I recently moved from the Bay Area and was in need of a storage unit. Sabrina was very friendly and helpful with the entire process over the phone and in person while showing me the unit. The place is very clean and seems well maintained (I noticed staff rectifying the air conditioning unit) which speaks volumes they care about the facility. First floor units are a huge plus! Daryl was also very kind to offer water, dolly, and a flat head screwdriver I needed. Jordan, the security dog is a joy to see on site and happily takes his job seriously. I have had a storage unit with GV Storage (on Ken Ct.) for 3 years and visit regularly. I can't begin to tell you how amazing and friendly Sabrina and Daryl have been. The customer service they provide is superb. Always willing to help me out whether it's taking my payment over the phone or in person, letting me borrow a broom, using the bathroom and even offering me some cold water during the hot months. I am very sad to leave this review honestly. I have even written a police report regarding this, my boyfriend works with a junk company and was clearing out someone's storage here, they gave him the wrong gate code and him and his partner couldn't leave, so one went to get the front desk person / owner, he had to go through the fence because the gate code was wrong, he had no choice to even get out of there? The guy working threatened him saying people get shot etc. and started berating him. He literally threatened him saying he'd get shot, when they just wanted to take their truck load out of the facility... I don't know if it is because my boyfriend is Hispanic but either way, despicable . Will be tracking down the names of these people. read more

The unit was easily accessible, the facility is in a great location, and the managers Sabrina and Darryl are very friendly. On top of that, the rates are great and you can use your own lock. I rented an inside unit which was very clean and easy to access for over a year. Sabrina was always very helpful with the monthly rental problems I created and helping with the gate code I always forgot to be able to use. No stars. Storage facility has wild mice droppings in more than one units on their property. The mice shredded a clothing container in one unit. The manager acted liked it was a common occurrence. If you value your property rent elsewhere. read more

I highly recommend this storage facility! The manager Sabrina has gone above and beyond to help me! She works with me and stays in contact with me. When i had a family emergency Sabrina worked miracles to make sure I did not lose my things in storage since I was not able to work. She does her job well and returns phone calls quickly. It was awesome that she has helped me after hrs even though she was not in the office late at night. I will stay with Green Valley storage (blue diamond location) because of the spectacular customer service Sabrina has provided. Plus their units are very nice and reasonably priced. If there were 10 stars I'd click all ten. These people are the most amazing storage unit managers you could ever hope for. I have had a storage unit with them for almost two years and I was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor less than a year ago. I have had all kinds of problems staying on top of making my payments on time and they have ALWAYS been INCREDIBLY Understanding. Aside from I have been liquidate everything in my unit and they've been a huge help because I've been coming in and out of the unit daily with different people and they've done nothing but help. They have been there to meet people for me, cut locks and use their own and they have even helped me manage the payments because my health care bills have been out of control. They are the nicest people you've ever met and if you have any issues or problems with these people, it is 100% because of you, not them. If it wasn't for them I can't even imagine what my situation would be like. I owe them way more than just my monthly dues and I wish I could think of a way to repay them. I never post reviews on Yelp because people need to earn that and I made sure I set aside a half of my time today just to write this review. My financial situation would be just shy of in total ruin if it wasn't for the assistance they provided to me. If you're on the fence at all, this is the best storage unit facility you could ever hope to have, regardless of location, availability and pricing. You should consider yourself lucky just to have a unit at this green valley storage location. Sabrina and Darrell, thank you so much for everything, you will always be in my wife and I's thoughts and prayers. read more
