The technician arrived quickly at the exact time he said he'd be here. He's very nice and diagnosed the issue quickly and although they don't make the parts for our old dryer any longer he had good recommendations. We'll be using them again for service in the future. read more

I really appreciate the visit fron Alex. He was upfront about the price of the visit and told me the things I need to do to keep my appliance running and where *not* to spend money and how to workaround a potential board problem with my fridge before I really have to replace it. He was upfront about the type of defects he sees in each brand too which was helpful. read more

I would not recommend this company. I would give zero stars if possible. They are only responsive until they get your money. The technician damaged my refrigerator when he pulled it out to check for the source of a leak. Dent on the front door that he acknowledged he did and said to call the office. I did so immediately and no one called me back. Then within 5 days I saw water again on the floor after the 'repair'. I have now been calling daily and texting for nearly 2 weeks and no one has contacted me. This company does not stand behind their work and I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more

On two separate occasions in the last 1 month, we've had a dryer issue. With 3 young kids, we're running our dryer constantly and having it go down for even a day causes issues. I highly recommend Same Day Appliance Repair. Our refrigerator failed the day before Thanksgiving and we called this company. They said a technician would arrive between 1 and 3 pm. We removed the drawers and racks for a thorough cleaning. Alex the technician was running a little behind and arrived about ten minutes late, but the company sent texts to keep us apprised of the arrival time. When Alex arrived, he went to work running tests and diagnosed the issue as a bad compressor. After discussing options and costs with us, he said he would come back with another technician on Friday to replace it. Before he left, he replaced all the drawers and racks we had removed and pushed the refrigerator back in place. When he returned, he and the other technician worked for about an hour and a half replacing and testing the compressor. When he was finished, Alex explained how long it might take for the temperature to stabilize and made sure we knew what to expect. Friendly, courteous, and professional. read more

Due to the fact that the floor was soaked and would need remediation, he was able to move the unit to our porch. He then took the time to diagnose another refrigerator with a plugged drain line and was able to get that cleared out. I loved the clean efficiency of the interactions with them in terms of scheduling and confirming the appointment. The technician Tony reached well within the appointment window. He was professional, knowledgable, patient and kind. He diagnosed the issue, explained the issue clearly, and gave solid guidance on repair costs, helped us make a well informed buy-versus-repair decision (we decided to buy). He was honest, transparent, and trustworthy and didn't try to push us towards repair unnecessarily. He was upfront that it would be expensive, and probably not worth it. He even went the extra mile to take a look at the dryer to see if it was time to do a maintenance service, and then said we could wait a bit and gave some pointers on how to keep the dryer vent clean.
