Stay away from this group if you don't want anything stolen from your house ! we had been using green team for a while and every time her team shows up late than the time promised and dont finish work on a timely manner and then just leave the house with half work done because they were so busy on the phone and smelling each perfume bottles as that with their so called BOSS GINA saying 'i will send another team tomorrow '. It happened several times for me causing such an inconvenience and while reporting to Gina about her staff's behaviors her answer is 'our house was too messy '...which explains so much about their professionalism and customer care but the cherry on top of the cake is last time her team stole 800-1000 $ worth of perfumes and I been trying to reach out and get an answer for their actions and it's been 5-6weeks or more with no response of actions taken about the heinious act Also GINA changes the rate (cost) based on what she wants so there is no fixed rates !BEWARE!!!!STAY AWAY !!!! I have been using the Green Team Cleaning services since 2018. They originally attracted me with their use of eco friendly products. This was important to me because I have kids and 2 dogs. I appreciate how they have grown with us from 3 different house. We never have trouble getting a hold of Gina to schedule and her team consistently shows up. They do a very good job. On the odd occasion (1 or 2x) that something was missed they actually sent some back out to fix it. I recommend Green Team Cleaning to anyone that asks me. read more

Work was not done as required and as agreed for the restaurant . I showed her what exactly need to be done and I paid her extra $50 above what she asked for. She never did what I asked for . Even I sent to her to come back to complete her work and she never reply back . Real very bad experiences. read more

I hired the Green Team to do a 'Move In' deep cleaning. I just bought new house and wanted it professionally cleaned before I moved in. I was extremely busy and didn't have time to wait around while they cleaned so I let them in the house and gave them a check and left. That was my mistake, if I had stayed I could have had them fix the things I wasn't happy with. They did an alright job. Yes the house looked a lot better after they left than it did before but they missed a lot of things that I thought they would have cleaned. For example, the shower in the master bathroom, didn't look like it was touched it at all. There was soap scum on the shower door and mildew/soap scum on the walls and shower floor. I spent about 30 minutes cleaning the shower myself before I used it when I moved in. Part of the 'Move In' clean was that they were supposed to wipe down the cabinet shelves and inside the drawers they did this on some, but not all drawers. They also didn't clean under the overhang of the kitchen cabinets. This one is a little nit picky but I would think by paying almost double for a deep clean these little nit picky things would have been done. Overall a fair job just not what I would call a really good deep clean. When I moved I left behind a great cleaning company that I had used for 6 years. I will have to continue to look for another great company for my monthly house cleanings. read more

I requested deep cleaning with this company. I walked Gina through with what was needed to be done and specifically said the baseboards need to be cleaned. There were a team of 4 ladies that came and started cleaning. They missed a lot of spots, there were noticeable cobwebs everywhere, and I felt like I had to follow them around. I am not sure what their definition of deep cleaning is when it was half done. Gina did try to send another team out but I just felt like my experience with the first team wasn't that great. Don't believe the list of services on the website cause they didn't do over half of it. I would never recommend this cleaning company to anyone. read more

I would never recommend this cleaning company We asked for deep cleaning They never came to see house before quote They left my 4 bedroom house with stained sinks in kitchen n bathrooms One of the toilets they sprayed cleaning solution never wiped clean I had to go over their work with bleach to brighten the tub shower n sinks Then Gina the manager said they don't use abrasive products or bleach Then they should have used an alternative Needless to say I stayed on my hands n knees for 45 min cleaning my shower and tub after they left with &280 My husband over paid because he could understand their heavy Spanish accent My mom is Cuban so I am not playing a race card It was suppose to be $215 But he thought she said $250 We he said it back they never corrected him They did not correct the mistake nor give a handwritten receipt to confirm it They sent the receipt to email Just a horrific ordeal Gina assured us that they could come back later to see what they do to fix the stained sinks I just didn't want to see them again to explain sinks should be sparkling not dingy n stained Cleaning class 101 I was out of money and exhausted since we just moved out Needless to say I sent pics to Gina and she never responded So if the basic sinks n tubs are left with stains I have to give them a one star For their little effort and purposely overcharging us Never again Lesson learned First pic is how they left it Then the second pic after I used bleach to clean it read more

Had them come for the first time today was supposed to do a "deep cleaning" for the first time (higher charge) and it was a very surface shoddy job. I was very disgusted. They didn't even vacuum into corners. Thresholds between rooms were visibly dirty. Television was not even dusted. They were supposed to change sheets they didn't.. I have a teenager son who left a towel on his desk chair in his room they didn't even pick it up.. I still had dog hair and dirt/debris on hard surface floors which were supposed to be vacuumed and mopped -they were not cleaned.. Overall I was DISGUSTED and do not want them back when I normally use a cleaning service weekly. I'll still be looking- they are no good. read more

Honestly my husband and I work and don't have time to clean a lot and we have two dogs and a cat that shed a scary amount. I'm leaving this review specifically because of the negative reviews left on this page. Here is my story: This was the first cleaning service I have hired since I moved to Frisco. My wife and I were impressed with the level of cleaning they performed for at least 6 months. I ended up cancelling with Gina because I had several appointments that were a combination of being missed or them being late. I hired Simply Maid Clean and they were nowhere near as thorough as Gina's team. I kept Simply Maid for a year and they did a good enough job. I kept them mostly because of how on time they were which is important to me with my schedule. They ended up raising their price and my cleanings got worse. I recently cancelled with them and called Gina to see if she was staffed up more to maybe hire them back. Gina assured me they were and they are doing my cleaning as I am writing this. They were on time like Gina promised and she even texted me 20 minutes before they arrived. Just watching these 4 ladies clean is a significant improvement from my last cleaning service. They are literally on their knees and moving small furniture aside to make sure everything is cleaned. And this is not even a deep cleaning!!! I am extremely happy that I have them back and I am willing to be even more flexible if they are running late from another cleaning. They are that good! We hired the Green Team to clean our house on an important week when we were going to have many guests over. Simply put, we will NEVER be calling them back. As they were wrapping up, we found that they had missed simple tasks like vacuuming rugs and polishing the sinks, and when we asked them to do these things, they had the biggest attitude. This was the most unprofessional team of workers I have ever come across. They scoffed and passed judgement when we would talk to them. Wish I had read reviews on Yelp and not just Angie's List! I had a very similar (negative) experience to some of the people that left reviews. This was the worst cleaning service I have EVER had. The only one thing I will say they were good at was being on time and reliability. But their cleaning. I am still angry when I think about it. Gina was very personable, and was timely and responsive. She told my husband we most likely needed two crews to clean our home after some extensive renovation. We had a different cleaning lady already come the week before to help us with three really bad rooms that had a huge amount of dust, so by the time they came, they didn't need to do much with those rooms. This was supposed to be a deep clean. They cut so many corners, and rushed through everything. There was no attention to detail or any thoroughness. It was so disappointing. I had a HUGE list of very basic things that they missed. This included, an inch of dust that wasn't even wiped down on the bathroom vanity backsplash, base boards that didn't even look like they had been touched, a ledge in the bathroom shower that was never wiped down, a changing table and dresser in the baby's room (which were not at all heavy) was never moved to get the dust bunnies underneath, visible dirt in the corners of the hallway, visible dirt and dust bunnies in the laundry room to the side of the washer, shoes that they never moved under a shoe rack and left all the dirt sitting there, and even a small kitchen rug that they never bothered to pick up and clean underneath. It was appalling. In my master bathroom, you could see where they only mopped around things that were on the floor and there was still white residue on the floor. In my bedroom, they didn't move a single piece of furniture (even a chair) to vacuum underneath. I told them I had severe allergies and asthma and they literally just did not care. Like basically I felt like they just rolled their eyes at me. Also, there were fingerprints from my kids on the inside of our patio door window in the kitchen, which they never even used glass cleaner to clean! UNREAL! And the ceiling fans they said they would clean, well we need to ask them AGAIN to do it... and then they still skipped the ceiling fans in some rooms. So they came back the next day to finish the things they didn't get to, and I pointed everything out. They seemed annoyed, rather than apologetic. I was surprised Gina never followed up to ask how everything was. She just asked for her money. Even though it seemed like it was not a bad price when they quoted me, it was NOT even worth the money I paid. This was not a DEEP clean, much less even a SURFACE clean! There are plenty of other quality services out there, but this is definitely not one of them! read more

I hired green team cleaning and had them for a few months they did a ok job there was always spots they didn't clean like moving my trash can things of that sort. I trusted them to be alone in my house and had them come at times I could not be home. I noticed I had missing kitchen wear. I just bought a few dip bowl that were nice. They seemed to think I wouldn't notice my new bowls being gone after they came. I didn't not have them come back out. I wouldn't recommend them to clean your home. read more
