Outstanding service. They were able to come out the same day. I was worried since it was the week of Thanksgiving. I had called them since my oven and dishwasher had stopped working and I was in a panic. When the gentleman came over they both had face masks on and asked if they needed to take their shoes off. Although they were unable to fix my oven due to a center panel part needing to be repaired which would cost more then getting a new oven, as well as my dishwasher same thing the memory board was shot and since the dishwasher was foreign it would take several weeks to get the part. Both men were very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly. I am definitely keeping their number for future repairs. Definitely recommend them. read more

Ordered parts and required me to pay for half of the job upfront at $250 and stung me along for two months as they called it supply chain delays. Now the phone number is disconnected. Greenstate did a repair on our dryer a while ago. We've had more problems with it and called them to help. They said they'd be back with the part the following week. That got pushed, then pushed again, and now it's two weeks later and we can't get a straight answer on whether they have the part or when they're coming, when they even reply to calls or texts. Even if I give them the benefit of the doubt that the original repair was fine and the subsequent issues weren't their fault, this kind of unresponsiveness is totally unprofessional. We should have just switched to another technician instead of waiting endlessly for them. read more

Greenstate appliance repair came to fix my refrigerator defrost problem. Apparently they only have a 90 day warranty - which was not clearly communicated. Regardless, refrigerator defrost problems sometimes takes multiple months (as ice slowly builds up) and it is impossible to know instantly if the root problem has been resolved. At 5 months time, the issue started reoccurring and they refused to honor any warranty (labor or part) even though the root cause may not have been fixed at all from the beginning. I would stay clear of them. read more

Scheduling: clarified how they charge and got 180 fixed for labor and parts (if needing replacement). Appointment. Technician showed up on time, turned on, open the door of the dishwasher and without using a tool diagnosed to be pump failure "visually". Quick search online says could be 4 different reasons. Total 5 minutes spent at the house. Follow up: 195 labor plus 10 "fee" and 202 plus tax for parts. Confirmed the part # and google it shows retail $50. Called to discuss: 1) our technician is experienced you should trust him; 2) dispatcher who quoted $180 for labor gave you "estimate"; 3) icing on the cake, we have no influence on our vendor pricing. This company gave me a window of time they would be here 9-11, I waited all day and then received a call at 11:06 that the technician would not be able to come. They rescheduled for the next day (today) with the same window of time and today I received a call at 11:14 saying they cannot come. I understand one time having to reschedule, but twice?? And having me wait all day at home before letting me know? I can't in good conscious reschedule with a company like this. They cannot be trusted to be professional with scheduling, so why should I trust them to repair my appliance? read more

I've been using Greenstate for almost a year now. First when Max fixed my refrigerator and then just recently my oven. They've shown up everytime on time and fixed whatever issues I've had with my appliances. I'm trying to extend my old appliances until we are able to do a kitchen remodel and it's nice to have found someone who can do that at a very reasonable price. Call them to do a service on my dishwasher. Beyond initial service fee, I was charged nothing after the technician found out that my door was warped and could not be resealed. He spent a good amount of time On it before coming to this conclusion. I strongly recommend this business for appliance repair. read more

Greenstate came out to fix my tenant's dryer because the heat wasn't working. The technician stated that a fuse needed to be replaced and he replaced the fuse. He then showed that his heat gun reported that the heat was now working. My tenant came back a few hours later and put a load of laundry in the dryer, but the heat didn't work. I immediately called Greenstate and let them know. The person I contacted stated that they would get back to me ASAP, but I still haven't heard back from them after following up multiple times for over a week. The least they could have done is let me know that they can't fix the problem, so I could contact another company or buy a new dryer for my tenant. read more

Excellent service and responsive when contacted. The tech Max was friendly and knowledgeable. Max fixed one malfunctioning ignitor on my Viking range. Knocking one star off for pricing ($280) and a 1.5 week wait for a part that I was told on my first visit would be delivered overnight. I would use again in a pinch but pricing seemed very high for less than 20 minutes of actual work. read more

Very poor service, out twice to fix the microwave, ended up taking it for repair. Three weeks went by, still need another part. No calls, no updates, except to schedule twice for return. No show, and apparently it wasn't even finished with repair! I am still waiting, more then 5 weeks for a microwave repair. Apologetic, but results are far from acceptable. We needed our dryer repaired. They have a 2-3 hour window for their appointments of arrival. The initial appointment went as planned and the worker stated they needed to order a part and would return the following day. My dryer was taken apart and not put back together since he was coming back the next day.They set up their 2-3 hour appointment window for the following day (Between 2-5pm). They then called at 4:45 the next day and said they wouldn't be coming because the part hadn't arrived. I asked why they didn't call before I waited for three hours and was told that the technician hadn't informed the person who manages the call till just then. They then did the same thing for the next two days (waited till the end of my appointment time then called me) I then asked that my dryer be put back together (because it ran before they took it apart it was just noisy) and they said they wouldn't until they had the part. On the fourth day when again I waited for the technician and they called at the end of the timeframe I requested a refund And to speak to a manager. Only a partial refund was given, my dryer was never put back together and a manager never returned my call. I would strongly suggest this company not be used. read more
