As our tank was last cleaned in 2013 it might have been due for some cleaning. We called Brownies and spoke with Eva who took our info and set up a appt for Thursday. We were greeted by Nate who was very punctual, friendly and informative. He is reliable will give you the best advice on your septic tank. I would definitely recommend Nate to anyone who has to get their tank cleaned. Our tank wasn't too bad off and now we have piece of mind on our tank. Definitely recommend Nate from Brownies!!!!!!!! I have read other reviews for this company and I am Telling you, they do a great job. They are affordable and convenient and reliable. I literally just used them for services.

I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your septic and plumbing needs. Customer Service & Communication: Trying to reach anyone locally is nearly impossible. Every phone number provided, including local ones, routes back to a centralized main call center. When I requested to speak with the local office directly, I was informed that local office numbers are not provided to customers. Furthermore, scheduling was highly unreliable. My installation was delayed multiple times due to jobs running long and equipment failure. I was never proactively notified about these delays; I had to call them each time to find out why crew members hadn't shown up. Installation Quality: The physical installation required a nitrogen-reducing tank with an electric pump. The initial placement left exposed PVC pipe and plastic tubing completely vulnerable to lawn equipment. To their credit, they did correct this once I pointed it out, but it required my oversight to ensure it was done safely. Billing and Grant Management Issues: This project qualified for an Orange County grant to offset the cost of the advanced system. From day one, I provided the necessary paperwork for them to file directly with the county. Despite this, I began receiving automated bills for the full amount before the job was even completed (while there was still a hole in my yard and before the final county inspection). After paying my agreed-upon portion, I continued to receive invoices for the balance that was supposed to be covered by the grant. I was repeatedly told by customer service that this was just an "automated process" and to ignore it. However, months later, the company has still not completed the administrative requirements to secure the funds from the county, and they have now initiated collections actions against me for the remaining balance. I have provided this company with every single document requested of me. Even their own collections team admitted that the grant payment process does not normally take this long. Save yourself the immense aggravation and find a company with a more reliable, organized back office.

They need better project management!…read more I had my septic inspected in mid-February, and it was determined that it needed to be replaced. A week later, someone came out to take a soil sample for testing, and I was told that a permit application would be submitted to the Health Department that same week. After two weeks of not hearing back (now into March), I reached out and was told everything was fine and that the application had been submitted. I followed up by text for the next two weeks and was repeatedly told the application was still being processed. When I finally called the Health Department, I was informed that no application had ever been received. Despite this, the company insisted it was in the permitting phase and even claimed they would call to try to expedite the process. A week later, when I checked with the Health Department again, I learned the application had just been received. In other words, they lied to me about submitting it and gaslit me throughout the process. By the time the project was completed, it was already April. When I asked for a discount because of the delays and dishonesty, their response was that the "paperwork issue wasn't [their] fault." I also spoke to the owner of a house two blocks down that was using this same company to replace their septic and they were having issues with communication as well. Highly disappointed with the process and the company

I called at 2 in the afternoon. I will spare you the gory details , but 10 days and $14,000 later, the had torn up my dry wall in 2 room, cabinets and baseboards, ruined my countertops which all now need to be replaced and-NEVER CLEANED KITCHEN CLEANOUT, NOR LOOKED FOR LEAK! I hired a plumber after they left, who found the leak in 10 minutes, and had it repaired to minutes after that. Best part? Adjuster came, saw the small-still existing leak, and all the damage done by Roto-Rooter, denied the claim. They claimed I needed water remediation, mold remediation, Lead testing, asbestos testing, and although no lead or asbestos was found, charged for remediation of those, too. The mold found was tiny, they apparently have connections with the testing companies, they double charged for some things. They charged extra for nights and weekends, although there was no emergency. They saw me coming, I guess, and I trusted this known name. They business is model is deceptive, there charges were fraudulent, and although I probably could have won a lawsuit (on the billables alone, there are alit of shady, if not illegal things. But they wore me out. I paid it. But YOU DON'T HAVE TO. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY REASON. (I very rarely leave bad reviews. But they were so egregiously bad that I wanted to warn as many people as possible. i would like to amend this review to make it worse, because not only did they do all of this, but today I just found out that despite paying them in full, which I only did, because my mental health was suffering, they still filed a lien against my property. A full five days after I paid in full. In the comments below is pretty funny that they couldn't find me in their records since I have about twenty letters from them. But I will be contacting her in person. Of course. When you do try to call them, they don't ever answer.Unless you owe them money it will be interesting to see if this woman ever gets back to me.
