She responded that she "doesn't work for U-Haul," had other customers, and would not provide any discount--without even offering an apology for the inconvenience. This was especially disappointing considering I've been a customer here for the past six months. While I was in the office, she was also openly discussing issues about people living, cooking, and defecating on the property, which was very unprofessional. This place is very clean and has that "new Extra Space Storage" smell to it. I first got a larger unit (12X12) in October of 2025 and then downsized to a (6X12) unit again in January. I did enjoy having the code and being able to see every time I visited the unit with the date and time stamps. The facility was very clean and well taken care of. The only thing I wasn't a big fan of was a $10 increase AFTER I had downsized to a smaller unit. I went from $54 to $64 for the 6X12 unit. The staff were always friendly and helpful with every interaction. The guy who signed me up was awesome and I feel terrible that I forgot his name because he was very helpful. I would absolutely consider this a positive experience for the 9 months I was with them. If the situation ever arose again, I would absolutely use Extra Space Storage again. 4 solid stars.
