Here it goes... My extra car with 185k on it generally sits in the driveway. I have to warm it up every know and then. Like a dumbass I shut the door while the engine was running. Somehow the doors auto locked. I was screwed. I scrambled for about 20 min trying to figure out how I'm going to get to the key and turn off the car. Slim Jim? Nope. Pry bar? Nope. Unhook battery? Super fast responder and efficient! I had an appointment between 4-6pm and he sent me a message to let me know he'll be coming around 4.30pm. He confirmed before coming which was nice of him to do. He came about 30 mins after I messaged him back and had a look at everything we needed to do. He was honest and upfront with all my questions. I was supposed to rekey some of my locks but he explained to me that it already comes with a set of keys and that only a few people in the world (possibly) have the same one. He saved me a good amount of money! My neighbor also wanted to rekey some of his keys and he agreed to it! We didn't even have to make another appointment and he split the service fee into half - so half for me and half for my neighbor. He did my house in about 45 minutes or even shorter. I honestly thought it was only 20 mins or less. He let me know that he was done and then he went ahead and did my neighbors locks. After finishing everything, he went ahead and sat down with me to let me know how much each house was and I paid them separately. I also used the deal he had on Yelp which was awesome! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the price. I just think the amount he charged us was pretty high but then again he did a great job and was pretty efficient too.
