I have had multiple cases where Greenleaf has indicated they performed service at my home (Exterior Pest Control) and my home cameras show the technical walking around doing nothing. This company should be on a do not do business with list. Last service was today and apparently they sprayed my neighbor's yard and left. How do you get an address wrong? It is clearly displayed on my home. It is frustrating to have to call the company to tell them the work was not completed. Waste of my time. I do not recommend this company for any type of. service. Will be looking for another provider that respects my time and gets the service complete without issue. read more

Don't use this company I hired them and paid them 1400 for bed bug service that is supposed to have a 90 day guarantee they refuse to come out and redo even though we are ate up with bug bites. I would give zero stars but that isn't an option. I used this company for weed spraying. Whatever they used on my desert scape did not at all take care of the weeds. I called them to discuss and they sent the same person out to evaluate. This person did not retreat at all. He said it was fine. It was very much not fine with bright green weeds that earned me my first HOA warning violation the following week. I called them to let them know and also made an online message to the company. Do not use this company for weed control. Their customer service people are basic knowledge people who are trained to tell you to pay up no matter what and the manager tried to take it personal when I was just telling her whatever product they used did not work for my yard. I had to hire another person who did a great job and the yard looked fantastic. Beware of this company and their practices. Not all situations are text book Greenleaf. read more

Started out well. Automatically saw a difference in bugs out side but the dissipated as we moved through the contract. Seems they were only spraying the ground which doesn't really help. Not happy about with the service at the moment and wondering what I am paying for since I do not see a difference in bugs after treatment. Update: I sent an email to the company and I immediately got a response to address my concerns and rectify the problems. A fix is in the works. Thank you! read more

I actually dropped a good pest service to sign up with green leaf because they came to my home and said all these things they do on every service and would be cheaper and had such a high reviews... I was suckered into signing a 1 year contract for a better deal (my fault I know) but after their first visit I already wanted to cancel so I called and they said it was a $250 buy out cost wtf! I'm not happy with the company or service. I have seen twice as many yard bugs since they started their service. My garage never had bugs till they sprayed in there on their first visit. Not happy with mid-representation of billing. When associate came to sell me services, was told $50 per month. $50 x 12 = $600. Billed first month and then second month billed again. Upon reading payment schedule, I'll be paying $700 for the year. Was not explained correctly and upon threat of cancellation, told I'd be charged a $250 fee. Will honor contract for year, but will cancel after that as we feel this company is stealing $100 from us. read more

I have had Greenleaf service for about 2 years. They take care of pest issues and weed abatement. They have been great. Their service people are very polite, friendly and respectful of your time and privacy. Their weed service has been great. They come out to do a spraying for pre-emergent weeds to keep them from sprouting. It is impossible to get them all, so if weeds ever do show up, I just give them a call, and they send someone out for a follow up service. Same thing with pests. They service the perimeter of the house and the garage, and if needed, will come inside to spray there, too. As with the weeds, if you notice any ants, bugs or other pests between services, a simple phone call will get them right back out to take care of the little buggers. I would highly recommend their service. read more

We signed up for there one year contract and we hadn't done that.they have no public relations skills and are very rude..they came and sprayed our back patio, they sprayed so much chemicals that we had to wash down the patio because we was afraid it will our pets..they don't care there service or your pets all they care about is your money...sad.. read more

Decided to change from Terminix to Green Leaf because Terminix bills seemed to increase after every spray. Salesman shows up at our door & offers a superior service for a more sensible price. In the last 4 months since changing over to Green Leaf we've seen more bugs in our house than in the last 3-4 years with Terminix; there's nothing to attract bugs into our house which is always clean (kids have grown up & left... lol) and there haven't been any recent rains to drive bugs indoors. Spouse called called Green Leaf and left voicemail; they called next day & were reluctant to give us the extra spray we'd requested because our next scheduled one was with in two weeks. Called back two further times that week & left a stern voicemail expressing dissatisfaction - still no call back. We'll be cancelling our service with Green Leaf & finding another service read more

I have had Green leaf pest control for a few months after a nice salesman came to my door and switched me from my previous provider of 5 years. Since then I have had more bugs than I have ever had despite their raving of a superior service. I also had the inside treated to try and combat the bugs that were getting in and I got a splitting headache within 20 minutes of the application. I called their office and found that the product that was used is Demand CS and the MSDS cautions state that this product can cause headaches, numbness, itching, nausea and can effect the central nervous system. I have a 4 year old, a 2 year old and a 5 week old and I am not about to put them in danger just to have the treatments not work. I asked to stop services due to these concerns and they were not willing to accommodate these very real dangers and instead said that I can pay the $250 cancellation fee in order to stop services. Do not use this company if you value your safety or the safety of any children, pets or elderly people that are going to step foot in your house. read more

I didn't have much luck with Greenleaf for scorpions. Had to have them spray multiple times because I kept seeing them. To be fair I live near a mountainous area and they are active here. When I tried to cancel my contract it was binding and they told me I would pay a penalty fee. The customer service agent was nice but your policy is awful and I was stuck with a year service. Read the fine print if you decide to go with this company and be prepared to shell out some $$$$. read more

They came back the next day while I was at work, and had the audacity to comment on the fact we didn't answer the day before. I find this to be extremely invasive and rude. I wanted to give this company some credit - yesterday they did the door to door spiel at me and because I happened to have a pantry crawling with ants at the moment I decided it was fate and agreed to let them come out the next day. The salesman said it would be free if I signed a year contract but if I changed my mind then the one time would be $30. So then I came to Yelp and freaked out. This morning, they arrived exactly halfway through the window they promised. The guy said "I'm here to spray you" which I thought was a weird thing to say, but ok. Then he said "you already went over all the paperwork and contract and stuff right?" At which point I decided to go with my gut instinct and say that I was skeptical due to yelp and just want to do the one time today and see how it goes. He goes back to his truck to call "Beth" and then comes back and says they can do a one time but it will be $130. I told him that I changed my mind and he said "I totally get it and honestly I don't blame you." I immediately called their office and asked for Beth because he couldn't give me any paperwork to indicate I requested to cancel. I didn't get to talk to her but the person on the phone was very understanding and polite and kind which I was not expecting. She said she would refund me the $1 they have charged and send me a cancellation email. I got the email shortly after talking to her. So. I think Greenleaf is trying to do right or at least better than they've done in the past. But I'm not willing to take the risk. I appreciated that they understood that and were respectful. I wish them luck, they seemed like decent people overall but their track record is going to be tough to escape. read more
