At first, I purchased an item that had a delivery date of about a month out. This initially worked based on the progress of my house renovation. However, it kept on getting delayed week by week until it was at least a month delayed. I then switched to a nearly identical offering from the same distributor at the same price and received the flooring within days. I wish I had done this earlier instead of waiting!

But the biggest reason I wanted to give them 5 stars is the way they handled an issue with my roof install. When they first came out to install the roof they had just started working with a new roofing supplier that makes the panels on-site. The panel company didn't do a great job, and left the roofing crew with defective, slightly curved panels, which we didn't catch until the roof was 2/3 installed. Once it became obvious that there was an issue, the crew tried a bunch of different things to try to get them to look good, but ultimately had to pull those panels and go back to their previous supplier. Nobody could have expected that the first set of panels would come out the way they did, and I definitely don't blame them. They were as surprised as I was. But Crandall Roofing handled the situation exceptionally well. From the beginning they made sure that I knew their priority was to get the roof done right. They never tried to pull anything over on me, and I know they lost a lot of money on my job. And when I brought that up they told me that wasn't something I should be concerned with, and that their main concern was getting the roof done right. Everyone wants a job to go perfectly from the start. But this is life and sometimes you get a curveball, like a batch of bad metal. But the best companies are the ones who make sure it ends up perfect no matter what. And that's what these guys did. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely call them back when we decide to out in an ADU.

I recently took home 4 samples, yes they allow that, and encourage it as well; you want to get a good idea of how the floor will look in your own space. Chalk it up to the multiple choices, finishes or manufactures, I just brought home 3 more to sample. My indecision however is being guided by a very familiar staff who know there flooring. I have been greeted and helped by Hernan, Jessie and Jeff. I know with their guidance I will make the best choice soon!
