Teak was friendly, efficient, and professional. My Frigidaire washing machine stopped shaking up my clothes, so I checked out Yelp and landed on Teak's uncle (Mark Wiseman) who has great reviews. Mark told me he doesn't service the Belltown area but his nephew Teak does. So I called Teak and left him a message. Thirty minutes later Teak called me back and we scheduled him to come in two days later in a two hour window. Teak kept me updated, confirmed the appointment, and came in almost exactly on time. He found the problem nearly right away, and replaced my agitator hub. He was helpful, nice, and explained the issue and what he was doing throughout the repair. Within thirty minutes, everything was back to normal! Price was reasonable ($41 for replacement and ~$82 for labor plus taxes). Overall very happy with the service! He returned my call right away, scheduled my appointment to fix my dryer, showed up on time, WORE A FACE MASK - without me asking him, which I really appreciated (we're in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic) - took off his shoes before coming into my house - again without me asking him - was super friendly and didn't waste any time. Got here on time, showed me where inside the Refrigerator the refrigerant system had broken down and why it would sometimes work and then stop again. He cleaned up both my dishwasher and stove. He gave me some tips about caring for my dishwasher. He was honest about costs and let me know that it would cost more to repair my stove than to just buy a new one. Good honest customer service is hard to find nowadays. I have a 26 year old washer and the agitator stopped functioning. Other repair companies said it was too old to get parts (not true), referred me to other businesses that were long-closed, or offered to come take a look without asking for any information about the appliance in question (insuring they would get paid their service fee no matter what). They each referred me to son/nephew Teak, who covers the Belltown area. Teak was able to schedule an appointment within a few days of my call and gave me a 2-hour window. He arrived early in that time period and spent almost an hour diagnosing the elusive problem, which appeared to be a washing motor that did not always start. After explaining the cost and extent of repairing this problem, Teak helped me decide that it was worth buying a new dishwasher under the circumstances.
