The reports themselves are very thorough. In the first inspection he did for me, the house had so many issues that weren't apparent to the naked eye. Following his inspection I decided not to purchase the home. The second inspection he did for me was just as thorough and resulted in me buying my current home. Recently, he did another inspection for me and it was just as thorough and meticulous as the first two. I believe I will be buying this second property based upon his recommendation. In 2019 it is rare to find a company who has genuine concern for customers, but I can say Thomas Green is one such vendor. First of all, I confess my gifts do not fall within the realm of home repair, landscaping, etc. My wife and I share with others that many times we feel we kill silk plants, let alone live plants! I am becoming aware there are many who have the same issues, who rely on Yelp and reviews to contact the right company for the job. This weekend a neighbor brought to my attention we had cracks appearing in our driveway as a result of a tree whose roots were out of control. My neighbor mentioned these roots could do damage to our foundation. I knew it was time to go to YELP. I sent inquiries for tree removal as well as foundation repair. We are in the process of choosing the tree removal company. We received responses from several Property Inspection companies, one being Green's Property Inspections. Thomas inspected my first home purchase last week. He was very thorough, professional, and answered all the questions I had. He was able to discover a tripped outlet in the home which could pose a fire risk, as well as missing CO detectors, non-functional electric stove, and a missing sink stopper which he explained poses potential drainage problems.
