden chicken and split that into their own pots. I liked that there are lots of sauce options. Veggies off the menu seemed fresh. Meat was ok. The hanger steak was tough and chewy. Wouldn't order that again. I liked the Kpot steak though. Also didn't like that we had a limited time left to eat. Felt a bit rushed. Portions from the menu are small so you have to order in multiples. Table space is limited so all those plates take up a lot of space. The cucumber side from the sauce bar was pretty salty. I was full so didn't get to try any dessert. Overall, we thought it was alright. Maybe it was because it was late and because we felt rushed. We may have to give it another try at an earlier time. Oh my word!!!! I've never been to a K pot place before and now I want to take everyone! Apparently, this place is different than most in their energetic atmosphere and walk through buffet. I love everything about it. We were given a tablet to order at our leisure but we're still checked on SEVERAL times. They changed our grill plate at least 5 times in the hour we were there, replacing it with a clean one. The buffet was simple which was actually really nice to not over do it. We came here on Father's Day and got there a little before 4:30 PM to beat the crowd. When you walk in, there's a bar area up front and two buffet-style stations for sauces and sides. We only waited about 5 minutes to be seated, not bad at all. The hostess was super friendly and asked if we wanted Korean BBQ, Hot Pot, or both. Of course, we went with both! She took us to a booth, and we noticed there's a grill guide on the table, which is super helpful. They also give you a menu so you can check out all the options for both the BBQ and hot pot. Absolutely Amazing Experience at K-Pot! The service was AMAZING from start to finish. Our server Kaizen H , trained us on how to grill the meats properly and how to use the hot pot, checked on us multiple times, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. He also explained both the lunch and dinner menus. We chose the dinner menu because I wanted the short ribs and steak--and WOW, it was 100% worth it. You do get all you can eat soup , grill and buffet and desert for two hours! I ordered one steak dinner, one order of short ribs, some spicy beef, my soup, and fried rice, and I was completely stuffed after just ONE round. Honestly, that one round alone was worth more than the $40 I paid. People around us were ordering multiple rounds and I was honestly jealous because I would have if I could--the portions are generous and the quality is top-tier. The meat was incredibly juicy with great cuts. The buffet bar was awesome too! The fried rice was delicious, and even the fried chicken was really good and I'm picky because not everyone can fry chicken and season well! Everything was hot, fresh, and well organized. The restaurant itself was clean and beautifully set up. We actually found K-Pot on TikTok and came the very next day. The video was made by an employee showing a sauce she created--my husband and I made it, and WOW. It took the meats and soups to a whole new level. We were seriously impressed. I can't believe this was our first time here--we've been missing out for YEARS. I don't usually remember server names, but our server Kaizen H deserves to be recognized. He is the perfect example of excellent customer service. If anyone deserves a raise, it's him. He truly made this experience unforgettable, and we will absolutely be back specifically for him. To top it all off, they serve cocktails by the pitcher AND towers, which makes it even more fun. The lighting and decor make the place feel super fancy and elegant. We're definitely coming back with our kids for a family day, and anytime family or friends fly in to visit, this will be one of our go-to spots. Highly recommend--10/10 experience! read more

The customer service was not too bad. They assume you know how to do things. There should be more guide for newer customers. Atmosphere was so loud. It felt more like a club-bar than a restaurant definitely not recommend this place for families with children. Food was ok not the best. Hopefully they can put the music with a low volume. They charge more if it's a holiday like yesterday for Mother's Day instead of a discount they charge you more. read more

KPOT may be my new go-to for KBBQ. The restaurant is quite spacious, but more accommodating to parties of 2-4. There are a handful of tables large enough to fit 6+, but you'll likely experience longer wait times during a weekend dinner rush since there are only so many. The service was excellent--our server was very nice and attentive. Despite their unique model for ordering food (which I love btw), I never felt like she forgot about us! Key takeaways: - you order everything besides drinks off of a tablet; 10 max per round - portions are smallish, but this is a plus in my book because it allows the chance to try a variety of meats without filling up too soon - fewer appetizer-type options compared to others in the valley Overall, the marinated meats were tasty and the quality was just as good. Their sauce bar is extensive, and they have signs advising on sauce combos, but there aren't measurements so it's difficult to know how much of each sauce to mix). They have a second bar with seafood options (for the hot pot), fruit, and some small desserts/appetizers (chicken wings, French fries, and chicken nuggets). The desserts were okay--the ice cream is the main star here (included with your meal). Omg I love this place! So far, the best AYCE kbbq and hotpot in the valley. This place is pretty spacious, and their "buffet" area has good selection of side dishes, sauce, and dessert and fruits. We got to try hotpot, but just for 5 more bucks, you can have both kbbq and hotpot! I personally like to eat either hotpot or kbbq at a time though :) There are variety of meat selection as well as seafood, including oyster and crab legs! And lots of veggies, sides, and noodles too. Not exaggerating, but I was pretty satisfied with the quality of meat, was so fresh and good. We had a lot of meat and sides, but full of good food, so it made us feel good even though we were so full! And they also have ice cream, so perfect full course meal :D Service was good as well, Vincent was so friendly, walked us through how it works and recommendations, 10/10!
