Hoss is one of the best professionals I have been lucky enough to run into. When we were purchasing our home, we needed an inspection and looked to Yelp. He has been incredible during the entire process. The report is very thorough and he completed it in less than a day. Some things he brought up in the report are laid out so clearly, we can easily forward it to the Sellers and have them rectify them before the home transfers hands. If you are building a new home, you should definitely consider asking Hoss to inspect your home. He has full of knowledge in home building process, which will help you to navigate the process with peace of mind. He is professional, friendly, and detailed-oriented. He will provide a thorough report that you can use to work with the builder (make sure to double check this with the builder as some of them will not be flexible). As a first home buyer, my wife and I did not have a full understanding of what to look for when we were inspecting homes with the builder. Many inspectors did not provide pre-drywall walkthrough, but Hoss offered the service! We asked Hoss to first complete the pre-drywall and he helped us with finding some issues that got addressed by the builder before they put up the drywall. As we get closer to the closing, we also asked Hoss to come back for the final inspection. He promptly came to our home to inspect and sent us the report within the day. Recently, I needed a home inspector asap. Like yesterday. I called 3 home inspectors on Yelp, but the first response I got came in 5 minutes later from someone I didn't intend to contact. Not too many service providers deserve a straight-out 5-star rating, but Hoss does! This is my third home purchase. The first two used whatever inspection company the realtor recommended. Bad idea. They didn't take the time to explain any of it or thoroughly poke in areas that should be poked. Since I renovate myself, I kept findings things they didn't. I got fat binders of nothing.
